I stayed for 1 night only and made the mistake of not reading other people’s reviews and also checking the box for air conditioner. I gave this property 2 stars because of how old the property looked and the lack of air conditioner. Especially during summer, I would NOT recommend this hotel. The room was extremely hot when I checked in. They did have 1 small fan in the room, which was not sufficient. I left the window opened at night to cool it down, but some bugs started flying in. Overall, this hotel was NOT worth the amount I paid for 1 night.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, green option for free drink or bike hire instead of cleaning room is nice, great location right above the undrground & right in the middle of many good restaurants. Only negatives (small ones); Slight smell in one of the rooms i had & no air conditioning plus twin rooms not doubles All in all a nice stay.

This hotel was recently renovated in a tasteful manner. It is very clean and has the most comfortable, luxurious beds I experienced on my travels through Germany and Austria. The area isn't touristy at all and that is a nice break from Munich. It is very easy to get to Munich via the underground. Additionally, there are a few restaurants and a grocery adjacent to the hotel. The gelato nearby is excellent! This is a great spot if you are heading to the Munich airport the next morning -- it took us only 15 minutes to drive there from the hotel.

Nice little hotel. Rooms are clean and standard size, with all the facilities such as en suite and TV. Bed was comfortable and windows are very well soundproofed. I added breakfast to the booking, which i dont usually do. Brilliant choice from suasages, fried eggs and bacon, to the more continental fayre. Very nice hotel. It was not easy/ tricky to locate on GPS, as entrance was not from main street exactly, but they had sign for parking garage. We stayed in 130 meter away building. Breakfast was plenty. Front office was helpful. My issue was three devices for wifi, and for family this is too little.

We arrived to hotel 11:30 nobody was in hotel to meet and accommodate us we had to go and drive home all night, two times stop and sleep at gas station I will try to get full refund

Excellent hotel. We got a family suite on the 3rd floor. Very spacious with great views on the town center, great breakfast. The hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian only zone and walking distance from many amenities. If you are interested in riding the ubahn, the station is right next door. Lost of eating options nearby, we ended up at the local Gastof Neuwirt. Very quiet as the town itself is pretty quiet. Just under half an hour to cover the distance to Munich airport by car. If hotel parking is full, there are plenty of free options in town (use parking disk).
