Like the location, very convenience. This was my second time staying at the hotel. For the 1st timer, it could be hard to find the parking garage. The underground garage is behind the closed doors. I will stay there again.

Location, comfort, service, parking, price all excellent. Wish you had a recycling bin for bottles, and better tissue in the suite. You might also include at least one or two packs of plastic cutlery, and insulated coffee cups for the Keurig machine but those are minor things.

Room was clean. The hotel had an apartment feel to it. Very unique. Carpet need to be changed. But was quite comfortable. Wish they had more breakfast choices. Would visit again

Even though there is a full kitchen, they do not provide any plates or cutlery. These items are available for a charge, which I found to be sneaky. The room was also very hot, 23°, and even though I had the air conditioning on and set to 18.5°, it's lowest setting, there was no moving it from that temperature. I was unable to sleep and called front desk in the wee hours of the morning, but they offered no assistance. It was a horrible sleep in advance of a very long day. :( The room itself is lovely. Free underground parking is good. Bed was comfortable with nice linens.

The room was a good size. We had a kitchenette but there is no cutlery or cookware etc which costs extra. Beds were comfortable but the room had quite a few loud humming noises. There was distant party music one night. The property listed that it had laundry services; however when we enquired with the front desk they said that they did not provide such service and that we could use the dry cleaner at the mall. We ended up driving 10 minutes away to use a laundromat. Breakfast was provided but it was very basic and the food was not great quality. We also had to clean up after ourselves. The hotel is situated opposite a mall but most of those eateries close early in the evening. I would be handy to have a car to drive around.

The rooms need a lot of improvement. The bathroom was old, fixtures rusty, shower curtains torn, furniture broken. Room service was horrible, left cups in sink and just tucked sheets back in sloppy way. The bed and pillows were lumpy. For the price, it could have been a bit more decent. It is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant options - Asian food. It is close to the highways and parking was included. The continental breakfast was ok for a cup of coffee and a slice of bread - same thing everyday.

We had a room for three days and there was absolutely zero working ac for the three days we had it. And mind you, it was in the 30s for temperature outside that week. So yeah, we did not enjoy paying a price for a room with broken air conditioning that only blew out one temperature of air and the thermostat even read it was over 29 in the room and we tried to have it set down to 20

We rented a room with two queen sized beds and kitchenette. Our stay was for one week. The kitchen had no cookware or dishes. I read in pamphlet that these items can be requested but you will be charged extra for them. I thought kitchen would be stocked. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with kitchen but no dishes or cookware. This was my only complaint, otherwise very nice stay.

The room was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. Parking was a hassle and the garage is not well marked and the entrance is located in a back building. We spent a lot of time looking for the entrance and once inside it wasn’t easy to find the elevators up either.

The walls and floor of the bathroom were not sanitized and wiped clean prior to our arrival nor any day while we were there. The same blood smears from prior guests were there until my husband cleaned them
