Why cant they pay a little more attencion to doors that open and close properly? To get into the room, as well as the bathroom, you had to push the doors to get them to open / closed.
As well the curtains couldn't be closed because the slats where not properly aligned.

The photos of the property are very old they do not have queen beds only full the hotel
Is very old and run down Do not believe their website has a terrible night everything was old including mattress and pillow

Budget hotel with overpriced breakfast. Great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. No Fan, AC or heat in the rooms.

The pictures provided are misleading, the suites arent renovated at all, they are old and outdated, the tv has local chanel only, there was no towels, shampoo or other personal hygiene items, there is only one person in reception, sometimes helpful, pool is not climatized.
There is no restaurant and there is not a special rate breakfast. Parking is limited from 8pm to 9am, and 2 blocks away. For this price I have paid a 4 star stay in other place here in Mexico, even including breakfast buffet.
Also, the worst attitude when we asked for extender check out, only half hour tolerance after begging for it.

There was a rat poop on one of the towels and the pool water was freezing. Other than that the stay was great.

Very quaint room and the location was great everything was close food, pyramid, and other sites. To me the bed needs to be replaced hard as a rock but to each its own some people like those kind of mattresses, the older lady at the front desk there rude as can be unless it was someone who she considered of wealth but never answered good morning or evening nothing she was simply RUDE with such a nasty look, but not all personal were like her the cleaning crew was great very hospitable and kind along with the night security older man and a young man as well very helpful and what customer service is suppose to be like they made you feel welcomed unlike the other front desk personnel. they really need to get people who treat everyone the same and make you feel welcomed not like you're bothering them because you have a question or concern.

It was a good place to stay

Centrally located but the parking sucks. I had to wait at least 40min to be able to get my card out of the parking. The hotel has an agreement with a parking site but they need to coordinate better. Specially if you need your car early in the morning.
The hotel room si spacious and has everything you need.

No wash cloths, only towels. Lots of cleaning type noise during the night. Expedia.com had said there was a shuttle to the airport but there was not. Please leave 2 water bottles when there are 2 guests. But overall ok.

The location in the historic center could not be better. Customer service staff is excellent. There are screens on the windows. Rooms have variety, not all alike in a price category.
Our first room was on lower level in back and was musty. Water comes up from the ground through the walls in Mexico so this is common. We moved upstairs where we had air and lots of light. Staff was most accommodating. They took us to see the rooms currently available and offered to let us move later in the day when there were more rooms cleaned. If we didn't like the second room they encouraged us to let them know as they wanted us to be satisfied.
The rooms featured a comfy bed, quick hot water, a good shower, and furniture in good repair. Internet was good. Televisions were new with limited cable channels and no local channels. There were no drawers but there was a large closet with a bar for clothes, two shelves below, and one above. This provided a lot of space for luggage and possessions. There is bottled drinking water.
Doors opened with a tap card which had to be reset a couple times. Staff were cheery and quick in helping.
Though the portales at the entry of the hotel are full of restaurants I suggest wandering a block west along Hidalgo to a restaurant used by locals called El Porton or a block further to the traditional market where I recommend both the quesadillas on blue corn made as you watch or Cemitas Lupita. The market is a cultural experience not to be missed.

Clean & friendly. Well located. Our room was in the back, through a back corridor, very dump.

Extremely cold room. No heat source. The shower was not great, barely any water came out. It was a great location and they did have nice towels.

I reserved 2 rooms, and they did not look as the pictures on line. One of the rooms had a problem with the toilet and the sink was leaky, bad customers service.

The hotel is at a great location, I love decoration of the place and how was everything close by.
A lot of POI around the hotel and everyone was nice to us.
The backfall of the place was that they share the parking spot with a commercial one and the hotel only is responsible for 7:30 pm to 10 am, if you leave the car, they charge the parking spot. It is not a big problem if you are using the car a lot or you arrive without a car.
The place was clean bit it seems that they need to give a little maintanence to the room but it was nice.

The bathroom was very dirty, and even after i advised the front desk it was not cleaned properly.
The beds were not made up with mattress pads, again i advised, but the maid did not make it up properly.
Another guest was screaming outside our room but no one from the hotel asked him to stop!

ES UN EXCELENTE HOTEL Y EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE Y MUY ATENTOS , ME GUSTO MUCHO COMO NOS ATENDIERON , LO UNICO MALO ES LA ENTRADA DEL ESTACIONAMIENTO SE HACE MUCHO TRAFICO , AYUDARIA MUCHO PONER UN SEMAFORO QUE INDIQUE QUE VAN A ENTRAR AL ESTACIONAMIENTO DEL HOTEL PARA QUE EL TRAFICO TOME SUS PRECAUSIONES , PERO EL HOTEL ME FACINO , ALLI ME SEGUIRE HOSPEDANDO CUANDO VALLA PARA CHOLULA , GRACIAS A TODO EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL

Casa Calli is a wonderful little hotel. You can’t beat the location. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I booked last minute and the only room available was a suite. It was massive and had three full sized beds (!) which was definitely way more space than me and my boyfriend needed, but it would be perfect for a family. The price was very reasonable. One word of caution: we stayed in late November and it was very cold in the room at night. This is in no way a complaint against the hotel, because it’s not their fault. It gets chilly in central Mexico that time of year and “indoor heat” is not a thing. So just a warning to dress warm! Highly recommended. Cholula is a wonderful little town to visit! Make sure you visit the mercado for a cemita or quesadilla!

Was here a few days and the location is excellent to say the least, most convinient if your new to the area, rooms arent so bad, could definitely be better. Wouldnt say its top notch but definitely worth the little money it costs.

Rates are economical so it is difficult to complain about the typically Mexican short-comings of running out of hot water, lack of attention to detail when cleaning, toilet bowl leakage, hallway and exterior noise, etc.

The staff are very efficient and friendly. When the room that we were given was too small, they didn't hesitate in giving us a larger room. The parking lot is covered and attached to the hotel via a walkway.
