Apensar dos pontos descritos acima, necessários para melhorar a experiência, considero positiva.

Gostei especialmente das facilidades para cozinhar e armazenar alimentos, além de contar com uma garrafa térmica. De modo geral, você pode desfrutar do passeio e, ainda, aproveitar os momentos de descanso dentro de sua "casa" provisória com pequenos momentos de café, chá e lanches pontuais.

O colchão do quarto deixa a desejar, infelizmente sugere ser antigo e sem densidade adequada para manter uma boa postura ao longo das noites de sono. Outro ponto imprescindível de enfatizar é a respeito do cheiro ruim dentro do banheiro, que provavelmente decorre da cortina utilizada para o espaço de banho.

Convenient and fit for purpose

Its a short walk to tram stops and not too far from the center. The apartment was very clean, and perfect for a couple of nights where you spend most days outside. The bed was comfy. Nice to have a working lift. When I had to contact the host via phone they were very helpful.

The check in was confusing. I couldn’t get my keys using the code so I had to call the property. Turns out I was on the wrong entrance in a building in front where we thought we had to go. They should have different profiles for the different addresses so it doesn’t happen, because both have different addresses. You only realize this upon checking the check-in message. The pillows could do with an upgrade but nothing major.

Muy bonito departamento

Departamento con muy buenos espacios, limpio, cocina completa, baño con tina. A dos cuadras de la terminal de camión, que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en 10 min. Sirve que conoces más de otro lado de la ciudad. En resumen, muy contento con nuestra estancia ahí.

Schlüssel war um die Check-In Zeit nicht vorhanden. Wir mussten vor der Türe stehen und warten bis jemand kam. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und es war viel Lärm. Die Küche ist mikrig ausgestattet. Wirklich kochen kann man so nicht. Zudem war die Abwaschmaschine noch voll mit Geschirr.

Don’t go there if u don’t need,place is loud and even u don’t get help of facilyty crew.

Since I travel un winter,heating is very low on property and explanations are how is about central sistem,and u can do anything about it,even they no offer extra blaket to make your stay confortable. Other think what I hate is that Tv not working no signal,no battery in remont control,and no technisian who can come to fix it cuz there is nobody during the weekend. And I strictly choose room with tv working,I need a noice cuz Im claustrofobic. Any noise what u get is from loud neighbers what fighting on the floor constantly. If u think that u will rest ar this property,just try to avoid this posibility.

I dont understand why so many are complainig about this place. Easy check-in. Great apartment with good value for money.

Calm area, beautiful streets. Close to tram stations. Clean and great size. Beautiful balcony for morning coffe/breakfast. Bathroom and kitchen very modern.

I coudn't got in the Hotel, my telefon was out of charge, and there was no way to ring or contact the host. Then they told me than thay war going to refound me but they didn't!!! I wrote them and they did not answer!

I would never recommend it to anyone!

Nothing at all!

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dirty, the bath was broken, there was no hair shampoo, or soap to wash hands. There were no other bed sheets and blankets. There was no hanger for the clothes in the wardrobe. The wi-fi worked poorly. The VC was dirty with blood stains! Horrible experience, not worth a penny!

Superb

The location is a bit far from the city center to go walking but there is a bus/tram stop nearby. The apartment is quite big. The kitchen part was very complete.

The bed is not really comfortable, the mattress was too soft and you were falling into the middle of the bed.

STAY AWAY (SCAM)

Neighborhood

The room was not what I booked; it was much smaller, did not have a balcony, and all furniture and appliances were very old (unlike in the post images). The staff was not responding to any of my messages to clarify why we got a different room from what was booked. Booking.com staff responded with a delay of 1 day saying that they are not able to assist. We stayed there 3 nights in total.

Cheap-ish

-Very hard to find location. Even after finding once, the next times its still not easy to find. Without a gps on the phone impossible to find. And maps dont always work, so had to spend 30-40 mins a few times to find it. Would be very useful for owners to put landmarks/giudelines to find it. For example nearby is skyroad for cars, e.t.c... -Photos didnt match actual flat was smaller. -Logo light was on all night, disrupting the sleep.

Good value for money

The apartment met our needs during our travel in Zurich. Good value for money, easy check-in, and WiFi worked well.

Nothing fancy about the place, but these are reasonably priced accommodations. About 5-10 minutes walk from trams/train station.

Was not what the photos suggested. Avoid.

Location was nice and key collection easy.

Nothing like the I booked or the photos. Freezer door broken, only on hanger in wardrobe, no cleaning products for the plates etc. Unclean and walls marked and dirty. Very, very basic.

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood and very easy check in and out.

There were two twin beds together instead of one so not the most comfortable sleep, and the kitchen barely had any utensils (e.g. two glasses and one was chipped; no bowls) and no products like cleaning sponge or detergent.

my stay was not great

Good location

The tv was not operation ie cabel was hanging in the air, and there was no electrical plug in the wall ( bizarr). There was no plug for night lamp around night stand also. The shower head did not work properly. At 12 pm some men had a loud argument in the corridor.

kitchen could be better equipped e. g. cereal bowls, coffee maker or filter. dishwasher is redundant for 1-2 people - just takes up space. pillows need to be renewed

Very bad smelling room and no response to client’s request.

Kitchen

The room No 1 had bad smell and it was unbearable. I wrote to complain on the first night arrival but no reply and nobody sealed with the problem. I didn’t sleep well therefore for three nights. The bad smell could be previous clients smoking inside the room I assume.
