Great location, helpful staff

Beautiful hotel, the friendly staff and breakfast has been amazing.

The Hotel Europa is few meters away from Pamplona main square and yet it is in a very quiet street that does not suffer the excessive noise of other central location.
The rooms are small but very well equipped and clean. Breakfast is rich and great and service of a good level.
An excellent hotel highly recommended that also has a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Amazing location!!

I loved my stay in a single room at Hotel Europa! The person at the check in desk was so kind in letting me drip my backpack off at 9am, so I could explore the city before returning to check in.
The room itself was exactly what I hoped for - clean, quiet, with a bath and good amenities. The only thing I would change is the bed, which slides out of position if you try to sit up to read!
I was tempted to extend my stay by a night, and would return here without hesitation.

The location of Hotel Europa is fabulous! Loved our stay here. Would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel and excellent location in the centre of Pamplona. I was impressed by the breakfast offering.
5.0
Location in Pamplona, easy acces to tapas, shops, town, and sightseeing. Cute hotel. Rooms were quite small and if facing the street do not open all the way to enjoy. Breakfast is excellent; great options of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend. Would definitely return again.

Location was great right next to the town square.

The hotel was really comfortable and the location is perfect! This hotel is close to all the Bars and good place to eat! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet is worth it! Also the room has AC!
4.0
Control of room temperature was a little difficult. Was cold all the time.
3.0
In general it was fine, but the AC didn’t work. It turned out that you have to tell them to turn it on for you from the front desk.

Stay was comfortable & enjoyable, so much so that I booked another stay. The buffet breakfast is to die for and features wonderful crusty breads, various jamones, eggs, cheese & guava spreads, fruit, yogurts, and individually made espresso and drip coffee.

It was close to attractions. My room was so small it was claustrophobic. A couple of other guests paid way less than i did and got bigger rooms with balcony

Excellent location and very comfortable room.

well positioned hotel off main square with easy access to most of the historic section of Pamplona, good wifi too
Breakfast was excellent with accommodation for dietary restrictions of just more than one option.
highly recommended.

Staff was attentive and cordial. Breakfast was good and the service excellent. Rooms are very small for Teo people and the noise at night unbearable. We stayed in two rooms on the first floor and there were people talking and laughing until 3:00 am. Terrible- to move your luggage up and down was very difficult with all the stairs.

very noisy as 2 bars below us. aircon did not work at all and tv program is bad as no English channel

The hotel is right near the Camino, a short walk from the bus station, next to the main square and close to the best bars in town. Even the running of the bulls goes right by it.
Unfortunately this means it’s noisy. We had to use ear plugs in order to sleep because the noise from the surrounding bars goes on all night.
The hotel restaurant has a Michelin star and does an excellent degustation menu. Breakfast is good but didn’t change in thr 3 days we were there.
Everything is clean and works well. Wifi was excellent.
There is a flight of steps leading up to reception from the street and scattered throughout the hotel are steps. So it’s probably not the best choice for mobility impaired.
But, if you don’t mind sleeping with ear plugs this is a great location and good value.

Location could not be better. Good room and big bed; good breakfast. As with most European hotels, the Air Conditioner does not work until summer, so the air in the room is stuffy. Also, many stairs to climb until you get an elevator.

Very nice situated in the center of Pamplona.

Great location. Too many steps to reception. Very clean and bright. Good breakfast.

The service at reception was exceptional. I had left a scarf at a restaurant the night before and it was closed when I left Pamplona. The staff kindly retrieved it for me and forwarded it with a taxi service to my next destination on the Camino de Santiago. Thank you so much for your care and attention!!!

Booked the hotel just for one night during the San Fermin Running of the Bulls festival. This Hotel is literally in the heart of it all. The front of the hotel opens one street off of Estafeta, but the hotel does have a balcony that had a view of the main street. IF you are booking this hotel during the festival you definitely need to understand that the partying does not stop. This is like having a hotel on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras. You will hear people screaming and the beating of drums throughout the entire night. This definitely would not deter us from staying here again. Our room on the second floor also had a balcony that we could stand out on and people watch. Great WIFI. We also did not get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, but it is Michelin rated and looked to be great. Great Hotel. Amazing Location. Would Highly Recommend.

Good location. Room was smaller than expected. Breakfast room requires extra payment if taking orange juice. Parking space available nearby at reasonable cost.

Great location and breakfast! Room a bit dated but clean and excellent value.

Location couldn’t have been better. Close to bus station, the best pinxtos bars, all the sites. The streets below were alive with action, but the sound proof windows worked like magic if you wanted to block it out. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the balcony over the street where they run the bulls was perfect. We would stay there again

Hotel is small but the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is superb. Would stay there again.
