Location location. Overall satisfied with one night stay. The staff were amazing. Small thing. Be nice if they had coffee or tea available for travelers traveling early in the morning in the room☺️

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

This property is in a good location in the city. The room was a good size and the small kitchen had everything we needed for 2 days. The carpet needed to be changed and the room just needed some updating. The beds were not comfortable. The staff very nice. The laundry facilities were really appreciated.

Great location right near centre ville and a large space. However, the carpet was worn and very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. Parking on-site was only available on one night, but the off-site lot is actually cheaper. A/C struggled to keep a reasonable temperature but it was ok.

The room was spatious (I had an apartment with separate bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with both a shower and a bath tub). Perfect location in the city center. The staff was nice, and especially the guy (who was said to be the manager) was super friendly and very helpful. Great value for the money in my opinion.

This was our first time staying at an Appart'city hotel. The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes walk away from the bus and train station. I was impressed by the welcome and service. The apartment was clean. The shower worked well in the bathroon - the facilities were basic but adequate. The beds could have been more comfortable though.

What I dont like was that I have abreviate my name in the card and by this way, they did not acept me for rent the room; and I've pay it in cash. I think is the same. I usually make this because I was stolen 3 times, so I think abreviate the name makes difficult for thiefs. So, I have to take my bag and go to the street look for another hotel without my favourite soup.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything that you would need to cook. Bed comfy. Short walk to the town centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Need to book parking as street parking is limited if you arrive late.

Nice sized room, pretty clean and good equpped pantry. Nice with bathtub and shower. Located in nice surroundings and very close to trainstation. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was a little tricky to find did not see much of the city as were there to see the Tour de France. Our only real complaint was the bed was very low to the ground and not much room to move around the bed. Room very clean and tidy and reception staff very friendly. We did not eat breakfast here so unable to comment on that.

The room was spacious and had many amenities: a small kitchen, nice bathroom, and a wardrobe with pillows and a heavy cover. The room is not in a very nice condition, indeed the fitted carpet is all dirtied and wallpaper is raised in many points. Even though the hotel is close to the railway station, there is no noise at night, except for the noise produced by other guests of the facility and water dumping in the pipes. Wifi signal was good in the room, but the network itself did not work because after a few minutes all the devices got disconnected. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choice and is very good.

Perfect hotel for an in between stop. Quite good breakfast for this type of hotels. Very friendly staff. Unortunate that the carpet was stained. Gives bad impression. Like in the title: The price quality is certainly in good balance.

We would not recommend this to friends. We changed rooms 2 times but still left 1 day early. Too bad as we were looking forward to spending a couple of nights in Valence.

The bathroom and the kitchen were acceptable but the bedroom a let down... The beds were moving on their own and I had to get up many times at night to pick up the pillows and to push the bed back against the wall.. One never knows if you are going to be able to get in and effectively I was unable once to enter my room with a bag of food requiring a fridge... Besides letting them know I had paid for my first two days of room booking I had to pay again and booking a further 2 days it became not cheaper but much dearer..I only once had breakfast... not a good experience and it was not a drop of coffee in the machine... I had to look for someone... I had my money back in leaving... Overall .. it is very well situated... It has a tremendous capacity in being a top venue but it lacks organisation and communication with the headquarters telling one it is shut when it is not and vice versa and other contradictions... Some of the employees need training and some of the elements need revisiting.... Could be very good but fails.... I felt to take charge of the business and to get it working to its true capacity..Frustrating... But it is saved by its ideal situation.... And the beautiful vision of Crussol when in the main street... It remains very handy and wins because nobody in this town can offer a better deal money/location... Very close of the station and in town...

Appart'City is a great place to take a break - especially on a budget. It has everything we needed; although in a noisy side street, it is well insulated and we were not kept awake with any noise. We were delighted to stay there and will certainly return - highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week while visiting friends. We were impressed with our appartment as it was spacious, comfortable and very good value for money. We particularly liked the fact that it was in such a central position which made everything in the town very accessible.
