Was very good experience , room size was vey good for our small family, not the last time for sure.

Nice location but otherwise our expectations were not met. We made a reservation 5 months ago and were responsible for two other reservations but got a room that had a view of a wall and a bunch of parked bikes, not the park view we were promised. Our request for a nicer room was denied by the front desk.
Other things wrong: the hotel provided only a shower gel that was supposed to function as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Although that may be typical at some hotels, I expect more from a luxury brand like Black Label. Worse, the shower had no shelf for our own soap, shampoo and conditioner, so they had to go on the floor, somewhat risky for us elderly. The toilet stall was poorly positioned at the foot of the bed rather than in the washroom. We were in room 501, maybe other rooms are better?
The hotel has an option for a 7 Euro refund if you sign up to forego towel replacement which we did not elect. Nonetheless, our towels were not replaced and when I stepped out of the shower I discovered my towel was still quite damp from the prior day. When I subsequently asked about the refund at the desk, I learned that the "refund" was in the form of a bar/restaurant voucher, which at that point was useless to us since we were checking out.
Speaking of the restaurant, we had planned to eat dinner there the first night of our stay, but after discovering that the menu was quite limited, we went to the nearby square where there were many options.

Very nice hotel. We had a very big, nice and clean room, with a very nice view. Good bed, very good breakfast and magnificant restaurant

Everything was fine, wonderful breakfast, stylish and renovated rooms, nice park and the old city center around the hotel. Entrance to private underground parking is a bit tricky - please make sure you understand how to get in

Property was excellent in terms of quality, cleanliness and staff. Overpriced for breakfast!
Parking is available for a price but challenging.

Great modern hotel in a great location close to the Markt. Rooms are well appointed and new.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an ancient monastery in Sittard city center. Close to shops, cafes and central market with restaurants and terraces. Spacious hotel parking. Dogs allowed. Friendly and professional staff. Tren gave us a nice room with two levels. Thanks! Clean and comfortable bed, shower, kitchenette, and couch. Wifi and flat tv. Our new favorite hotel in Limburg. We’ll be back!

Wonderful place. You do ‘t expect the building, the breakfast facility and the rooms to be as good, when you stand in front of the main entrance. Exceptional value.

Next to the city center, in historical building, renovation has been done accurately and offering good services. Breakfast is excellent and offering great variety

Looks nice, but they don't pay enough attention to the small details to deserve 4 stars.
Examples include -
Room key issued didn't work
Door to next room was left unlocked
Wifi doesn't connect to laptops
Coffee in room is only espresso

Great experience in a very cozy hotel!
I suggest it!!

Always a good stay here. Flexible personnel, very nice rooms, everything up to expectations.

Beautifully restored building right in the middle of town - lovely mix of modern and old. Rooms a bit dark (dark furniture & walls) but very comfortable. Large breakfast room and cafe/restaurant with outdoor seating, but oddly no lounge area - the entrance is a little underwhelming. Reception not always staffed. Staff are friendly & helpful overall. Parking easy.

We had a nice room in the modern part of the hotel. The interior of the room and hotel is nice and modern. There is a coffee machine, water cooker for tea and a small fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are not so good. Unfortunately in our room it was very noisy when the people in the room above us moved around. Otherwise its a nice quiet and clean hotel in a good area. NOTE: When checking in city tax is added. Parking. Choose Odaparking and park a H. Its 5 Euro per day, the hotel will charge 15 Euro per day if you park in their zone. Breakfast is 19 Euro per person. Go to the city square instead which is 1 min away and get breakfast there + there are nice restaurants to have dinner there as well.

Request to pay on check out and the hotel informed that it had been taken by Expedia. However then they want one of the two guests the one making the booking to pay again.
Stuck in check out

Beautiful hotel. Check-in was smooth, parking is underneath the hotel and rooms were great. Would recommend for a day in Limburg/Sittard

To start, a supposedly 4 star hotel shouldn't charge for parking. They seemed to be renovating the entrance, so the floor was quite dusty. The reception said the check out could be done until 11:30 am. At 11:00 someone opened our door while I'm naked. At 11:10 we receive a call asking when we will leave. At 11:15 a woman knocks the door and despite our explanations she screams at me that we should get out at 11:00. We check out at 11:30. Room was fine and shower as well, but the door to the toilet is transparent, no key and you can hear the other person on the toilet. Window can't be opened, curtains not fitting completely the window, so you might catch the light on your face in the morning. Breakfast was very good and they took all measures against COVID19. Would not stay there again, but for a quick night is worth it. Not romantic at all as they advertise, is really a business hotel.

Stayed one night. They have a private parking that you have to pay. My boyfriend parked somewhere else but it was about the same price. Clean and nice stay.

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen en goede parkeerfaciliteit. In de directe nabijheid van tal van goede restaurants en gezellige winkelstraatjes. .

Can’t say how nice this place is.. amazing !!

All good and wonderful people! For an old Kloster building, amazingly crisp plastering and interior design in room. Hotel Parking convenient. Only downside, we happened to get a room where the window could not be opened, so no fresh air,and no chairs due to size.

Great location in the old town center. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!

No parking on-site, but close by (3-4 minute walk). Otherwise the stay was perfect.

What a beautiful place and incredibly quiet location yet a few minutes walk to a square with lots of restaurants.
We ate out 2 evenings and the food and staff at the restaurants were fantastic.
Staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.
Wonderful rooms with lots of character. Breakfast basic with only eggs either omelette, fried or scrambled on offer as a hot dish but lots of cold options fruit, cereals, cheese, meats and fresh breads on offer.

The hotel is a great property. However our room was on the top floor , the windows didnt open and the bathroom was practically in the bedroom with a glass door that doesnt reach the ceiling as a spectator between the loo and the bedroom.. You do the math.. free water , as listed on the site is available at checkout from the reception or at least thats the experience I had .. not super useful.. fantastic location right off the square though..

I grew up in Sittard and I know the place very well. It's by far the best hotel in town. Sittard itself is a beautiful historic market town. It became a city in 1243, so there is plenty to see. Over the last 2 decades the number of cafe's and restaurants on the market square has shot up. It's great for shopping too. The interior of the hotel is very tasteful with a well appointed bar on the ground floor, a vibrant meeting point! The room was quiet and and we slept very well. I loved the artwork in the room and the slate floor in the shower. The breakfast room on the first floor is very bright and comfortable. A chef made some nice fried eggs and pancakes. On checking out we were given a complementary bottle of mineral water which came into good use on the long train journey back to London. We'd love to come back!

This hotel was the best place we stayed on this last trip that included 5 different hotels. The location is perfect and easily accessible to restaurants and city center. The place looks newly renovated and is just amazingly pretty! The breakfast was included and was delicious! And everyone was super helpful and sweet! We would totally recommend this hotel!
