This is a nice hotel conviniently located in the heart of Historic center; close to shops and restaurants.
The staff could be friendlier.
The restroom door makes an ugly noise at time of closing.

Excellent location, a little noisy at nights if your rooms is facing the street but not a big deal. I will definitely come back.

I like the fact that the property is close to a lot of stuff that are within walking distance. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there is no A/C in the room.

It was not good service at all. No one to helping you with the luggage. Empty building. Not air conditioning in the room. Only one credit card accepted. I left the building, a soon a find other hotel. I don’t stay there. Not recommend thank you.

I was not informed in advance that my 2 well behaved service dogs could not be left alone in my room. I was unable to go out for dinner. There is no garden or place to allow dogs out to do their functions. Ullises and Samantha were excellent.

The hotel is very nice! It is located within a few steps from the Plaza de armas and the Cathedral, as well as restaurants.
I have stayed here several times before. This time I got the smallest room, it was a nice room, but very small compared to the other times.
Also, the power went out at nigh in the entire historic center and the hotel did not have emergency lights or alternate lighting.

With just a few suites it kakes it "cozy" and unique
A 1600's building with some modern amenities is just fabulous. Plus a block away from Morelia's cathedral and colonial buildings makes this place unique.
Didn't like the fact that they have a nice "mirador" a terrace from where you can see the "centro historico" really nice place, but, you cant have anything to eat or drink. Even they have all set up for it.

The hotel is very nice and beautifull the only thing is that our room didnt had a window for air to flow it had a window for decarative purpose only but they had a fan in the room other than that the location is one of the best in the city you are righr in front of the main plaza loved it!!!!

Hotel is simple but nice, in a great location. They have a rooftop but seemed unused. No breakfast was advertised but they seemed to have a downstairs eating area. You only get one physical room key, no matter how many guests are staying.
Cleaning takes place at odd hours (once at 11am- seemed normal, 2nd time at 4pm?...we asked them not to come back to clean unless requested but they still came back the 3rd day). Carpet was vaccuumed each time but must not be deep cleaned very often- after showering and walking around barefoot for 20 minutes the soles of my feet were black.
Staff is overbearing (we initially booked a room for 2 people- some friends ended up flying in early and asked to stay with us. I was not there upon their arrival but we mentioned extra charges would be fine... there seemed to be a misunderstanding bc they charged one additional instead of 2. Every time we would enter and exit they would ask us how many people slept that night. Our last night there we arrived from a wedding at 4am and concierge proceeded to call our room and knock on our door, presumably to ask how many people were staying. We are supposed to submit key upon check out anyway- not sure why these items couldnt wait.

Good hotel right next to the Cathedral. Perfect location. No complaints.

Great location, staff and colonial ambiance, but my room on the ground floor had no window at all, lacked air circulation other than the fan, and had an oppressive smell of air freshener. If you can be sure of room location and windows, this hotel is great but...,.....

Great lo9cation, nice room but parking service leads much to be desired. Parking is 5 blocks away but no concierge to move the car for you. Not recommended if you are driving!

Dark and quiet room, great if you are into sensory dep! We definitely slept really well. Hotel staff was really nice, and we were close to the Cathedral and the main drag, so restaurants, bar, clubs, shopping, everywhere.

When arriving I could not find parking, from the curb I asked the clerk if they had parking and he said 3 blocks down and turn right. I did so and parked. I came back only to find out that the actual parking for the hotel was 3 blocks down turn right and 2 and a half blocks from there. So I paid for parking at both places. NOT GOOD as if parking five blocks away wasn't bad enough.

The hotel has an incredible location, close by to most of major downtown landmarks and to great culinary options. The staff was very helpful also.

My extended family was there over a long weekend to attend a family wedding. We took up half of the twelve rooms in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and main staff could communicate with us in English, although we had fun trying out our Spanish. It was just a fun place to be at. It was the start of Semana Santa holiday so there was a lot of action in the plaza.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Morelia. It is simple with no extra services offered, but for that location by far the best priced hotel. The rooms (we booked 2) are very comfortable, clean. It´s very quiet even the hotel is on a busy street.

great, lots of character and very central, quiet location!
