Fillipo was our friendly & energetic host. He could not have been more helpful & accommodating! I am sorry we did not stay in Padova longer. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay here for three nights. A very convenient jumping off point for a day trip in Venice, but don’t miss Padua, which is a spectacular city in its own right. Filippo is the perfect host — fluent in multiple languages and gave us all kinds of helpful tips.

What a gem. Like staying at the home of a long lost family member. Filipppo goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Easy to get help and recommendations from him. My travel partner and I chose Casa Camilla for the reviews and because it provided a good stopping off point for our Italian road trip and we were able to park within the gated property. My only regret is that we stayed in Padua so briefly.

Loved our stay! We were welcomed with an espresso and a beautiful room. The garden grounds are stunning. Breakfast was so delicious. Fillipo was helpful with places to go in town. His map made things easy!

Our experience at Casa Camilla was absolutely wonderful.
From the moment were arrived Philipo and his family were so welcoming and made sure that every detail of our stay was comfortable.
The house itself is comfortable and cozy, a great place to retreat to after a day of touring around the city.
Great location! We biked our way to Padua from the casa with our 10 year old daughter and it was the perfect way to get acquainted with the city.
Each morning Philipo’s mother makes beautiful pastries and when breakfast here we eat on their beautiful patio. Each morning as breakfast was finishing up the perfect day in Padua is planned with the help of Philipo. Philipo would talk with us about our plans for the day, in this time he would lay out perfect recommendations and tips to ensure
The day went perfect. From parking tips, to times to visit certain sights, to a the best places to eat. Philipo’s mother makes beautiful pastries and when breakfast
Is wrapping up the perfect day in Padua is planned with the help of Philipo. Beyond expectations we were guided through the Italian medical system as Philipo helped us
with some medications. Not only a great stay but a lifelong friend.
I'm so glad to hear that you had a wonderful experience at Casa Camilla! It sounds like Philipo and his family went above and beyond to make sure you felt welcome and comfortable during your stay. The cozy and comfortable house sounds like the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Fillipo and his family were delightful and full of good advice for enjoying Padova. The breakfast was delicious; the rides to and from the train station were much appreciated as were the bikes to ride into town since the B&B is in the outskirts.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. Padova is a vibrant city with many fascinating sites to visit. We would love to come again and will definitely stay at Casa Camilla when we do.

Fantastic property. Easy to find. Excellent location. Filippo and his family were our great hosts, we enjoyed so much their conversation and all the advises they gave us to make our stay in the city enjoyable and fruitful.

Filippo welcomed us with great hospitality and recommendations in Padova and the surrounding area. We were in the other building which is less than 5 minutes walk from the main building. On the plus side the apartment there is much bigger which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was good and included homemade cake, various choices of eggs and fresh orange juice. We would visit this nice family run B&B again if in the area.

We stayed at many nice properties on a recent visit to Italy, and this was simply the best. We were welcomed and treated to a quick and personal guide to the city. Filippo was a charming and enthusiastic host. The breakfast (including freshly squeezed orange juice) was really nice. His recommendation (and this is a great idea) was to commute from Padova to Venice. The train trip was inexpensive (5 euros) and easy. Hopefully, we'll go back one day and be able to follow that advice!!

Filippo and family were very welcoming and their knowledge of the town and it’s history invaluable. The level of service was second to none and we highly recommend the professionalism of the hosts. Would stay here again when next visiting.

This is a traditional italian home which we enjoyed a lot. Love the gardens, the accommodations were traditional and very functional, the best of both worlds. Good shower, hot and cold water with a good pressure.
Good wi fi. Its close to the train terminal. The owner is kind and offers the transportation service to the airport or the train. He made us city's maps and reccommended places to visit, an osteria to eat in Venice. The breakfast was Delicious and fantastic with a variety of items to choose from and Filippo's mom cooks tasty eggs as you wish. The house has beautiful views. We enjoyed our short stay but we will stay there again. I reccomend it extensively.

We loved staying in the Casa Camilla in Padua. We stayed in the apartment, which had a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The apartment came fully stocked with coffee, tea, mineral water, and everything else we needed to be comfortable. More important, however, was the excellent service: our hosts picked us up at the Padua Station and dropped us off in Padua every day. They also provided a special map of Padua, marking all the places we wanted to visit so we wouldn't get lost. Breakfast offered many choices, including eggs, yogurt, cheese, meat, cereal and an assortment of breads and croissants. The b&b is located in northwest Padua, just a block from a bus stop, in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. For true hospitality, you can't beat Casa Camilla!

This B&B perfectly met our needs for our stay in Padua. Our room was cozy but had everything we needed....the sunken shower was a treat to use! The location offers a great breakfast (“Mama” bakes delicious cakes!) and a convenient shuttle service to the train station (which is also within walking distance). There is also a bus stop two blocks away....but be sure to validate your ticket when you board because we learned the fines are very steep! We would definitely recommend this B&B.

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Honestly, you will never get such chick in any hotel! Hosts are the most caring and wonderful warm people! Very kind, attentive and charming. Filippo got in touch with us before arrival and met us with his car at the railway station, he as well kindly gave us a lift back to the station when we went to Venice. Explained everything about airport and gave great tips about what to see. The breakfast was simply to die for! I tell honestly, I quite spoiled person gastronomically, but the homemade cheesecake with generous layer of fresh strawberry, freshly squeezed juice - I didnt have anything so tasty even in best restaurants. Not to mention big selection of yogurts, toasts and butter, cheese, ham and delicious scramble eggs! With perfect beverage of your choice, my cappuccino was perfect :) Thank you so much to Filippo and his amazing parents! Can not recommend thus place enough, you will enjoy every single moment if your stay there.

This place was easily our best accommodations anywhere in Europe. Everything you'd expect of staying in a charming Italian Villa but with highly reasonable cost.

On a whirlwind trip through Italy, we only spent one night at Casa Camilla, but thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the hospitality we were shown.
This is truly a family-run B&B and while we were there, we were treated like family. We were met at the train station by Filippo, who drove us to the house and settled us into the lovely room, then gave us the lay of the land and helped us plan our time in Padua over a much-needed espresso. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, everyone was so welcoming and gracious and the home itself is lovely.
Thoroughly recommend staying here! Padua is a beautiful place, full of culture and history; Casa Camilla is the perfect place to stay as you enjoy it.

Top notch operation. A great Bed and Breakfast; comfortable, clean, nice décor, great breakfast, great service. Great location to the Autostrada, a great option for getting to Marco Polo airport. Too far to walk into downtown but Filippo gave us a ride into town and explained how the catch the bus back - worked like a charm.

We stayed in Casa Camilla for 3 days using it as a base for visiting Venice and Padova. It's B&B, not a regular hotel. Very nice and clean, recently renovated spacious lovely rooms, great breakfast, good internet connection too. Filippo was very helpful. It is located off the center of Padova, but it's a short ride or an easy 15 minutes walk to a train station from where you could get to Venice in about half an hour and just 4 euros. We really enjoyed staying there. Great value for the money. Definitely will stay again on our next trip to the area.

Renato, Paola, their son Filippo, and dog Daisy will welcome you to Casa Camilla and make you feel at ease, almost as though visiting family. They have done an excellent conversion of their large home to comfortable, well-appointed individual guest rooms. The breakfast is generous. There are several cafes (one includes a gelateria) and restaurants within easy walking distance in a quiet neighbourhood away from crowds. I understand they also have an apartment nearby and one in Padova centre which may be available for people interested in longer stays in the area.
If you have a car, this is a wonderful place to stay and use as a base from which to visit not only Padova, but most of the Veneto region outside of Venice. It is on the northwest side of Padova, less than 10 minutes to drive into Padova centre. It is close to the A4, which provides easy access east and west from Padova, the SP47 north to Citadella and Bassano del Grappa, and the A13 south toward Ferrara and Bologna. Essentially most everything within the Veneto is between a 30 and 90 minute drive, which makes Casa Camilla a perfect place to stay multiple days, rather than having to unpack and pack in different hotels every night.
