The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed the soap in the drinking water bottle and I almost died by drinking that water my mistake. I tried to spit all out but too late and swallowed water with soap already…the hotel restaurant is not good and expensive, and the food at breakfast was terrible and no taste at all and not many healthy options. the only good thing is the staff are very nice and friendly. Definitely doesn’t live up to the name of Marriot. Won’t stay there again

As a traveler I schedule my stays from my phone all the time. I made a mistake with dates and this was impossible to get back a refound. I have to do a second reservation with the fixed dates. The original itinerary was paid and not consumed. I tried to fix this i mediately the purchase was completed when I realized about my mistake

The best hotel in the North area of Cali. Chipichape Mall is literally one block away. CLO airport is just approx. 20 minutes away. To sum up everything is close by to this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before so I knew it was going to be great. The only and main issue that I had was that I needed to extend my stay by 1 night which became a whole to do. I understand that this as well as other hotels in Cali were fully booked due to the Pan American games that Cali was hosting. City Express had the team from Puerto Rico. I had informed the front desk that I needed to extend my stay and they said ALL rooms were booked HOWEVER I was able to find a room through a different website at this hotel but at almost double the cost which I was not happy about to say the least. I confirmed my extra 1 night reservation with the front desk which they did and once it was I asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to know why/how I was able to get a room yet they claimed ALL were booked. He explained that they hadn't updated their inventory to the online companies and that he could simply tell me that it was a mistake and cancel my reservation but since I was already there he would make an exception... LUCKY ME? As I told him I have previously stayed here on a few occasions but after this I dont think that will be the case. Again I thank them for doing me the HUGE "favor" of keeping my extended reservation being that the price was so much. Aside from this insignificant headache... the hotel is the same... clean all around, good breakfast, great location and confortable rooms.

I have mixed feelings about this hotels. Service was good, staff were attentive, and location was convenient; however, this hotel is marketed as a business one, yet the internet is atrocious: spotty and slow, I could hardly work with it. The room is modern, and bed is comfy; nevertheless, shower curtains were too short causing water to splashing everywhere. Towels hard as sandpaper. Lastly, breakfast was not very good. It needs to be improved.
