The villages were top notch! There's nothing like arriving to your room and the service has made sure it will be warm upon your arrival. It is so roomy, impeccably clean, and so affordable for a winter holiday. Will definitely be returning.

The Sheppard’s pie was very good also the Old Fashion was perfect. In November there are not many amenities to enjoy, but it still was a nice getaway.

Great stay . Great place . Clean . Great service . Pub on site was so much fun at night and seeing the sunset and the Brewster flats also on the site was amazing

Great family vacation spot, lots of space, indoor pool, convenient location and shuttle over to the main house.

Overall, a very nice room with good space for a family of 4.

First night the people next to us were so loud, swearing, drinking and very loud
Music. Kept us up u til 1:30am.
In the bathroom there was black hair everywhere. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.

This was our first stay at Ocean Edge. Our go to lodgings were closed for renovations.
The level of service, the amenity options abd the locstion cannot be beat.
Old style guest service combined with modern accommodations
Definitely suggest going to the Villages after Labor Day.
The weather is still nice, the crowds a bit less and all guests have access to the amenities at the main mansion such as the private beach and beach bar.
We are already planning a return to the Villages next September.

Stayed in the Villages for 2 nights for a weekend wedding. Mansion area has a lot to do and multiple dining options. Ate at the Pub downstairs 1 night, limited food options on the menu and the food was just ok for the money. Staff were all very friendly, they could’ve used some more bartenders at the beach bar, very busy and a long wait for a drink

Big, well kept grounds. Dining is very good, friendly stuff, a bit overpriced for the condition of the villas. Overall recommended.

I liked how despite that we stayed in the village that was furthest from the main property, there was still ways to get there by easy shuttle that is operational almost all hours of the day.

Made this reservation on behalf of my step father for my mother’s 50th bday. They had an amazing time and have not stopped talking about their since they returned. Next time I will be booking for myself!

I loved everything about it. Arbor pool was gorgeous. The grounds were clean and everything was very beautiful. Every meal I had was delicious and the ambience of the ocean view Terrace was breathtaking.

I've wanted to visit here for quite some time. I love the option of resort activities or a walk on the beach all a few minute walk from our room. Great cocktails at the beach bar and the Cape has many places to dine with many ortions from pub fare to sea food. Highly recommended Oceans Edge Resort

Our TV was not working when we arrived. An engineer came to fix it, but it stopped working again the following day. Our door battery died, so we were stranded outside our door and our dinner got cold. Housekeeping did not show up, and we had to call them in the evening just to get service. Our bathroom door was unable to close when we arrived. Someone had to come and fix this as well. We waited one hour for a shuttle after swimming at the Arbor Pool (if I knew they were so unpredictable I would just driven). We later found out that a worker had told us to wait for the shuttle at the wrong location (which is the location where the shuttle had actually dropped us). The shuttle driver who dropped us was so nice and friendly to the people who were on the shuttle with us, but as soon as they dropped, he acted like there was no one on the shuttle…like we were air. We were in a basement room with very bad reception. I called to report these problems and not one manager or anyone from the result contacted me. It’s a shame because the place has such potential, but facing multiple issues everyday ruined our vacation and it did not seem like any of the resort staff or management cared.

The Villages were a great option for our one night stay on the Cape! When you aren’t renting for a week in the summer, options are few and far between. We rented two Arbor one bedrooms for our family of four with two teens, and it was an excellent value. Very comfortable beds and AC. Staff friendly though they could use more staff for check in. Very clean rooms. The mansion side is nice and more luxurious, but really not a good value for one night, this was way more comfortable and much more room - two large apartment style rooms vs. one room that cost even more. Great place for families, will stay again.

I have been spending my summers at Ocean Edge for 3 years now and have been coming to the Cape for 10 years. I was disappointed that the hot tub for Arbor was closed for the entire week. It is the main reason why we stay in Arbor is to have access to the pool and hot tub. It was inconvenient to go to the mansion for the hot tubs. Otherwise all is good.

The property is beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the kitchen things we would need to prep our am coffees and breakfast.... and other meals if you chose to bring in groceries.
But being across the st at the very end of the Villages area it was not convenient to use the beach, and restaurant on the mansion side. We were not supposed to drive and park over at mansion side, but use the shuttle. They need more frequent shuttles. Not great to have to wait 20 min in humid weather and esp in wet sandy beach attire, or when the rain came on our way to dinner. So,we did park by mansion--- feeling rushed and guilty trying to find a parking space. Ocean terrace did a good job of moving all the uncovered tables under the pavillion when a torrential rain and wind passed by--thank you. I prefer the ocean side beach and not the bay side there where the water/tide goes very far out in low tide- a long walk to get in deep enough to cool off.

I like that it was close to the mansion so when you book your room there, you could go to the mansion and enjoy the pool the beach and all the amenities that’s attached to this hotel. I think they have to do a better job and describing that these two hotels are Together and you can use the ocean edge mansions amenities so a lot that’s there. That’s not mentioned great place clean convenient to all restaurants in the shores.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Ocean’s Edge! Service was fantastic, food was great, activities were abundant for the children and the rooms were updated and well appointed. Can’t wait to return next year!

Many pools to choose from . went
to two and hot tubs were both not working . For being prime time in the summer , that should not happen as to stay at this hotel
was a significant cost . Otherwise stayed in a suite that was quite spacious.

Everything around us was absolutely perfect! The beach the pool with a toddler pool was amazing! The Linx restaurant was delicious and a wonderful atmosphere! The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the shower and in the bathroom floor upon arrival. There was also blood stains on the couch pillow and couch upon arrival. We didn’t say anything we just moved the pillow and put a blanket down on the couch. While we were out at the beach they put a whole new couch in our room and moved all the furniture, but didn’t put anything back in place left everything moved against the wall, and never said anything. They never re-made the pullout couch for us to sleep on just left the dirty linens in a pile on a chair. Other then those fees housekeeping issues the place and the stay were wonderful! My family had a great time!

The staff, from wait staff to housekeeping to front desk is ouright fantastic. They make every stay even more special than the last. Friendly, helpful, sincere and professional in every way..

Th property is well maintained; the apartments are clean and reasonably spacious; kitchen could use a few more amenities. Our main issue is that within a few hours of checking out, for which we did call and confirm with the front desk that everything was ok, we got a text stating that a “resort fee” was charged to our card. Just disappointed that a decent resort group should “resort” to sneaky tactics. Just include this fee upfront!

Great stay. We highly recommend it. Lots of options. Kid friendly without being overwhelmingly kid run.

Loved our rooms and the daily housekeeping of exceptional! I don’t normally leave a rooms tips for housekeeping but in this case I was happy tipping our lady $100. She was fabulous!

The Villages was a disappointing experience. While it presents itself as a companion property to the exclusive Ocean Edge resort, the room and customer service were pedestrian. The registration facility felt like an airport check-in counter — no warmth or feeling of hospitality. Our room was plain and functional with noisy wall-mounted air conditioners(!). There is no check-out or farewell process at all. We left feeling taken advantage of — an ordinary experience at high-end prices.

Loved having a home away from home! Full kitchenette and washer dryer was ideal when traveling with kids. There is so much to do on the property for the whole family. Very family friendly!
