My stay was geat had a wonderful time,still waiting on my 50 dollor deposit to be refunded.

This was a great stop over to our next destination. The hotel was very nice and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities. The Food court was perfect with plenty of choices for any type of appetite or craving. Would stay here again.

This is a hotel in a casino, very far from the settlement and the reception behavior was very bad and rude. The hotel was old and the carpet was full of hair VERY Dirty .

Had a room on the 3rd floor, for $285 a night the view was pathetic, the window was totally blocked by some kind of equipment that you could hear .

Everything in the room was great. But there is some construction going on at this time.

Rooms are a little dated but they are undergoing renovation. Overall it was a good stay.

It was all good except the tornado that touch down ten miles away. there were no places to sit in the safe area and being in our seventies it's not easy getting down on the floor or getting up from the floor. Other than that the safety part was very good.

Nice hotel casino is awesome

The property is not conducive to sitting and conversing with friends. No place to sit and relax. There is an overpowering perfume smell every time you enter or leave the building. Our room smelled the cigarette smoke and the shower smelled like animal urine.

Great place. Nice selection of food choices on site. Room were great, clean, shower was huge. Staff was awesome. Will definitely go back !

Decent price for room

No hot water in rooms, ice machine didn't work and hotel staff was very rude when i asked about anything.

Tonight, on May 21. My husband and I checked in. The front desk girl, randomly asked me where I booked my reservation. I stated “ Expedia.com “ She gave me room #325 right by the roof without absolutely no view, I asked her for a room upgrade but she told me NO BECAUSE I, BOOKED THE HOTEL WITH EXPEDIA. She gave me another room #422 so I was ok thinking that I had some kind of room view, well she gave me another room with a huge air conditioning unit blocking the parking lot. Expedia contacted front desk and talked to her and she totally lied to the travel agent. She told Expedia staff that the hotel was at full capacity. There was nobody else talk about this issue. She acted like she was the only one in charge of the hotel operations. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. She doesn’t represent the hotel well. I am a gold member with Expedia. I should be able to get a hotel upgrade like everyone else if I am willing to pay extra but she didn’t even give me that choice she just say. NO because I booked it with Expedia. She is clearly a lier because she told me one thing and she told expedia agent another thing. It is very disappointed to deal with this type of employees that don’t care about the company the work for it. If you would be so kind, I would like to hear from hotel managment tomorrow. we stayed 3 nights , nobody cleaned our room , no trash bags in the garbage cans , we had to go get towels & soap everyday & staff wasn't friendly by no means , food & casino was nice with a lot of options ... i'll say i won't stay the again for the price u pay for a room ..
