Well placed next to the beach the indoor swimming pool is very good for the children. Outside it gets chilly fast. Forced me to get an extra room (Reserved for a 4 person, but we have three children of which a young one which sleeps with us) which we never used. Very very disappointed with this way of working, especially as I had confirmed that we would be five over the phone and that this wouldn't be a problem.

The trip was a gift to to of our grandchildren. The location, accommodation, service and morning food was all that we desired for our days in Mallorca. Our grandchildren's eyes were positively starry. We were all more than just satisfied.

Well located, middle-size hotel directly at the beach. High standards throughout and good food in the restaurant. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Beds were extremely hard. AC sounded like a machine gun. Could hear people in the hall outside our room all night long. Not enough alternatives food options for breakfast. Pool bar staff were extremely pleasant.

Stayed in room 509, junior suite with ocean view. Excellent view! Room according to description. Clean and well maintained. No surprises, good or bad. Would have appreciated allergy information at breakfast. Typical tourist Mallorca location, a short bus trip or walk to more charming surroundings.

Nice hotel on the perfect location. Staff is nice and works hard. At breakfast you have many options including drinks. Dinner is different every evening and on some evenings they have a theme, drinks are excluded. For only €2,- you can take the bus to Palma. It’s very easy to take a Taxi from the airport to the hotel, €15-€20.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was comfy and well equipped, especially mentioning the lovely decorated/renovated bathroom. Cleaning everyday was super nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide varieties. Minus side was that the pool area was a bit small for a big hotel. The sun beds were reserved with towels already in the early morning, before people actually came to the pool. Of course this is unfortunately quite common in many hotels.

The service was extraordinary at this beautiful hotel. Joan made us feel exceedingly welcome from the moment we arrived at the reception desk until the morning we checked out of the hotel.

The place was lovely, the area is beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. The food at the restaurant was great and the service at the restaurant was wonderful! To say you are a 4 star hotel there were some basic things missing : - there is no valet or parking -there is no porter to help with bags - the room had spiderwebs and smelled heavily of mold. My pillowcases were dirty upon arrival -the hotel has a pool but makes you pay for pool towels (I have traveled around the world and have never seen this before) - if you miss breakfast (ends at 10:30 you cannot eat or get food until 12). - you must have reservations to eat at the restaurant for dinner -they cater to their German clientele- no one gave us any information at checkin as to any programs at the hotel. Did not tell us anything about the spa or services.

This is the perfect location, with lovely suites and balconies overlooking the ocean. There is a small fridge and kettle and a safe. It has a small grocery store at the side of the building, a washer and dryer for client use, a luggage storage room, a pool and lounge area and several bars. It is steps to the beach and to the boardwalk with an endless line of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. There is lots of street parking and is beside a free parking lot. The staff is very helpful.

Very happy with the property and service. Only downside was our second visit to the hotel buffet. First visit food very good. Second time, almost all the hot food items (except the items grilled to order) were cold and exceedingly unappetizing- including soup, vegetable dishes, meat dishes and pasta. -barely room temperature. Probably a food safety issue as well. The heat lights ovet the food seems to be just for show as they do not keep the food warm.You need to be there in the first few minutes after the buffet opens when the food is hot (our first visit) and not an hour late when the food is allowed to cool off (our second visit). Told the hostess of the problem as we left...unclear if anything will be done to rectify. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

A perfect vacation for singles, couples as well as families. We were amazed by the service and food variety that was offered. We highly recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet! The staff, no matter if it was reception, waiting staff or cleaning personnel, was always friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms have been very clean and always well presented.

I'll start off by saying the staff was great in trying to accommodate for our concerns. But ultimately fell short. There was a horrendous smell coming from the kitchenette drainage. A custodian came to try to fix it. The whole kitchenette cabinets ended up falling on him. They weren't properly fastened to the wall. The moved us rooms for the night. Next day we were reassigned the same smelly room. It was never fixed. We just had to keep to the bedroom area to avoid the smell. After a few days, we deduced that this property has major drainage issues. The smell becomes potent when the buffet is open, leading us to deduce that the kitchen water is backing up in our kitchenette. Also, the walls are paper thin. We can have our neighbors having a normal volume conversation and we can hear exactly what they were saying. This place is definitely not a 4 star hotel. You've been warned.

The hotel reception is super kind. They upgraded my reservation to penthouse apartment for free. The partement is big and very clean. Fantastic view over the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped. The terrasse with jacuzzi is an extra nice experience. Food is delicious. A lot of choices. Great location. 20meters to the beach. Supermarket and bike rental shop in the same building. Everything was perfect. Had a wonderful two days holiday. Will definitely come back again !

We were super happy with the hotel itself but very dissapointed with Expedia. Upon arrival with a family of four, the receiption lady could not find our reservation and asked us to find a phone number of Expedia and check the matter by ourselves as if we are lying about our reservation. After a long discussion and waiting in Expedia's hotline for many minutes and lots of stress, the receiption checked their system again and they found our booking. Then they claimed we have not paid for the room which was another long discussion until they made phone calls to Expedia themselves and confirmed the payment. Overall a terrible arrival experience and we heard same stories from other Expedia guests in the hotel. I'd definitely come to this hotel again, but would never book it through Expedia :(

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located in a great area, right in front of the beach. The hotel is well kept and modern, the pool is a good size with lots of lounge chairs. There is a great restaurant on site. Our room was a good size. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a small balcony. The staff was so nice and friendly and excited to guide us where to visit. I totally recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect!! The view from the balcony of our room was fantastic and relaxing. The reception and the bar staff are kind and helpful, too. It was the second visit to this hotel and never disappoint expectations. 1000% we’ll come back!!
