After reading reviews, I booked at the Scala Milano and it was perfect! Our room was ready early, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Don’t hesitate to book here; you’ll be so glad that you did!

The first night we stay there , I was very disappointed the room didn’t fit my standard !!! The tub was not easy to get in and getting out and we weren’t comfortable at all !!! So the next morning after breakfast I talk to the manager of the Hotel and he quickly gave us another room that fits our needs and he was very amazing and very helpful and so sweet keep checking on us to make sure we were doing well!!! The location is absolutely amazing 5 minutes walk to the sightseeing and everything you want to see in Milan we did walked To a very nice bakery around the corner and saw everything by walking around town. I would recommend this hotel and hope to go back !!!

The staff was very nice, especially the bartender (Michele) and waitress on the rooftop bar/restaurant. The free breakfast good, not great. The room was okay but small and hard to move around in. It’s a great location to downtown Milan.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation to Milan. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful. I could not recommend this hotel more. As we left the hotel to explore the city every morning, we were greeted with super smiley faces and what felt like friends at the front desk. On our return, we were welcomed as if we were coming home from a day out in our own town. We had a friend in them! And, separately, the hotel was Comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was terrific! The daily harp player in the lobby was the cherry on the cake

Perfect location, beautiful room, great staff, fast internet, good breakfast. Wifi, which is very fast, stops working when you go to your balcony and becomes useless. Their firewall is so good you cannot connect your VPN, for personal finance, the Wifi is useless unless you want to take risks.

Hotel Milano Scala was perfectly located for our recent trip to Milan. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. They assisted us twice with securing tickets last minute for La Scala. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Wonderful staff! The bed was super comfortable for a good nights sleep. What we didn’t like were the towels in our bathroom. They were rough, stiff and scratchy and had an unpleasant odor. The bathtub also didn’t drain properly and had a very strong septic smell that should be taken care of immediately. The rooftop lounge was a favorite for an aperitif or two with a very attentive staff. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Milan, HMS!

This was a great hotel for a few days in Milan. The location in the Brera district was great; easy walk to most areas of interest and loaded with plenty of cafes, pizzerias and restaurants. The counter staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly the tall man who checked us in and advised us well on transportation and many local sights and shopping. The waiter Michele was especially helpful and cheerful and he accommodated so many of our needs for advice and suggestions. The room was small but that has become typical wherever on travels but the walk-in shower was a very nice amenity. A good breakfast spread as well and a rooftop bar for an evening aperitif.

This hotel is unorganized and are crooks. I booked an airport transfer with them providing flight information as requested. My connection flight to Milan was delayed due to storm and the airline booked me for a later flight. I called them as soon as I landed in Frankfurt with the new connecting flight information. I was picked up by their affiliated driver and paid him directly. Upon leaving the hotel, I was told I had to pay a late fee plus the total cost of the original driver since he was already at the airport because I did not notify them on time. I am not entirely sure how much earlier I could notify them as one cannot call while en route in the air. And we give our flight number so they can also track for delays. If there was indeed a late fee, I should have been notified of that and paid that in total to the driver who picked me up. This situation was handled very shadily by the hotel and it leaves the traveller feeling helpless that they can put any charges to your credit card on hold. There was a prior review that mentioned they were charged for a water bottle carafe refill that they assume was free. That review is in alignment with my experience with this hotel…scams for additional services and amenities.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in our lives. The hotel itself is a gorgeous museum of art and music, but it is also very modern and equipped with the best technology and facilities. The service is impeccable (special thanks to Antonio). The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is 5-star with live classical music. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Milan.

Stayed here for an overnight before going to the airport. The location could not be beat. We really enjoy the area and that is the reason for our choice to stay here. The hotel itself is very underwhelming for the cost. I get it, the area is great, but the location needs a lot of care and attention. Older bathroom fixtures and showed needs renovation, the room was small but comfortable. Again for the area I get it. But the location is charging a premium for an average facility.

The hotel was great but regarding the night price (more than 500 euros), I was expecting to have no flaw at all in the room but that was not the case: it was not possible to close the shower door and some water was leaking outside, the evacuator system was moving when walking on it, the bathroom door was not closing fully which is annoying to get some privacy with other guest when you need it... There are other little flaws not very important but it give you the feeling that it is not the standard you were expecting at this price. But I was very satisfied with the breakfast choice and the service was perfect
