The Hotel is awesome.... The feeling of Days Past... The decor, the ambiance reminds me of old times... Each room a different theme and just the feel of times gone by....

While the staff were very nice and helpful, this property and room were sub par at best. I love a boutique hotel. But the only thing I could say about it is NO!

It’s an old hotel on Route 66. It’s clean and cozy. Much of the original architecture is still intact, so it has the warm woodiness of original hardwood floors, real wood doors and trim, and even the bathtub was original in (our room at least). The staff could not have been more professional or accommodating. Plus the location is perfect for access to either downtown or the Gathering Place.

Amazing, staff were helpful, decor is lovely!

Love historic hotels and the character they have. This hotel does not disappoint. The bar with its ambiance and all wood is delightful. The rooms are all different.

We like historic hotels and we know what to expect when we book one. The bathroom is small floors can be a little creaky. Nevertheless, we enjoyed how our room was theme furnished and all the artwork involved. We had trouble with the television, but the woman at the desk was able to fix it quickly. The staff was fantastic.

awesome little hotel glad I found it themed rooms and you can tell it has lots of history

I enjoyed the decor of the hotel and my room. It felt very authentic, homey, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful, and the ease of parking and in-and-out refreshing. I also liked the location.

The service was great. It is a historical location.

Our room was very dirty. When we walked in it smelled like foul odor I walked to look at the bed and it was covered in something nasty.
I called the front desk and they immediately put us in a different room and apologized and even upgraded us to a suite but even then the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards at all.

I really enjoyed the unique feel of The Campbell Hotel on historic Route 66. Parking and check-in were a breeze. All rooms are on the second floor, accessible by elevator or a wide carpeted staircase. Stepping off the elevator, I was surprised to see a spacious, naturally lit sitting area and a conference or dining room, which made it feel more like staying in a grand old house than a hotel. Room doors retain their authenticity but are unlocked with modern keycards. Room interiors are a blend of retro and modern design as well. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable.
I did not visit the bar in the lobby, but it looked like fun. Breakfast, lunch, and sometimes-dinner restaurant Toast is adjacent to The Campbell. There is also a no-frills burger diner within easy walking distance. Great pit stop on Route 66!

It was a good experience. The hotel is very nice, very clean and the staff were great. The ONLY downside was a damaged chair that could have been a safety issue. The staff were notified and very receptive. I'm 100% confident the issue was addressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It's also on the historic Route 66. Several nice classic restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes.

We loved this hotel. It was very unique. The building and the room were awesome. We will stay here again if we're back in this area.

We loved the convenience to TU and our reooom was very comfortable.

This hotel has the potential of being really nice…it just needs a little work on the details. It is a lovely vintage hotel….the floors are beautiful and so is the furniture, for the most part. We had to move to a different room because our AC did not work in the first room. The second room did not have an antique dresser/TV stand like the first room had…and that is fine except, there were knobs missing off the dresser drawers…which made it hard to open the drawers. This sounds silly to even mention but, knobs for a dresser would be a very easy thing to fix! The rooms did have a microwave, fridge and Keurig! Huge kudos for the Keurig but some napkins would have been nice! There were not any in either room. We had travel coffee mugs so we pulled out the tray on the Keurig and it was nasty…obviously it had not been cleaned in quite some time. We left the tray out so housekeeping would see it. Yes, this hotel DOES have daily maid service…that was nice! But, they did not clean the tray that they had to reach over to restock the coffee! Another thing about maid service…there was a light bulb out in the bathroom that never got replaced. So maybe housekeeping need to pay a little more attention to the rooms! The hotel is in a great location…very close to downtown…good places to eat…and easy access to the freeway.
If I could rate the front desk staff a 10 I would! They were great! So friendly and welcoming!! Dakota helped us through our AC issues.

The Campbell is a lovely surprise! The exterior belies the gracious comfort of the interior. I felt more like I was staying in the home of a friend than in a hotel. The front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. I’d definitely go back.

The lounge was closed due to unforseen events. Which was understandable. It is a great and beautiful hotel. We will be staying again.

I was skeptical at first but the reviews were all too good to not check it out. I loved the property. Each room is decorated differently and was very clean. You didn’t have to ask for fresh towels daily they were always there when we came back in. The cafe attached “Toast” is amazing. Even if you aren’t staying at Campbell check it out. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the lounge area before turning in for the night. It is time to do some updates but keep the theme the same it’s marvelous

Very nice stay. Loved talking with the desk guest service person to learn more about the history of the hotel.

It was a great and quiet night in a unique setting.

This is a comfortable, unique, historic hotel. Among other things it has parking, great staff and dining. It is close to Tulsa University and easy access to dining and shopping. Highly recommend the Campbell Hotel.

A neat place with a lot of quirks and charm. Glad to see these old buildings maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk night attendant was exceptionally friendly and helpful when I had questions. Very convenient location if you are visiting or doing business at TU.

Certainly a unique property. We thought it was a neat place from what we could see online. Never again. The shower curtain had a laege amount of mold that definitely had been there for a LONG time. The plants in the room had a ton of dust on them. Whoever cleans the room does not clean along the edges of the floors as the bathroom has dust and hair that has been there for a while. The ruched curtain in the bathroom has hairs all over it. Disgusting. We got into the room late and didn't see this until morning. We were up early to get ready amd saw all that. Gross. Told the desk about the mold and even showed them a picture I took. No offer to discount the room but they did say a manager would be in shortly and would phone me about this so I figured I would tell her about the other things then. I'm still waiting 6-7 hours later. Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

Love the character of this boutique hotel. Close to Tulsa University. Great restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Cute boutique hotel. Historic.

Such a cool building and rooms. The staff is super! There isn't much to do in the surrounding area and certainly not without a long walk. The restaurant next door will open again soon and I think the entire area is changing for the better. The bar and bartender are lovely but twice that we've stayed we are the only ones for a night cap.
4.4
This boutique hotel is just darling. Staff was very friendly. It could use a little upkeep (minor cosmetic touch-ups here and there), and the cleaning could be a little more thorough (spilled sugar still on coffee bar, debris on floor). Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

The atmosphere was very unlike chain hotels. It just felt comforting and unique.

We always love staying at this venue

What a diamond in the rough! Well appointed, exquisite surprise! Not a thing I would change, from the great bar atmosphere, room was squeaky clean and gorgeous! Alicia our bartender was lovely as well as Dakota at the front desk. What a lovely, lovely time we had. Thank you

This historic hotel has an awesome staff! I've stayed here before but this time I noticed the property is a little ran down. It's just not as crisp and clean as it once was. Tattered furniture, bed sheets worn through, refrigerator going in and out, and the interior in general needs some TLC. Otherwise it's clean and it's a lovely place to stay.
4.4
Excellent hotel. Very cool rooms.

I greatly appreciated how welcoming the hotel employees were. They were happy and energetic. Looking forward to serving us abd allowing us the opportunity to have a good night and time together. Plus they were generous enough to Upgrade my room.
4.4
Easy parking, friendly staff, really cool interior!
4.4
Property is older of course, but the staff and the eclectic vibe is worth going back for. There are some broken things, like our shower head and one of the faucets in the bathroom, but as long as things are clean, we’re not terribly fickle, although I do think those things do need to be fixed. We are repeat consumers solely based on the staff and the private ownership of the hotel. It’s a great little overnight get away close to home for us.
4.4
The interior of this hotel is quite attractive! The room was beautifully decorated in a method that maximized the route 66 connection. It felt very much like staying in grandmother and grandfather's home. I did not love the mattress and I did not love the Hallway lights shining through the window above the door. Nevertheless, I was glad I stayed there.

Could've been cleaner behind and underneath beds & other furniture
