We were really dissapointed by this hotel, it was really dirty, the service was below average, our room had shoes from another stay under the table, the rooms are really small, there was garbage that was not removed for a whole day, average breakfast.

Its close to cool stuff.

Disappointed from the beginning as there was no luggage cart and we had a lot of stuff. Staff helped. The lobby appeared dirty to me, the 4th floor stunk like cigarette smoke. The room was so tiny the bed is completely in the way of the door. You literally can’t put your luggage in without maneuvering. The two double beds take up almost the whole room. The smoke detector was ripped off. The toilet looked dirty. The shower, old and looked dirty. The mattress is super hard and the sheets feel rough. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The good? Location and decent breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located, in a safe and up-town district of Culiacán, but also at a walking distance from downtown and the main landmarks

This hotel is OKAY, when i got there sink was a bit dirty. None of the staff every greeted you or showed to be intrested in being nice to the guest. Only nice ppl were those who cleaned the rooms. But not the receptionists. Breakfast was very bad. The receptionist wony go above and beyond for you. Thos part of town in mexico requires uber where you have the option to pay in person because if you pay through the app they will cancel your trips. I asked a young girl, receptionist, if she wouldnt mind ordering me an uber and i would pay online and all she said is “i dont have the app” and kept doing her thing. This was cery frustrating for me. I honestly don’t recommend it
