We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating.
The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town.
Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay.
Would recommend!

The manager, Alex was super nice and great person. He managed it very well and friendly. I felt safe and comfy. Loved stay here!!! Thanks!! The location was great too, near by rome termini, metro, bus and tons of dining!

Alex was absolutely amazing-he helped me get my heavy bag up a ton of stairs and was very kind. Highly recommend this place.

Alex at the front desk was very amicable and answered any questions we had. Great at addressing any concerns as well. Great stay overall.

It was very good, excellent value, would stay again!

Room was spacy and clean.
Breakfast was basic, but we got good coffee, some toast, orange juice and cereals ... that is all we need for a good start into a day.
Excellent location for a visit: Next to the Roma Termini trainstaition, With busses to the airport, Metrostation. Several Restaurant, fast food restaurants and minisupermarkets arround.
We had the room to the street, which was to loud for us to sleep, so we closed the window and turned on the aircondition - worked fine!
Rooms are in the 5th floor, and the elevator worked fine, when nobody forgot to close its door ;-)
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to friends.

The host was very nice. His english wasnt very good but he tried and at the end we understood each other. The place is nearby termini station and within 10 minutes your in the centrum of Roma. Only thing was that there was no free parking space, the closest parking garage was a 10 minute walk away, and you pay 20 euro a day.
3.8
The room was on a second floor, using a uncomfortable stairs
3.8
This is a horrible property, the elevator did not work and they wanted us to stay at 5th floor. The area is really bad. The room was not clean. There are so many nicer and cheaper properties in Rome, i do not recommend this property at all.
3.8
The property was lovely inside - street outside not so great, but once you get inside its really nice. The user bedroom is in the attic, and is fine, but wouldn't suit anyone who is scared of heights as the stairs from the upper bedroom are steep.
Its a small thing, but would have liked plain croissants! Coffee / everything else great.

It provided us exactly what we needed, which was a place to stay near Stazione Termini where we could walk to a restaurant for dinner. We began our vacation in Rome for a week, then went to Firenze for a week. We had to come back to catch our flight out of Fiumicino, but the timing was such that we needed to stay one more night. The guesthouse served our purpose perfectly.
3.8
Elevator out of order so taking bags up and down 6 floors was not fun for anyone. Breakfast was very limited. Pre-packaged food mostly. Location was 5 minutes from the train station, a plus! Extremely low water pressure between midnight and 7AM and a noisy pump on the other side of the wall from our room. The elevator was the responsibility of the building owner not the guesthouse operator so not his fault but still inconvenient. He offered a refund, carried our bags up 6 floors and absorbed the city tax payment. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great so it was comfortable. The room was small but adequate.
3.8
Great location, friendly staff, perfect daily cleaning.

Only a roof-window. No hot water from 11-7. Pump for hot water very noisy in my room. Breakfast very limited and no staff. Not worth the money.

We had a great stay. The owner was so nice and we had a very nice room with a nice breakfast in a cozy kitchen. We had reservations for another hotel for 3 nights but we arrived a day early so we needed a place for one night. Now that we’re in our current hotel, I wish we would have stayed in 63 guesthouse the whole time. It’s scary walking up to the building and it’s on the top floor but once you get there, it’s nice. This is a B&B so make sure you contact the host with your arrival so they can meet you there.

Good and clean bedroom despite not very intimate (can hear others sometime). Basic breakfast. Entrance not so nice (no sign and graffiti on the door!).
3.8
The door of our room did not get locked when we closed it, which means anyone could open it from outside. I stayed only night and end up losing my wallet and some other belongings . I had to move to a real hotel and pay for their accommodation. Expedia is responsible to verify the accommodations that they are selling to public adher with safety codes and Expedia is responsible to provide me full refund and pay for my damages as the owner did not allow us to check in when we arrived although Expedia had charged us fully in advance.

it is 150 meters from tremini station. a room (with a private bathroom and toilet) in an apartment on the 5th floor ( elevator)squeaky clean, comfortable, quite. we used it to sleep. perfect. will come back

Clean, comfortable and tidy rooms providing all basics (air condition, wi fi, good windows that provide quiet enviroment, safe, very nice double bed) at the 5th floor with an old elevator for 2 people max. Check in was fine. Basic directions and all information asked were kindly provided by the beautiful and powerful Michaela. Payment took place on our arrival. The kitchen was tidy. Package food provided for breakfast. Not fresh food. Basic staff but quite enough to start the day. Usage of the fridge is provided to put whatever more you like but the use of the kitchen is supposed to be only for breakfast. The area is not the best especially for girls alone at night. We didn't feel danger but at night you could feel little worried. Apart that 63 group is exactly next to Termini. This is very useful because all public transformation starts or end there (to Firenze, airports, Vatican, Trastevere, Piazza Navona-Poppolo-Spagna etc). Problem with water pressure and hot water especially at night (after 23.00 until morning). That was our basic problem. Everything else was generally fine. I believe value for money is good. If i go back to Rome 63 Group could be my choice again.

It was just okay but across from central station and close to eating places

Let's just say that we were very much surprised that anything with a bed, a bathroom and a roof could be considered "great" accommodations

The B&B itself is nice. Would not return because of the area.

Great place close to Termini and accessible to the rest of the city by transit or walking. I stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. It was nice and quiet, clean, and felt like coming home after a long day. I was presenting at a conference and it was great feeling so comfortable and undisturbed where I was staying.

This hotel was very close to Roma Termini, just a few hundred metres walk. A few other guest have commented in the reviews that this hotel is hard to find, but the buildings in the street are clearly numbered and the number of the hotel is given, so we had no trouble at all. You will need to pre-arrange your arrival time with the hotel staff so that someone can meet you there to check-in, as the hotel is not staffed at all hours. The rooms are located on the 5th floor of the building, but thankfully there is a lift.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was very clean. The breakfast room was just across the hallway, and it is stocked with cereal, toast, juice, coffee etc that you just help yourself to. There is a large fridge which guests are able to use to store their own items.
The hotel is conveniently near Roma Termini, and there is also a supermarket down the road. The surrounding area is full of hotels, so there are a lot of tourists around most of the day and night and it feels safe enough, but it is a little seedy and there is always a waft of urine here and there (pretty typical for Rome though, right?).
Only thing that could be improved was the water pressure in the shower, which was very weak, and the temperature also fluctuated. Overall though, we were happy with this place and would stay again. The staff were great and really helpful.

This is an apartment style B&B, so you see the staff when they check you in, and if they are checking someone else in, and otherwise you are on your own. The staff were very friendly. It's not fancy, but the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. Our room faced the courtyard. The other guests mingled a little over breakfast, but otherwise everyone pretty much kept to their own rooms because there is limited shared space (no lounge space). The neighborhood and the building entry are grubby, but once you get into the apartment it's cozy. We chose the place due to its proximity to the train station, where there is also a Metro stop so it made transportation really easy. There are lots of Asian and Italian restaurants within a few blocks. We had great Indian food two nights in a row. Our only complaint was that the water never got above luke warm and the shower had barely any water pressure.

I couldn't find this place so here are the directions.... on entering the street from the termi, the building is on the left, large green double doors, sign is a SMALL brass plaque on the wall, 'sixty three'. choosing a place w a lift, I unexpectantly needed to carry my suitcases up 8 steps to the lift... take the lift to the 5th floor, there is no reception. Michaela takes care good care of the rooms and does it well, towels etc every second day and clean bed linen every third day. breakfast is already in the fridge and you can drink water from the taps in Rome...is very good cold water. there is no phone but wifi works well and no ironing board... The BnB is clean. I didn't feel immediately comfortable staying here bc of the location. although it is very close to the termi... Being a solo traveller, it is unlikely I would stay again...
