Very good

Well situated for transport and accessing the town. Inexpensive. Nice breakfast.

The shower room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke.

Wasn’t happy stay in a room that smelled badly of urine

Nothing

No toilet in the room, just a shower which judging by the smell was used as a toilet.No hot water to shower anyway! No holder for shower head. Toilet was on another level down stairs.

Superb

The location is very good where is nearby the train station and centre ville. The bedroom is clean. The boss is very kind let me check in when I arrive early.

I'm sorry I have to say my eyes are not so good to stay at the place not very bright because of the color of the wall in the bedroom but I understand it's a little bit Arabic style. The price is economical but I didn't recognize it have to go to public WC outside the bedroom.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient location. Very quiet.

The water took ages to warm up in the shower. A bit of a waste in this day and age.

room at streetside. in front of station, lots of Noise. alle evening all night all Morning.200 mtrs furthet in the street is a nght club. not a Nice neighbourhood to walk arpund in the evening.

A good surprise. Very clean, quiet and value for money. Well located, as you can easily reach the centre of the city using the automatic wheel stairs of the train station.

Budget hotel very close to the train station. Small but clean and comfortable. The street is ugly but the city center is not there 😀

Everything was clean. The room was comfortable.

The toilet was separate from the room and bathroom, and it was shared with the other rooms. I had to wait more than 30min by the entrance because the reception was closed. I had to call the place to say I was waiting.

Sadly disappointing- the room we had did not look like the photos on the website.

The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful telling us where we could eat and where to park our car for a very reasonable fee but as it was the station car park it was very full and it was only by luck that someone vacated a parking bay otherwise we would not have been able to park there.

The room was very small and the bathroom door was louvred so not at all private. Quite dated but the bed was comfortable and clean. One towel was badly frayed so looked quite shabby. We did not feel comfortable outside of the hotel as there were young men loitering so we didn't feel safe.

Great stay at very reasonable price in very convenient location good value for money. Recommend.

Good location 5 minutes on foot from centre of Poitiers, with paid parking in car park opposite. Gentleman on reception during whole of our stay was very pleasant and helpful. we arrived at 10:15am -normally much too early to check in, but the room was ready -big bonus. Room was adequate in size with hanging space for clothes. Warm and comfy in room, bed and pillows comfortable. separate toilet and shower. shower was good - plenty of warm water. tea and coffee in room. good breakfast in the morning, with cold meat, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, juice, coffee and coissants.

Nothing really -shower space was a little small, but not a problem. we had a lovely stay.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Staff were very friendly.

The toilet was separate and you had to share. There was no option to wash your hands after being to the toilet.

Central location close to rail station. Quiet rooms if you ask overlooking park at back. Manager friendly help us park late at night.

Traditional hotel in city centre on busy street opposite station. Noisy front rooms. Needs redecorating.

Exceptional

The hotel is cozy and charming, a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable. The breakfast courtyard is a lovely oasis. Most importantly, the proprietor is attentive and utterly devoted to the hotel, making it a very pleasant place in the fascinating city of Poitiers.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own parking.

Excellent budget hotel conveniently located in Poitiers.

Exceptional value near the train station. Modest rooms but with everything necessary including tea and coffee making facilities. Located near escalator to the upper town areas.

Doors are thin and a little noisy. No lift. A little dated.
