Not much vegetarian options in the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and accommodating

We only stayed for one night on our drive around Sicilia, and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is really nice and clean. Rooms are big, the pool areas are so chill and comfortable to relax around with stunning views.

Modern hotel in lovely situation overlooking the sea. Two swimming pools are clean and well situated. Rooms are spaciius and modern with good size balconies although I think a kettle or coffee machine should be included..Staff are friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Easy parking

This hotel did not entirely live up to our expectations. The pool area is very nice also the room was very nice. However the breakfast was really messy, the staff seemed confused and was slow to re-fill breakfast supplies. The restaurant food was also very underwhelming. My dish didn’t taste anything at all, no salt no nothing… Also we payed extra for sea-view from the room but mostly saw the pool area where people could look into your room. So we did not use the balcony at all. Overall the Hotel has potential but falls a bit short.

Breakfast is very simple, no SPA.

Spent one night here before heading out to the Aeolian islands. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Views on the ocean side were stunning Ate at the restaurant which had seating around the pool - the menu was not extensive but what we ordered was sublime. They also made a simple, off-menu dish for our pre-teen who has a less developed palate. The next day we had a small medical issue and the front desk helped us get that taken care of quickly and easily.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast not a lot of choices but fresh.

We toured around Sicily in summer 2022 and stayed in the Eolian Milazzo hotel primarily to be able take an Eolian Islands trip from Milazzo harbour.
The hotel is architecturally quirky with nice rooms and a choice of very nice (and not overcrowded) swimming pools. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with good choice and excellent service.
On the downside: the Wi-Fi was truly appalling (our room was ten metres from the reception desk!) and never worked anywhere in the hotel; the maid left a wet dirty towel on top of my wife's chemise all day which then had to be packed wet; and the check out bill included the amount we had already paid Hotels.com, though the receptionist did change the bill with no quibbles.

Was supposed to be a room for 5 with balcony, ended up being a room for 4 with a terrace which was also the entrance of the restaurant and the swimming-pool terrace. In this restaurant, 5 m away, a big birthday party with loud music that went to 1am. Albeit we asked for quietness to reception, it didn't stop. Taxi to airport was 190€, provided by the hotel, while the same offer can be found for 150€ on a simple phone call....

We chose this hotel for two nights in our wedding anniversary. The hotel is seated far from the beaches, far from the port and far from city centre. There is a cemetry nearby.
To go to the village you must follow a dark road, plenty of curves with cars going up and down. Hotel is a normal 4 star hotel, with a poor breakfast, a swimmingpool plenty of people that closes at 19.00. Receptionists are really rude: check in time was about 35 minutes because we had to wait the receptionist to end serving coffees in the bar (4 star hotel, really?). After that she did not even explained anything, neather about Milazzo or the hotel; for instance, she was not able to tell us that we could have hotel towels for the swimmingpool. It is also supposed to have an agreement for free with a lido in the beach: we were unable to find a place any of the days there, although you could have place paying it appart directly in the lido...
The room is ok but the bathroom has a shower tube thats sinks the whole room while having a shower, because doors do not close properly to the floor.
We choose this hotel as the best supposed to be in the city and it was absolutelly dissapointing. It all ruined our wedding anniversary. We felt deceived.

Hotel itself is neat and room and bathroom was nicely renovated. The bathroom had a huge bathtub which looked nice but we never managed to fill it up since it stopped after only a little water on the bottom. The warm water also had some issues during our stay and when we reported it, the hotel always tried to solve it but it never was really clear why the water supply was not stable. Although the hotel staff was very friendly, communication was sometimes difficult since they hardly spoke English.
The hotel has 2 pools, 1 private and 1 more or less public pool. We always went to the public pool since that had a bar and was more lively. The environment around the hotel was ok, several restaurant to go out to dinner in the evening within walking distance.
We had a good stay and to relax for a couple of days this was a good hotel.

From the moment we pulled up to the gate the entire experience and time spent at Atlantis Bay was amazing. The staff is as professional, passionate, and attentive as they come. Worth every penny and then some. The views, the room, and everything about this place is exceptional!

Very modern and new. Very clean! Loved the pool. We did walk to the promenade and into town about 25 min walk one way. We were looking for family plots and was so happy to see how close the Milazzo cemetery was. Amazing view.

Could not cool room. Duvet would have been sufficient on North Pole. Excellent in all other areas

Very stylish but not the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. Sea view was amazing and worth the extra I think but the shower was a disappointment as I found it impossible to use without it leaking all over the floor. Air conditioning worked well but was a little noisy. Staff were all polite but not the friendliest. It was quite difficult to find as we could not see the sign from the direction Google maps made us approach.

The staff was excellent. Maria at the front desk went out of her way to help us with a problem we had with our next booking. The room was clean and bright. Comfortable bed. The only fault I found was the parking was a little bit of a problem. It was there but a little hard to get to. I would stay here again

This hotel was quite nice, at the edge of town. Still easily walkable. It’s part residence and part hotel. The whole place felt a little too large and empty, but the staff were pleasant and the included breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is very nice, close to the main harbor and the Milazzo castle. Even so the parking is free, the parking is gated. We were lucky that another car was coming to the hotel, else we wouldn't know how to get into the hotel.

Although the hotel room was comfortable, I have only rated it as average due to 1) air conditioning was not working for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there and when we enquired about this we were not given the correct information until the final night's stay 2) although parking was on the premises it was a fair distance away and up several flights of stairs and 3) rubbish had built up in the stairs to get to the parking and this was not cleared during the time we stayed at the hotel.

The hotel does have air conditioning but it is centrally controlled so can’t be adjusted even though there are controls in the room. When mentioned to hotel staff they claimed to adjust the room tempature but nothing happened. On the last day after 3 days we were told that a part needed to be replaced. When we asked to speak to the manager, he/she wasn’t available. Very poor service in this respect with very little regard for their guests. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful area, but access was a little tricky, and not straightforward. Great breakfast, though, and there are good views on the OTHER side, but not where our room was. The internet was only OK; it did not always work.

We stayed here prior to our ferry to Vulcano. Rooms lovely and beds super comfy. We had a lovely dinner there with superb Sicilian food. Other reviewers are right, there's no scrambled eggs for breakfast but there is plenty of breakfast and cappuccino. There's hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruits, ham, cheese, freak baked bread, Nutella, delicious tomatoes, yoghurts, etc. enjoy the change and dig in
