Our 2 bedroom.unit was clean and comfortable with spacious bedrooms, small dining table near the well equiped kitchen, and 2 comfortable sofas in the open plan area. Plenty of undercover parking and easy stairs to the unit. The unit is located within easy walking distance to the fabulous restaurant at the Golf Club which provides a breathtaking view of the seeping Mollymook Beach and ocean. A fenced playground is nearby as well as a choice of cafes and takeaways.

Apartment clean and well aerated. Can leave screen door to balcony open to let in fresh air. Kitchen facilitates adequate and easy to use. As the complex has been renovated it is in good condition. Bedroom a good size and bed comfort good. Bathroom has been renewed but is very small and becomes stuffy easily and mould builds up in the shower. Off street parking great and there is a laundry to use.

Very very handy to beach and takeaway, newsagent and coffee shop.All in walking distance. Great playground for kids around the corner. We stayed upstairs which gives you a glimpse of the ocean. Nice and quiet if you don’t have rooms on the road end of the building. No dishwasher which it needs to make it a real holiday. Need to be given more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days. Tissues would be good as well. It’s good for the money as a basic place but comfortable and clean. I would say a no frills place but great to sleep and be out most of the day. Will be back as cheap and very handy .

It was perfectly located, right near the beach and food outlets. Apartment was well equipped and a great size for 2. It just needs to be refreshed and brightened up....couches great, but need new cushions. Shower very small and bathroom needs a renovation. The polyester bedspread in main bedroom was old fashioned and needs to be replaced. The bed was also hard.

Great location ,plenty of room and 2 bedrooms for a family of 4. Contained a large fridge , oven stove and a microwave. if in the area again we will stay there. Price was good as well

Comfortable apartment within short walk of beach, golf club, playground, Sunday markets. It was great for family of four with older kids. The street was a bit busy and the kitchen could have used baking tray and pan.

We were just looking for one bedroom apartment close to Ulladulla and this one was worked out perfect for us. Everything about this property is good. If I may, I would think other customers may find the bathroom too small. It is small, but we worked it out how to make ourselves comfortable.Also the property should consider free WiFi for the customers.
