Great location with good amenities and beach access. We could only get an economy unit, as all booked out, which was in a fair condition. Our fan in the bedroom stopped working on 2nd day. No aircon in economy. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Perfect location - loved the ocean views! Clean and comfortable. Right next to the beach via the private walkway. Close to cafes, only a short walk to James St or Miami shopping centre. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay with family. Very convenient and some great facilities including mini golf and playground for kids. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a couple of minor things that housekeeping missed but easily rectified. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome pool! Clean but the fan in my room was not fast enough to provide cooling. Overall great place, perfect for walk to the beach.central location.

property was very clean and equipped with all necessary equipment needed and more. However do suggest that privacy locks to door and air-conditions in bed rooms are needed fan did not help in hot nights. Over all good experience I would give 4.5 out of 5.

Our stay was the best we’ve had in along time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the property was in pristine condition, even having a brand new kitchen! The shared amenities are wonderful and maintained daily. We used the bbq area for a family bbq and used the pool and spa numerous times, they were always spotless. The property is in a wonderful location with the beach, coles and coffee shops just a short stroll away. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back for another stay!

We stayed as a family and it was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Probably my favourite thing about the place was the pool, it was the perfect temperature to be able to just dive in, you need to wear goggles though, after 10 minutes your eyes sting.

Location, location, location. Close to the beach, the beach path was awesome! Close to some really lovely cafes/restaurants and a 7/11 120m away. The room we stayed in was recently renovated in Hampton style absolutely beautiful! Pool and bbq was lovely also our 4 year old liked the playground.

This property is the perfect "mid range" type of apartment- nothing flashy, but very comfortable. Great amenities, especially for kids, and close to the beach- also close to some great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The communications and check in process was really easy (and very much appreciated)- however the check out process was quite rigid (i.e needed to make arrangements if wanting to check out before 9am, but all guests need to check out by 9:30am....not the most relaxed approach)- it did suit us at the time, but it wouldn't suit everyone.

Hotel was nice and handy to beach for swimming only a short walk. Nice area to relax, apartment was spacious for all. Bed was a little uncomfortable but could just be isolated to the room I had. Only 2 devices allowed to connect to the internet which doesn't work out the best with a family of 4.

Horizons was in a perfect location for us to walk to the beach, shops, surf clubs, cafes etc. and to catch the bus to wherever we wanted to go.

I was out all day doing a business course so it was nice and quiet to come back and chill out each evening. The bed was very comfortable. The out of hours check-in procedure was easy. The apartment was fresh and bright and an easy walk through to the beach. The pool looked inviting but I didn't get a chance to use it. Great value!

Great location, pool n kids playground with mini put put coarse. Apartment was spacious and clean but dishwasher and microwave needed replacing but apart from that great place for the family with young kids n one street from the beach.

Will never stay at Horizons again. The loung suite in our unit was disgustingly filthy. We had to cover it in sheets just so we had somewhere to sit. We checked out on the Sunday at 9am, spent the morning at the beach and were home by midday. We discoverred straight away that my teenage son had left behind an expensive label tshirt on his bed (probably in his bed sheets)as he wore it to dinner on the Friday night. I called and left a message at Horizons straight away as no-one answerred the phone. No-one called me back Sunday or Monday morning. I called them again around 11am. He first said the laundry goes offsight and pretty much no chance of us getting the tshirt back. I asked the question if the cleaner shook out the sheets, and he said NO they fold them. That defies all logic as many a holiday maker would leave belongings behind regularly on or in bed sheets.?? He then calls me with news that he had discoverred the laundry was still there and he had checked ALL bags thoroughly and the cleaner didnt find anything. No T/shirt. So I said it must still be there because I dont have it either. He said he would go and check under the bed himself, who knows if he did or didnt as I didnt ever hear back from him. I called them the following Saturday and that guy new nothing of it. Considering we paid top dollar in peak season and put up with a disgustingly filthy lounge suite that had NO padding, it leaves a very sour taste in ones mouth.

Loved it and would have stayed longer if it was available. Would 100% stay there again! Great location and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved it!!The putt putt course and the walkway to to the beach were an added bonus!

Online photos dont do the room justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room to see it newly renovated and a lovely view of the ocean. There are a few minor issues eg windows not sealing properly but they were minor and overall we were very happy. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and accommodating as we arrived very early but as our room was ready we were able to check in early which was wonderful after a midnight flight and a tired toddler ☺️

Great position. Across the road from the beach, bus stop out the front, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and coffee. Burleigh Heads is a beautiful location.
