This is a great place to stay in Aireys Inlet. Secluded & quiet. We enjoyed the warmth of the log fire heater during the cool Autumn night. Only a short walk to the Aireys Inlet lighthouse, and a short drive to the pub for dinner. Excellent and safe for families with the tennis court, swimming pool and open space. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again. You will not be disappointed!

The property is well located on the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, and within walking distance to the Split Point Lighthouse. The Villa 7 is near new, at first glance it looks like a display home. The home is equipped with upmarket amenities and everything you need to stay comfortably. It is specious enough to cater for a family of 4, it also has a view to see the the tip of the lighthouse. The only downside, wishing there was a split system in the downstair's bedroom as the main unit's heating go upwards. Overall, it is a great place for a short stay, highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a long stay. The location was amazing, just a 5 to 10min walk from all the beautiful points in Aireys Inlet. The property manager was friendly and ensured had a smooth check in and stay. Thank you

Beautiful little villa! Nicely decorated, warm and cozy! Perfect for a small family getaway! Sue was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating with our late arrival! Only negatives were that the bathroom needs a bit of an update! It’s huge, but doesn’t really suit the rest of the villa! Luckily the huge spa bath made up for that! And the bar fridge in the kitchen was switched off which has made the fridge smelly and unpleasant! Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

I loved absolutely everything especially all the extras that one would not expect at the very reasonable price charged. It is fantastic in every single way! Stunning layout inside with every amenity possible. Fabulous leafy green veranda with privacy. Best studio I’ve ever experienced & extremely comfortable & roomy. Such reasonable rates I was thrilled!!!

Beautiful surroundings, quiet location, and an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. Attractively decorated rooms, and onsite parking in an attached carport. Close to the cliff top walk and the Lighthouse (amd Lighthouse Cafe!). Will come back again.

Relaxing and well equipped, smelt lovely and clean as soon as we walked in ! Sue the on site Manager very helpful and full of local knowledge! Walking distance to local shops and Lighthouse.

Newly renovated accommodation was amazing and super comfortable. Tennis court and barbecue facilities right outside our unit were awesome. Only downside was the pool and spa were pretty tired and need renovating. Had a wonderful time.
