All good . Was attending a Stranglers music concert in cartonniere so was nice and convenient for that . Kitchenette was well kitted out . Only negative point which was the shower head which couldn’t be moved from pointing out of the Bath in a fixed position. So you had to hold on to it

Not in city centre as it claimed to be. Rough area. Demolished houses on road up to it. Didn’t feel safe getting to it.

No air conditioning. No fans. Bad windows that let in little air yet had no screens so bugs came in. Absolute sauna in there, extremely uncomfortable, nearly impossible to sleep.

Room was fine. The bed was decent. 2nd room with futon was perfect for the kid. The shower is small but the water is hot. Tiny TV, but we didn't watch it. Breakfast is available but must be reserved the day before. The location is a bit off the path, but not too far out of the way to walk to the city center. Good value 2 room / 2 bath for a family trip.

Nice clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchenette. Carrefour grocery is just around the corner, Champagne Mumm is nearly across the street, and it's a quick walk to central Reims. We were able to check in during desk hours on a weekday and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked a non-smoking room. It smelled of stale cigarettes smoke. No-one was available on arrival, reception closed and no one answering the contact numbers listed. Not what we expected.

Hotel had small rooms with basic features. Location is in commercial / industrial area near the cemetery and the railway station. Laundry facilities are available but instructions are only in French. Car parking is free in the street in front, if you can find a spot. We had no problems but had to walk about 100m to hotel. City and restaurants about 15 - 20 minute walk away. Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean. Ok for 1 or 2 night stay, but no longer.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Clean room, location is near to the town center and main sites, and parking was simple. On the downside, the office was closed on the weekends and there was no prior communication on how to access the unit.

This hotel is basic in some respects and not in the prettiest neighbourhood. However, its cheap, the bedrooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and its within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is free on-street parking (limited number of spaces), or an underground garage for a small extra fee. Breakfast is simple but adequate. There are no other facilities, such as a lounge, bar, etc. But if you just want a clean place for the night, it does that job well. Note that the reception closes at 6:30pm, so if youre going to arrive after that time, you need to phone ahead.

Since we booked a roundtrip it was time for a second stay. We arrived at 1445, the time at which the reception should be open. No-one was there, 15:00...no-one, 15:15...no-one. At that time I began calling a mobile number displayed on the door. After 4 calls I received a call back. It was the reception-lady telling me that she wouldnt come to the hotel during the weekend. She gave me the access code to a small vault so I could grab the key myself and that was that. What a disgrace to not even welcome a guest to yr hotel. We had the same room, nr 15, and the faucet was repared so kudo's for that. The tv however still didnt work, and the bathroom was still flooded after showering. I wouldnt recommend this hotel even to someone I dont like. Poor service, noisy rooms, mediocre quality...in short: not your moneys worth.

Although the room was spacious, it was all minimal and worthless quality. The faucet was leaking causing a puddle in the bathroom, when youve taken a shower the whole floor is wet because the water leaks out of the shower on the sides. The television doesnt even have channels programmed on it...and you cant install the channels yourself. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpfull. I wonder if things will improve when we return soon again on our way back home.

Tidy apartment 7/10 mins walk from town centre. 1 min walk from Mumm cellars! and 3 min walk to Cazenove cellars. rooms ok without being fantastic, but clean.

A pleasant enough place, quiet and easy to find. The manager was very helpful but the decor in the rooms is definitely tired and there is no staff available on bank holidays.

There was no light in the toilet; no staff at all over the weekend, which can be a real problem in that situation (we used the table lamp as a makeshift light); but otherwise, its ok.
