The Hotel was ok it was decorted to a nice standard some of the corridors require some paint touching up and the carpets need replacing in parts. The room was ok but the furniture is dated, but clean. We stayed all inclusive and the food choice was good they have a good selection of starters and desserts and you have a choice of 4 mains. On our second night the only issue was the mains were not hot.

The hotel was old but clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was good and plentiful. The room was small and the bathroom a squeeze to get into and use but the hot water was very hot and the shower a decent power.

Stayed here for 3 nights to see the illuminations. Hotel reception very friendly & helpful. First impression of hotel tradional and welcoming. Not much parking available we had first night parked round the side then managed to move to the front.
Room was very traditional & small they offered us another room the same slightly larger we offered to pay extra but they then gave us a seaview room a lot bigger at no extra charge.
Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast lovely very hot good choices. Evening meal buffet starter & buffet dessert was lovely. Main a bit small only 4 choices was ok though.
Entertainment could be better comedian we saw old & outdated needs something for a family hotel with all ages there.
Staff always very helpful to sort any problems out. They sat us for breakfast in a bay window with sun in our eyes and mold and paint peeling off wall. Easily moved us to a better table.
Pool looked nice but we didnt use it. Never looked at gym. Cocktail bar looked cosy. Kids activity room could be made brighter more appealing for the kids.
Shower was great very powerfull.
Hotel very warm no need got the dressing gowns we took.

My room was cleaned daily and restaurant team looked after me well

All the staff were polite and helpful. The food quality was excellent, but did notice that the breakfast buffet did not vary as it did in the past and the same hot offerings were available every day. The hotel is redecorating the rooms, which is a work in progress but needed as the rooms awaiting redecoration are now looking tired and dated.

The room was clean and fresh, the evening entertainment was good, the food was very good a very enjoyable week. Will use again

Staff was amazing food was really good this is a very tired hotel needs major update carpets need cleaning no heating on was absolutely freezing

Everything was good as usual however the facilities for disabled guests could be better. My mum needed a disabled toilet in her room and there was no aids to help with this. I know in the Tiffany hotel you can request an aid in the room that makes the toilet into a disabled toilet.
The staff in the restaurant were excellent with mum and dad helping them with their food.

A bargain break. Good food and service. Hotel is clean but dated. The partial sea view room that we had was much in need of a makeover. Tiny television, dated bathroom but it was good enough to use as a base for a few days. Parking is tricky at peak times. Easy to access the tram.

Quality of food and service in restaurant was of a high standard. Room was a massive disappointment compared to previous visits. Mass of hair left in bathroom, flannel and other rubbish behind radiator. Inside of radiator is full of dirt. Carpet required a good hoovering. Gabapentin went missing from bathroom on Sunday. Reception informed.

£107 per night plus £28for dinner. Mainly buffet. Joke. Outdated decor. Boiling hot room, window opened 3 inches. Awful ensuite design. No room service. Bed uncomfortable. Staff tried very hard but not enough of them.

Rooms are very small, some rooms say ‘seaview’ but windows are tiny and in the corner of the room , not like advertised with large bay windows overlooking the sea.
No iron or hairdryer in the room, you have to ask for one and pay a refundable deposit. Nobody at reception when we arrived and carpets at entrance old and dirty . Breakfast ok and probably more a family hotel, looks very pretty from the outside , but not a luxury hotel.
After complaining about our room the manager was very helpful in eventually finding a room like the one we had booked. The porter was also polite and helpful.

All Areas Hotel are very clean. Its very relaxed and very well Managed. Dinning room is very well organised and you know where your table is for your whole stay. Plenty choices of food from buffet and menu. Location very close to center trams stop right outside. Perfect place for pur long weekend in Blackpool. Thanks to all.

Cannot fault the service, the cleanliness and in particular the food for our stay.
Like most things in Blackpool, its a little tired around the edges but that is the only minor negative.
The staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly, polite and helpful.
Food is top notch.... you have to be really fussy to not find something you like.

Lack of communication from reception staff.
Prices for meals were extortionate when booking ages ago for my mums 82nd birthday I looked at the prices for meals as was extortionate. Had breakfast. When we arrived on second day we stood to be seated / greeted a tall man came in a suit and we asked for our evening meal. He replied have you only just arrived we said no, yesterday. He replied if you had a table yesterday then just sit there. Then we asked the waitress and waitresses if they could answer our discussion and put us in the right place. Do we need to pay for our meal, staff replied no it’s all sorted. My brother also booked with 3 families and he got his meals for £12.when he booked.
When we headed the keys and picked up the car nothing was mentioned. However, on our way home my sister received a phone call to say we haven’t paifor the meal. I mentioned my concerns the lady said she would speak to the manager and he will phone back. Whilst Driving I received a call asking me the same question and she would get the manager to call me. On the evening m again my sister got a call and myself after by the cliffs. I asked to speak to the manager she said he was called Paul but not in work till later. Billy asked me if I wanted to pay now or wait again for the manager to call. I replied you have said they were ringing this afternoon but 4 members of staff have phoned in the past 5 hours. So we decided to pay and she replied Paul manager wil phone later this evening 7/7/24

Very disappointing room this time, had to go upstairs with our pram and room very very dated and an awful smell, this hotel is fantastic and lots of rooms are newly refurbished. Food is fantastic and good entertainment

The rooms are very small with non working 22 inch TV (size of a PC monitor). Very old fashioned funitures in the room. While in the room, you dont really get the feeling that you're in a hotel room, very low standard rooms. The jacuzzi and sauna can only take 3-4 people. I can't recommend this hotel doesn't worth the money.

From check in, which we were allowed to do at 1pm, when we were given our key but informed the room itself wouldn't be ready till 2, till check out which was by 10.30am we had no issues. The staff were all friendly. The pool was abit nippy to start with but it was quiet so managed to get some lengths in. Towels were provided so didn't need to take our own or the rooms. The room we had was very spacious but the lack of plug sockets was the only real let down. Bed was quite comfy but the pillows were on the hard side, we always take our own but I don't think there would've been aan issue if we had asked for new ones. Good selection of food, the first time you have to be allocated a table but after that you can go straight on in. Breakfast was all buffet style enough of a selection, the only disappointment was the fried bread was rock hard so gave this a miss after the 2nd day. We liked that there were toasters and drink machines in our section aswell as in the main area. Dinner was buffet for starters and desert but main was brought to you. There is a menu outside which tells you the main course selection, this was always 2 different meats 1 fish and 1 vegetarian (possibly vegan?) For starters there was 2 soups then a selection of salad stuff and a section of other items for example 1 night it was ribs, chicken wings rice etc and another chilli wedges and katsu chicken. Selection of deserts including a hot 1 with custard. Entertainment was ok a singer and comedian and bingo.

Great weekend away. Would definitely recommend. The only things I would mention: bathroom door didn’t close or lock, paid for sea view but windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them properly. Chicken was undercooked also. Lovely place other than those things.

Well our room was small and tired!! The corridor up to it needs re decorating. The room needed decorating, new carpets, new furniture including a bed as the mattress lent to the right and my husband struggled not to fall out. Windows need replacing. Needs air con as the room never cooled down for our full stay even though the window was open and fan on from the minute we got there.
Need a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Had to keep asking for ice from the bar. TV was that small you couldn’t see properly from the bed. Dusty in places people don’t always look. Bathroom tiles broken, hair in the plug holes of the bath meant the water didn’t drain properly, dust in the extraction fan and fan in the room.
Breakfast was ok but toasters weren’t set properly and juice, tea and coffee not drinkable. We had the evening meal once and was ok but small portions and restaurant opening times are restrictive. We eat after 8pm so 6pm to 8pm was too early.
Bars were ok and plenty to choose from.
Pool area ok but children playing with balls and jumping in constantly meant we couldn’t swim. Shower in changing room broken and changing room floor was dirty.
The whole hotel needs an upgrade!!

Needs revamping in rooms and internal doors to rooms. Air con not on in entertainment lounge it was very warm. Beds extremely uncomfortable as mattress was too soft

Hotel is about a 20min walk to the tower. Smooth check in, reception very polite. Room was large, double and a single beds. Not one of the newly decorated ones but still nice. Kettle didn't work but was replaced. 3 main meals to choose from plus one vegetarian option. If you don't get there early for the evening meal desserts are scarce. Didn't use the pool. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again

Very disappointed, food poor, breakfast was ok evening meal very poor . Rooms I had to change 3 times as they were very run down , paid extra 48 pound for sea view , room was bigger n tv bigger , needs proper updating hall stairs carpets all stained , entertainment ok Friday but Saturday awful , singer shouted most of the time , the comedian walked off due to a man being very rude no security to escort him out either . Very disappointing to say the least .
