The place is cozy and comfortable. It suitable for those who travel with family. They have kitchen, stove, refrigerator and everything you want to cook a meal. But there is only 1 bathroom in the house.

We traveled to celebrate my daughter's college entrance, and the location was great, close to the 12 Apostles, with beautiful beaches and cafes all around, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the cleanliness of the place was very good. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to use. I would definitely come back here again on my next visit.

It was everything perfect! The place is so cozy that I felt I was at my home! It has a really good area to stay a couple of days with family. It was really clean. Hope to come back one day. I would like to thank Jenny for being so kind with us at recepcion whien we arrive.

Loved that the property was only an 8 min walk from the foreshore, restaurants and cafes. The property itself and its decor is tired looking. There is only air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but it was so uncomfortably loud. Did not sleep at all while it was on and due to the temperature reaching 34 degrees it was too hot to turn off. There was no air-conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms with 1 fan available to one of of those rooms. Would have given this property a much better review if we had a comfortable 3 night stay but we didn't. Not value for money. Would not be going back.

Our family of 6 stayed on night in the beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen. It was a cold summer night so we appreciated the heaters in each bedroom (2 bedrooms downstairs each with a queen-size bed and an attic upstairs with 2 single beds). During the day, we enjoyed the lovely little patio at the back with birds chirping away. The Wifi connectivity was spotty/slow and there did not seem to be streaming services on the TV.

We had a great stay during our GOR road trip. Check-in was a breeze. Parking is based on allocation - you park in the lot for your unit. Our villa was clean and tidy on arrival. With the exception of the WiFi which was somewhat weak, everything else works. Noted that the bathroom on the 2nd level didnt have a radiator, which would have been nice since its still cold. Heating was great for the rest of the villa.
