The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English which we appreciated.
The location of the property wasn't what we wanted but it would sit you if you need a place to park a car and preferred to drive everywhere.
Limited places nearby to eat. Monza town 25 minute walk away.
Restaurant on main floor felt like a fishbowl.

Hotel and staff are fine. It is a nice hotel
The location is completely un - safe.
Petty crime rate is very high and told by the local police that guests cars at the hotel are a target for thieves.
Notice in the lift not to use alone.
Would not return.

This is a 4 star hotel. I got room 501 which is not at all a 4 star level room. Very small, nothing on the wall to make it cozy, steel table, and end of bed in awful style. Low cost lighting, shelf over the zinc was loose, so my toilet articles could not stay, a small shower, with a shower head wit almost no water coming out. Position height was broken. Wi-Fi did not work in the room.
I would not recommend this to any one, in you want to book a 4-star hotel.

Parking was a little tight. WiFi good. Breakfast was typical but water for tea was cold (it was Italy after all). Staff were friendly and efficient.

On the whole the hotel was faultless, I would recommend and I would go back without hesitation.
Only downside was the shower over the bath it was a little narrow

Good hotel for 1 night trip. Hotel located next to main road, might be a little bit loud during the night.
Room itself was nice and comfortable, however bathroom was older and didn't make a good visual impression.
Gluttenfri breakfast avaiable.

Hotel clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent junior suite, suited our needs. Noise from the road and from rooms above ( room floors not carpet so heard all movements above)Reception staff excellent. Breakfast ok,nothing amazing. Did not really cater for gluten free diet, just rice or corn crackers and fruit.

I work in Monday every year for just a week and would never look further than this hotel. Staff are so welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There’s a small restaurant in the basement; nothing fancy but reasonably priced and freshly prepared dishes. There’s plenty of parking and the WiFi is pretty good. I mentioned the first day the the pressure in the shower was low and by the time I got back from work that afternoon it had been remedied. Very impressed. The immediate surroundings aren’t up to much but it’s just a few minutes drive to the part or the old quarter of Monsanto.

I spend a lot of time at the Monza race track and a nearby hotel always makes life easier. I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the Helios Hotel - not exactly in the heart of Monza, but very convenient for the circuit which is located inside an amazing park. The lobby is modern and the staff very attentive. The elevators are on the small side and quite slow, but I get the impression that the hotel is benefitting from upgrades throughout.
I had two different rooms for two back-to-back stays - one being a double, with decent hanging space, good sized bathroom (shower), good wifi, a window that opens (a rare thing for some hotels) lightly stocked minibar, and basic TV service, including English-speaking news channels.
My second stay was in a single room. Still a good-sized bed, and sufficient hanging space. The main differences to the larger room were smaller desk space, smaller TV, and a TINY shower cubicle.
I left one bag at the hotel between these two visits, and the staff kindly put the bag in my room when I arrived the second time, without being asked. Nice touch.
I did not have breakfast but did have a Caprese Salad and Margherita pizza, both of which were well prepared, and served by courteous staff.
There is parking next to the hotel, behind an office building, which seems a bit odd, but is convenient, and benefits from CCTV security.
It turns out that many of the race crews stay at the same hotel, so it is clearly a logical choice.

I stayed at Helios for 4 nights last week during Salone del Mobile. Pros: The hotel offers a very good value for money: for €117 per night you have a standard size room for a 3-4* with a comfortable bed, polite and dependable staff, very good breakfast (€10) and plenty of parking. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to Fiera Milano. Not mentioning a good shopping quarter in Monza where you have a lot of good brands but without Milan crowds. Cons: wifi was really bad. It worked for email and messengers but demanded me to login all the time I wanted to surf the web... and I still couldnt do any browsing. Forty, I had bought a sim card (Wind) with 2gb so I simply forgot about the troubling wifi on the second day. The shower cabin in the bathroom was very small wich made showering uncomfortable. Still I would recommend this hotel as a really good value for money.
