Looked very grubby

Impromptu decision to have two nights in Roscoff but great difficulty finding accommodation. Found the hotel online, claimed to be four star spa hotel. Th door to the corridor to room 28 banged shut every time. The room was just tired, the shower walls needed the grout cleaned, the lighting in the room was dim. However the beds were fine even if we found the mattress a bit on the firm side.
We didn’t think it rated 4 star but we have no experience of the spa facilities.

Fabulous location!

Beautiful hotel. Spa was very good but had to buy 2 caps and sandals 34 euros.
Lovely young girl on reception when we arrived. Friendly and helpful.

Bit dated but OK

Very nice hotel, lots of facilities, Gym, sauna, pools, and massage areas, great sea views, and lovely sandy beach at the front, spacious room.

Great time, breakfast excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough

Staff at Spa not helpful, extra charge for swim hat, for plastic sandals and swimming trunks as trunks used for entire 2 weeks in France before stay not good enough for them. Therefore not able to use salt water pool, however we could have used on a hot summer evening the Sauna! Have stayed all over EU, staff did not even offer an apology for the above. I would avoid unless you want to pay for everything as extra.

Spa ,breakfast , cleanliness and staff are all excellent at the hotel and the location is fantastic with a beautiful beach a stones trough away

It was great! Perfect for our requirements . Very helpful staff.

I loved the spa, but the welcome to it was terrible. One of the employees yelled at me for not wearing flip flops when I was just looking the facility over. Then, I couldn’t swim in the lap pool because there was a class going on, and then several other people got in and swam, and the instructor didn’t say a thing to them. Also, the price of the gym for daily use was outrageous, the outdoor hot pools were only lukewarm and the prices in the boutique for things like lotion and conditioner were excessive. Our room faced the maintenance area and there was noise a lot of the time, even really late at night. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Probably would not recommend or stay again.

Lovely suite sleeping 2 adults and a child on a big sofa bed. The spa was great but actually difficult to use. One trip for robes another to change, and €3+ for a swim hat when some people were swimming without them! Salt water pool but great swim.

absolutely disgusted!!! we were not able to go to this hotel due to Covid 19, I tried to contact the hotel on several occasions to cancel my booking but no reply was received and they still took the money.
I will not be booking at this hotel again!!!

Excellent location, definitely worth booking a sea view room for beautiful views across to Ile de Batz.

Hotel is right on a really nice sandy beach close to Roscoff centre. It’s a little dated in parts, such as our bathroom in what was called a junior suite and some archaic looking sofas in reception. Parking is off site and a 4 or so minute walk away which is fine but involves a bit of forward planing to load/unload, particularly if you have 3 children... The pool is a spa pool which is not standard pool water and neither of our two girls could swim in it as both found it uncomfortable - but odd as they swim regularly in the sea and a pool, but there were plenty of other people enjoying it. One point to note is you need to wear a swim cap and so if you don’t have one you have to pay a bit over the odds at the hotel for one.
We’ve stayed here twice before getting the ferry home and it’s quite expensive but functional and if the weather is good, it’s a great location. Ask for a sea view room if you can.

Overnight stop before ferry. Good value and lovely restaurant. Spa over priced and insist on swimming hat to use pool or jacuzzi!

Nice comfortable room. Close to the seafront. Convenient for the town centre and ferry port. Parking is pot-luck though.

It was amazing as per usual -However, was shocked at the state of the patio doors/window sills and surrounds in the dining room. The lower sills were extremely dirty/ old embedded dirt as was the shower doors they had lots of scum. Everything else was toppers. We will return but may not use restaurant which needs a deep clean.

All fine, friendly, lovely pool area, need swimming hat, funny! Paid for basics and went elsewhere for good and drink. Nice lardons, artichoke and seaweed crepe! Better than it sounds with local cider. Good Kouign Amman and ate too much of it!

Have stayed at this Hotel twice before but found it not up-to the previous stays. The room was clean but the extra bed (folding camp bed) made it impossible to open the doors to the balcony without moving the furniture first. We had dinner at the Hotel once and found the food way overpriced for what was served. It should also be noted that the dressing gowns are charged to your account, and must be claimed back on their return, which can be missed if you don't check your bill thoroughly.

Good area but very disappointing that hotel bar closed at 9pm

Lovely room. Comfy sofa bed for kids. Great coffee machine in room. Grumpy people in pool because we had kids. Very friendly receptionists on both arrival and departure. Didn't have breakfast as would have been €60 for the four of us. Parking quite far away from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location. Very clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Only drawbacks- difficult to find because it went under another name and also had to park a little way from hotel. Very strict rules for swimming- had to purchase swimming caps and I was not allowed to watch grandchildren swimming unless i wore swimsuit. Also water very salty which hurt eyes and lips. Good location right on beach and very close to town centre.

Lovely hotel overlooking beach. Spa facilities are excellent with salt water swimming and spa pools .

Very enjoyable trip. Roscoff is a hidden gem that many people turn left at the ferry and miss.

A very comfortable room at a good price. Convenient for the ferry port and town centre.

Great location right on the beach, wonderful views, rooms well equipped and helpful staff. Didn't feel very child friendly but this was mainly the other guests.

First class hotel with friendly helpful staff which is more than I can say about this review page because although I want to be brief it won't let me be which is very irritating
