The front desk gentleman just gave us keys didn't say anything else, or where the room even was. We didn't know if there was Wi-Fi or even if there was breakfast. Nothing, no information given. Restaurant was closed super early we had to go out in the night to get something to eat. The room was clean no shampoo though. AC was good. Overall location was good.

The room itself is OK, and probably the best you can get in the city. It has aircon which works well, good wifi, smart TV and is clean. The hot water was not reliable.
Staff don’t speak English well which makes communication really difficult, especially before you arrive. I arranged an airport transfer but nobody turned up, and neither the hotel nor the driver ever responded to my WhatsApp messages (but I had received messages from both before arrival). Just get a taxi, it’s perfectly safe and cheap (about US$12).
If you need to make any changes through Expedia you have to use the Mexican Expedia site and use Google translate to chat, the English speaking sites won’t be able to talk to the hotel (due to their lack of English) but they won’t admit why, but this is why.
Overall if you are going to Comayagua I would recommend as it is still the best option, but I’m guessing with the new airport just down the road there will be new hotels built soon so see what else is out there before you book.

It was a little noisy with music/people from the restaurant. And the Internet did not work.

Overall a very good place to stay. I took a pretty long walk around the area of the hotel and went to some of the local street markets. I never had any safety issues at all, which was not the case nearer Tegucigalpa. I felt completely at ease.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. I would stay here again for sure. My only complaint is a small one: the air conditioners are on the noisy side. Even with mine off, the noise from surrounding units was kind of loud. This may vary from room to room, and was not loud enough to make me change rooms, although I did think about it.

Overall was ok, a bit high pricing compared to newer and other hotels .unfortunately was too noisy and unsafe to enjoy the pool from 10 am to 6pm with a big group of male drinking in the pool that felt unsafe as got out control at some point it didnt feel safe to swim with my girlfriend as they tooked over ..wished more control or supervision was present, but cant have everything in life i guess..overall the guards were so politely and helpful at all times, they are the reson why i am giving a higher review that what i honestly want to give..i probably won't consider staying agin.

Property needs to be restored, everything is old, bathrooms needs to be updated, someone has to pay attention to details, 2 starts for me.

It's near the city's central square, where I recommend Restaurant Ricardo for dining and Café Tío Juan for coffee and...
The hotel breakfast buffet consists of typical Honduran foods and breakfast and meals from the hotel restaurant can be enjoyed while sitting in the nicely landscaped courtyard near the pool.
Reception staff is friendly.

I liked the property, but the shower in the room was horrible, all the water came out the shower, no towels.

Can’t say I liked anything about this hotel , except it was a room closer to the airport. No variety for dining. Tv was broken and replaced with another tv that was outdated , and only one channel. Small room with 2 doubles when we wanted 1 big bed . Worst was guest we’re partying till almost 2am until we had to call the front desk and complain . All in all not happy at all , only in desperation would we stay there again .

Location was closed to the main attractions, however, the hotel itself didn’t have a restaurant open for lunch and dinner in addition, no transportation either.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions in the Historic Center of Comayagua. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with little noise.

The beds had old, lumpy matresses. Chairs were torn and worn out. The AC in my 1st room did not work. The rooms had 1 outlet in the whole room. The shower had mildew on the caulking. The breakfast was awful - overcooked, cheap ingredients but could have fed 2 people (more IS NOT better!).
The whole Hotel need a lot of heavy renewal. Antigua doesn't mean old and decrepit!

Probably because the Covid 19 pandemic times. Sunday afternoon restaurant and kitchen closed. The receptionist was wonderful and try to help me. The hotel is nice, just need to improved their restaurant and kitchen times.
