For the price, more than outstanding! Its a simple hotel apartment but that had everything that we needed. Cleaning every day with new towels, AC worked perfectly and the small pentry was more than enough. I was surprised with the public transportation.. it was great and the bus was right outside the hotel. We felt secured all the time during our week of vacation and I really recommend it it. The hotel don't have a pool but they have a terrass with a jacuzzi to enjoy the evenings.

The flat was simple, unfortunately not too clean. AC didnt work well so the nights were quite hot. The hosts were nice and we got good recommendations from them.

everything was great starting from the service at the reception, ending with the cleanliness of the hotel. The problems were solved quickly. I recommend holidays in this property

Louladakis is good value. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and it's close to the water. There is a great bar and restaurant next door, a nice cafe/restaurant across the street, and a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away.

Lovely place. I would recommend the place for a relaxing week. The room was clean and super welcoming. Walking distance from the beaches. A car is suggestible if you want to see some special beaches far away.

This is a basic studio hotel with rather small rooms and a small but equipped kitchen. What you get is reflected at the price. However the stuff is friendly, the place is clean... If all you need is a decent place to stay for the night then this is a good choice!

The room was clean and all facilities provided within the studio apartment. Views were obstructed by trees even though on the second floor, but maybe other rooms have better views. Next door to the hotel there is a warehouse business where loading etc noise started at 8am (not too bad).

This hotel is ideal for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete. The staff is polite and kind; the room was very large and always clean. Fortunately I haven't had problems with the wi-fi, with a few small problems, but nothing serious !! I'll surely come back!!

Nice and pleasant place to stay and relax, for a break away from the city, hotel staff very friendly and serviced rooms around the clock. Very nice home decor shop within the building with one of a kind pieces.

We got a fantastic deal on our stay at Louladakis, so we tempered our expectations by remembering that we were saving a lot of money. The studio itself is very nice; the bed is comfortable and we had a nice balcony with a garden view. There were some hiccups-- the toilet sometimes would not refill and there was some paint enamel coming off the tub. That was OK for me, but there was also no hot water both mornings we stayed; that wasnt so good.On the upside, however, the family who runs the place is very fun and hospitable and for that reason alone I would probably stay again. They have a great rooftop bar with hydromassage pools! We didnt get to try them though.
