I cannot give this property and its staff higher praise. From the moment we were picked up and greeted we felt completely welcomed.
The property is well maintained and fresh. Maria prepared dishes so beautiful and delicious. But above all was the staff. They were all lovely, especially Margarita who was delightful. We felt like family here.

Amazing hotel , stylish,… you need a car to go around Paros 💯

Margerita was amazing. Very welcoming . The shuttle driver from port was also great with info. Room and view was amazing . 20 min walk along beach into Parikais for lots of dinner options. Dinner at hotel was very good and reasonably price . Breakfast was fresh and homemade with lots of choices . We had an early flight so they packed us a breakfast to take with us . Awesome service

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The staff does a wonderful job of making you feel at home. The food is incredible, and the location is lovely - quiet but walkable to the town. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Akrotiri Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warmth and kindness. The staff, always smiling and attentive, made our experience even more special. The view from the hotel is a slice of paradise that deeply touched us, allowing us to connect with the Greek spirit. Every moment spent here will remain etched in our hearts. We are already dreaming of returning one day to relive this magic. A huge thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for being there at every moment, responding to our every need with such generosity. You made our stay absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

It was an amaeing stay!
The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated. The bed is large and very comfortable. My room had a beautiful view of the sea!
The AC was working perfectly, and in the morning there was enough breeze not to need it.
There is also a mini fridge which is great to keep fresh Bottles of waters ( there were 2 already there when I arrive)
And the staff is simply AMAZINGQ : so kind, always smiling and ready to help. You are even welcomed with a fresh lemonade
And the driver kindly comes to pick you up at the ferry!
The breakfast buffet is the best I had ever have. Everything is fresh ( the kitchen is literally adjacent to the eating area) and delicious .
I would recommend this hotel for sure and will happily come back

Very cute place, wish the breakfast was more fresh and didn’t let flies on the food. But for the price it was ok

I’m not entirely sure how this hotel has as many glowing reviews as it does - don’t get me wrong, it’s not terrible, but for the price you pay it’s not even close to what it should be.
Pros:
- Staff is incredibly kind and helpful.
- Breakfast is absolutely fantastic with many options and very tasty/fresh.
- Comfortable bed.
- Free transfers to and from hotel.
Cons:
- The shower and bathroom is a whole is the worst I’ve ever seen. For whatever reason, not only is the shower extremely tiny, there is also no door or curtain… this means that every time you shower, your entire bathroom floor turns into a water park. It is disgusting and I’m not sure how it was ever designed like this.
- The location is not as great as you would think. If you have rented a car, it is close enough, but if not it’s a 30 minute walk up/down a steep incline without any bus routes nearby.
- They offered us a rental vehicle at 100 euros per day, when we went to the port area we secured one for 60 euros.
- AC is terrible and it’s very warm feeling regardless of how you set it up, which is brutal in Greece heat.

Location is not close to the main area of entertainment, breakfast was ok , but the staff was very welcoming and friendly , i didn’t like that the pool was close at 6 pm

Wow what a great place to stay in Paros! Very romantic location, a quick 10-15 minute walk from nearest beaches. Breakfasts were great, freshly made by hotel staff. Staff very friendly and accommodating. There is also a shuttle that comes to bring you to and from the port on a schedule. Paros is also an amazing place to be. Much less populated than other parts of the Greek islands so you don’t feel crowded.
Highly recommend!

We were on the last leg of our Europe trip and were thrilled when we realized there was a pool and restaurant on the property. We spent 3 days 4 nights there, mostly hanging by the pool. The service was incredible and the food delicious. They also helped call us a cab to dinner the one night we left the property. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had.

The hotel staff were very nice, the property was well kept with great views of the island and ocean. The breakfast was all homemade by the chef and it was delicious. Very welcoming place.

Hotel Akrotiri was a charming and amazing hotel that we stayed in during our one night in Paros. From the great welcome we received in the hotel (with a welcome drink) to the tour of the hotel and our room, we knew we had come to the right place to stay in Paros. The staff at the hotel are simply amazing. I was unsure of how to get around Paros but not only did they suggest I get a rental, they had arranged for it and had the car with the contract in the hotel within 30 minutes of me checking in! My wife and I had a wonderful time driving around and checking out Paros and I know we would not have made the most of our short stay in Paros had we not had a car. But the icing on the cake was breakfast. From the large number of options to a delectable selection of homemade desserts, I think this hotel had the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed at in Greece. The tiramisu cake they served during breakfast was to die for. All in all, I know if I ever return to Paros, Hotel Akrotiri is where I will come back to stay.

I believe that maybe because of the language barrier. It made it difficult for the staff to understand us. Whenever we had concerns it seemed as though they thought we were being judgmental when in reality we just had questions. Also breakfast was supposed to be included but the lady there refused for us to eat without paying 17euros. So we didn’t eat breakfast, which was inconvenient and wasted our money. A few of the staff members were nice but it was only on our last day as we were leaving that we encountered a nice staff member

This place is absolutely amazing. The best staff service I have ever experienced, they are so friendly and it’s such a positive atmosphere! Really feels like they want you to have a good time and you will. They give you amazing recos and help you book whatever you need. Just for reference we ended up staying another night just because of how amazing it was! Thank you so much can’t wait to come back :)

We had an amazing 3 nights here. The welcome was perfect with a glass of wine and a personal introduction of the room and property. Everything we ate was delicious (the club sandwich was so good!!) The staff from room service to breakfast service to night staff were wonderful as well. Everything was clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for making the last part of our European trip so pleasantly memorable!

We loved our stay at Akrotiri Hotel! Everything was amazing. A bit of a hike from the beaches, I would recommend renting a car/atv/scooter to make it easier to get around unless you want to walk. But would definitely stay here again!!! Oh yes and the breakfast is amazing! Thank you Margarita for your hospitality.

Akrotiri Hotel is a wonderful boutique family owned hotel. We loved every minute of our stay, and would definitely recommend it. The views across the bay to Parikia are stunning, especially at sunset on the terrace overlooking the pool. The homemade breakfast is to die for. The staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are fresh and modern yet authentic. We can’t wait to come back!

A warm, family atmosphere where staff bent over backwards to assist us in our travels and exploration of the island.
Lovely home cooked breakfasts.
Nice balcony overlooking the pool and well priced wines and food to enjoy after sunset.

Very nice hotel off the beaten track - you should probably rent a car. Lots of beautiful places to drive to in less than 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Akrotiri Hotel. The property is beautiful and very clean with great views. The pool area is great for lounging. The staff are so kind and provide great service. Nice to have breakfast included with a variety of options including catering to dietary restrictions. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is located a bit outside of town but well worth it for the views and hospitality! Also, the breakfast is amazing.

The property is very nicely located in the hills of Parikia. The hotel offered a free shuttle from port upon our arrival which was a huge convenience. We were aboard the shuttle and at the hotel in less than 10 mins from getting off the ferry. Staff were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a complimentary lemonade on the beautiful deck overlooking the port area before being taken to our room. The room was clean with a gorgeous view however we were very disappointed that the “double” bed was simply two twin beds pushed together. As a result, we found the beds being pushed away from each other throughout the night. The bathroom was also very small. The shower did not have much room and also did not have a door or curtain resulting in a lot of water spray onto the floor whenever one of us showered. The breakfast buffet was delicious and one of our favorites on our trip. All of the pastries were soo good! The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay despite the small inconveniences of the room.

This was my first time to Greece and I fell in love with Paros. When we arrived to Akrotiri Hotel, we were welcomed with fresh lemonade and genuine smiles. I cannot begin to describe the peace I felt being there, my worries and stress melted away and time seemed to go by so slowly. It is weird but it felt like home, so welcoming. The staff were amazing - I don't even want to call them staff, they were much more. Laoura made amazing drinks and was fun to talk to - I loved hearing her recommendations and stories about Greece. Maria's breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning - she took so much pride in making it, you could taste it.
I am definitely coming back to Paros again and I will stay at Arkrotiri... oh did I mention the view? That was amazing too.
If anyone staying there reads this, tell Stavros I said Hello :)

Beautiful and nice place to stay. Helpful staff good breakfast enjoyed beeing there with my family.

Great little B&B close enough to walk to town (via the beach and a well worn track - ask for directions if you walk from the ferry). Not advised to walk with luggage(back pack OK) the hotel will collect you from the ferry if you let them know which one you are arriving from and drip off when you leave).
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.
Great view from the lovely pool. Great family choice.
We hired a moped to get around (@40-60 € per day plus insurance)
Room slightly small but very well formed and great views from the balcony.

We had an amazing time here, the pool and restaurant were nice perks and the staff was very friendly. Town is a good 30 minute walk away with some major hills, definitely recommend a car or scooter but is walkable if you are willing. The pool could maybe use some cleaning and maintenance but wasn’t so bad.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Akrotiri hotel. The hotel was so clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were always able to answer any questions we had and they gave us so many recommendations for dinner and beaches when we arrived. Many of which we ended up doing during our stay in Paros. The pool was so nice and refreshing to have after a long day at the beach. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Paros! Thanks again to the staff for making our stay so perfect!!

I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine due to booking a VIP property on Expedia but was not offered this nor was it in my room. Aside from this, the property is nice and quiet with friendly staff and good food but if you want to explore the island, you will either have to walk a while in the heat or have your own vehicle rented.
