Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

Clean hotel in lovely location and view of the sea. Shame it was such an outdated and unkept hotel including rooms and lift. Bathroom was very marked up. No fan to extract the steam from it. Way too hot in the evening as the air con stopped working. Cleaners disturbed us and woke us up early both mornings for room service,despite the sign up the second time, and despite asking the second cleaner who'd knocked 30 minutes later to come back that afternoon in spanish she ignored us and proceeded to walk into our room while we're both in bed undressed, very inappropriate and then left our door open when she left. Could hear everything from other rooms at night including going to the toilet and no noise cancellation. Cleaners also dragged furniture round at 8am in the morning while cleaning making lots of noise. When we told reception about this she just said she understood and moved on without apology or any customer service. Pool is too busy to get a sunbed plus you have to pay to hire them and the towels (both pay a fee and provide a deposit on top which makes no sense). There were a lot of nicer hotels in the area so Id stay elsewhere unless youre looking for outdated, to not sleep and to experience rude cleaners and staff. Also 1 single beds provided with no double despite booking a double. Breakfast was ok.

The place in close to very nice beaches and to a calm small nice village. The hotel is clean and the food is good. The hotel is just a little bit updated but I can see they are renewing some parts. The employees are very professional and nice with the customers. It absolutely worths the money

Location is good. Over looking the sea, nice and easy stroll to the beach. Room was simple, clean and comfortable. Food was good and varied Staff were excellent - especially reception staff Tessy and the gentleman from Argentina who studied in Germany. Fantastic customer service from both

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage echt Top. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat war das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren geschmacklich wie auch von der Auswahl und Qualität weit über meinen Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!

Food very tasty,great for families.all inclusive.I didn t like that during my stay(8days ),the lift had broken 3 times.the receptionist allow us to use the employee's one because we had a pushchair.

Amazing find in Majorca. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is plentiful and tasty. Both pools are lovely and maintained. Hotel is spotless. There unique selling point is the helpfulness of their staff, they go over and above to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Nice clean hotel in a good posision for beach and walking distance to shops and resturants.a lovely little train takes you to town and beach for people with mobility problems.very smooth run hotel.

Good welcome, nice clean bedroom - although bed was a little hard for my taste. The food was very good - some excellent choices - always with a freshly cooked straight off the pan option. There is now free public WiFi which is good too.

Hotel was lovely just as pictured! We arrived late and the staff had saved food and drinks for us just incase we were hungry! It was so nice! The pool and beach was great we can't wait to go back!

This was the last stop of a trip around Mallorca. We were really pleased with the hotel & got a Seaview & triple family room with 3 single beds as booked. The hotel is well positioned & great to walk to the beautiful beaches. The hotel us very clean & well organised with a clear presence of managers. The restaurant was well run & the food very good. Our only negatives are; th unexpected costs for a fridge & sunbeds. The beds were so hard we woke up with hip pain & 1 very rude receptionist whose manner verged on aggressive.

We were over at the annual Best Fest swimming week. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5min walk from the beach and also from the main promenade. About a 15min walk from the Port where there are more great restaurants. There is also a lovely pool and bar for the adults and a great kids pool for the smallies. The hotel is spotless, our room was always cleaned early and staff very helpful. We only stayed B&B but the breakfast buffet was great. Huge variety. There is a lovely coast walk that goes directly form the hotel to the Port with loads of stops along the way. The only thing I would say is that the walls are very thin but thats in every building over there and an architectural issue, not a hotel issue. The area is perfect for people wanting to train for Open water swimming or Triathlon. Be aware that you pay extra for safe/fridge/WiFi/beach towels but nothing expensive. Would recommend and hotel was great value with lovely views from most of the rooms

I did not get the sea view room even I paid for it ! I could not get a sea view if I looked from my window. I got a partial view from the balcony if I looked left from my 4th floor.Food choice was enormous but the taste rather bland. Pork and beef dishes tested the same. Coffee from the machine was excellent !

Not what I would expect from a established brand of hotels. Food selection was very poor and the hotel catered predominantly for German tourists

Friendly welcome. A relaxing stay. Food was good, but not amazing - my table was cleared (inc drink) while I was up at the dessert bar. There was a 10 euro charge for WiFi :( - Overall it was good and would stay there again.

We had a lovely 5 nights at the Romantica 10th-15th September. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was the best I've known in a three star hotel. We went all-inclusive but there was none of this wine-in-plastic glasses nonsense. We were given a bottle of wine and a bottle of water with every meal and this was soon replaced if we needed a top-up. The reception staff are delightful and our main waiter, Rubén was incredibly attentive. I would thoroughly recommend this place given the pricing.

Hotel is in a nice location. Basic but great value for money. Room gets very warm as only fan in room but they do say this when booking. Receptionist Luis is fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating.
