This is a beautiful property with the best view of Verona. The property is stunning and the staff were outstanding and always helpful. Very nice breakfast and dinner with a great Argentinian restaurant within a 5 minute walk as well. Easy walk into the city and great area to park a vehicle. Loved every minute of our stay here!

Phenomenal!!! We went on our honeymoon and had the most magical experience. The staff were some of the most wonderful we have ever met at a hotel - will definitely come back!

Amazing place!
The staff was friendly and helpful, the view and location was amazing and the pool area was the perfect spot for afternoon break. I would definitely recommend this place!
The only things that could be improved in my opinion is the breakfast. But being danish I might have a different opinion on what good breakfast is compared to Italians (compared to other Italian hotels it seemed to be higher quality).
And the pillows were a bit hard to our taste - again, this is just personal preferences.
Overall a really nice place, we hope to come back!

A fabulous boutique hotel set on literally the best terrace in Verona overlooking the city. Lovely friendly owner and staff, immaculately clean, great facilities and a must stay hotel if you are visiting the city.

A beautiful boutique hotel set in a stunning location overlooking the lovely city of Verona and the surrounding landscape. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay an absolute joy. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and peaceful with olive trees and fresh rosemary bushes. Overall a wonderful experience.

The property is of unique character and offers charme both in terms of the looks of the property and the nice view above Verona.
The rooms are large and very well decorated, in line with the overall atmosphere of the place and provide great amenities.
The rate charged is relatively expensive for Verona, but this is offset by the location (which remains within walking distance of the historic center), and the free spacious private car parking (other similarly rated hotels charge for this).
Staff is attentive and provides recommendations on request and we were given a leaving present (small bottle of Olive oil from the owner).
Overall decent value for money.

This hotel is set on the hillside overlooking Verona. It is beautiful & commands spectacular views over the city a real retreat on a hot day after wandering around the lovely city of Verona. You could walk down to the town of Verona but you would need a taxi back. There is a courtesy bus which runs every morning & evening down to Verona. gorgeous pool to come back to.

Fantastic hotel at the top of Verona, with amazing view over the city and the hills around. The personal were very serviceminded, they only wanted the best for us. The environment was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. A wonderful garden for meditation and good conversation. A full continental breakfast with eggs cooked for you personally. We could also order small meals and drinks. The room was also fine. The interior fitted the rest of the hotel located. The pool or and sanctuary was perfect. Luxurious. We were lucky staying here.

A hidden gem overlooking the romantic city of Verona. Every minute of our stay was perfect! The room was excellent, we had wonderful views from our window and the staff were so helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Although it was roughly a 15 minute walk from the city centre, the walk itself was enjoyable, passing many historic buildings and monuments. If you want a romantic weekend, in a romantic city, then Relais Fra' Lorenzo Hotel is the place to stay.

We had a lovely two night stay in a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The staff at Fra Lorenzo was gracious and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance from the old city center, shopping, and restaurants.

Wonderful walk from the hotel, situated on a hill, to Verona's centre. Lovely breakfast on a terrace, served by friendly staff. Our stay beautifully ended at the arena with a Il Volo concert, thanks to the advice of Antonio, the hotel owner.

One of the most elegant hotels we have stayed

A wonderful location. But not an hotel - somewhere between a B&B and an hotel. Very few staff (a sort of DIY hotel), no porterage, amateur receptionist, very little in the way of food, except for breakfast.
Misrepresentation about distance from Verona centre: it is a minimum of 15 minutes of walking down a very steep footpath, after which one is pretty exhausted for the sightseeing that is to follow. And the walk up??? Take a taxi.
A lovely pool area in well-kept grounds.
No turn-down service in the evening, which one normally gets at an hotel charging these prices. Very superficial daily cleaning.
Some maintenance in the rooms is required despite the hotel being only 2 years old.

Wonderful views, wonderful service. It felt like a little oasis overlooking the whole city.
