Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For $350 do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They gave us rooms in a different building which belonged to the hotel. It was a disaster. Ugly rooms, poor customer service.

This hotel is located conveniently in the center of town close to two train stops. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is definitely well above average. I will stay here again!!

What a lovely lace. We loved our spacious room and great service from Natalie Keddi. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The location was wonderful.

Very enjoyable stay in Berlin, Hotel was very clean, good breakfast with plenty of choice, the room was spacious and the view from the room looking down the Spree was just perfect. Very close to Bellevue S Bahn station for trips to all the tourist spots but far enough out for a peaceful nights sleep so overall very happy stay.

Absolutely stunning! Fantastic suite with stunning river views. Loved the fact the breakfast room was small (there are two only 19 rooms in the Villa)’. We felt very well looked after. The complementary port each evening was a lovely touch.

Fantastic size room /suite for the price so easy to come back and relax in the evening. Easy to get train back into city centre or out to Potsdam. Good local restaurants. I asked for restaurant recommendations for our wedding anniversary out there and was thrilled to come back to Prosecco in room. Breakfasts were amazing lots of choice and super fresh. Staff made you feel like nothing was too much trouble to enjoy your stay. Thoroughly recommend the Villa

This boutique hotel on the banks of the Spree River, is a true hidden find for those visiting Berlin! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, the bathrooms are luxurious, featuring a full size bathtub, and the morning breakfast is a treat. Transportation into the city center is easy, by foot, bus or train. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. A great hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend!

Beautiful hotel - we stayed in the villas. Lots of space, and very clean. Service was great. A little bit far from the city central, but an easy train ride. Train is close to hotel.

Three days in Berlin. This was a great hotel. We stayed in the Abion Villa building. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to the “S” train, which can take you anywhere. Teirgarten Park was 10 minutes walk also. The staff was extremely helpful. WiFi worked well!

I cannot fault the hotel at all - they are having some works done in the main entrance by the reception but considerately. We stayed in the Albion Villa rooms which are in a separate building and we could not believe the amount of space that we had for the same size as a shoebox in London. The room is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel and bar were really friendly and helpful.

A lot of room! They even leave you a little snack when you get in the room. Would have rated service better. But I had three separate service people tell me two different things about where I could get breakfast. Two people said I could go either in the villa or the main hotel. Meanwhile one older guy was adamant I was not allowed at the main hotel since I was staying in the villa. In any case, would still come back again.
