Great view & location. A couple of extra features would have taken it from 4 to a 5. No glasses ( just small paper cups) no coffee making facilities or a fridge. Otherwise all good.

Staff were very nice, unfortunately the room was subpar. Bathroom was grungy. The sink was so close to the toilet that even as a short person, I had to sit sideways on the toilet otherwise I hit my knees on the sink. No stopper of any kind in the sink, just a big hole into the drain pipe. For the second building they have a key code to enter, but leave the door wide open for hours at a time while the cleaning staff are there, defeating the point of a key code and locked door

Medium hotel and questionable as a 3 star hotel. The service upon arrival was not particularly friendly, and the standard of the room was run down. Only plus was the view.

The shower only with a hose, not even a curtain to prevent water from flooding the bathroom. No lift, 1st floor, no help to go up the stairs with the lugagge. It is a shame

Stayed for 1 night with wife + 2 kids. Check-in was easy and hassle free. Staff was friendly. Went for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. Perfect for a one night-stay if you need to take the early ferry from Bastia.

My room on the 1st floor faced the side street (no sea view for me) and a small bistro looked across to my room, with people at the outside tables able to see me if I walked anywhere near the window, which was set quite low. From first light, there was a lot of street cleaning, garbage collection etc. I guess people rise and start work early in Bastia! The mattress was quite hard which was OK for me but I know would not suit everyone. Breakfast and service generally was good. I never figured the fan/cooler out. I wonder if solo travellers get given the worst rooms?

Lovely hotel, situated a short walk only from port and perfect for viewing ferries arriving and departing. Traditional hotel with older style facilities, but comfortable and provide all you need.

Pleasant sea view room with lots of character, nice shower. Breakfast not taken, prefer to use cafes. Excellent location, close to market and shops, harbours etc. Nice little table and chairs for meals next to open window.

Great location near the port and center of the city. Easy access to Both the old city and the transportation hubs. Staff was very friendly and helpful as was the restaurant proprietor under the hotel. Small but comfortable and good value for the price. Would stay here again.

An excellent place to stay, lots of good eateries close by. Free local bus stops outside, rail station and airport bus stop are only a ten minute walk away. Pay the extra for a sea-view and see if you can resist watching every ferry that passes so closely by.

Very well positioned close to the Old Harbour and the main square. Friendly reception staff and pleasant, clean room. Some people might want more drawer space, but that didnt bother us.

The lift is tiny (one person and one case) and only goes up 3 floors after which you have to walk up narrow stairs dragging luggage. We had to change rooms as in the first one the ceiling was too low for tall people. Only a hand held shower in a bath tub.

A very pleasant hotel, at a great location by the seafront. Charming interiors, keeping the original wood joists. Fantastic staff -very helpful with every request. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were small but very nice. Breakfast started early at 6:30 which made it easy to get a start before the sun got to hot. there is a beach south of town which is a short train ride for 4 Euro round trip. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk from the hotel and the staff was fantastic with directions and advice.

There are a lot of reviews to say that Bastia is a bit of a dive but I wouldn't go that far. It's a cute little port town and a great starting point from your ferry ride from mainland Italy/France. Head to the old port and there are lot's of restaurants to choose from and only a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is neat, tidy and clean. Nothing fancy. The ferry terminal is a shirt walk and so are some of the major rental car offices to start your journey exploring beautiful Corsica.The reception was friendly and helpful.
