Le falto cariño...

Lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno.

La habitación no tenía bañera, sino placa ducha y pedí con antelación que se me preparará algo porque cumplíamos años de pareja, se me dijo que si y no se me puso ni la toalla en forma de cisne...ningún detalle. Solo los vasos de café y la botella de agua. Al menos algo en la cama...unos mini pétalos, las toallas tipo cisne o algo así ...pero no hubo absolutamente nada.

La terraza, sus cócteles echo por Marisa (camarera excelente súper atenta y agradable) nos encantó conocerla es una excelente trabajadora, al igual que Marta la chica que se encargaba de la limpieza de la habitación, dejamos los cables de los móviles desordenados y la chica tuvo el detalle de dejarlos enrollados y súper bien ordenado y colocados. El spa es excelente y encima privado súper recomendable si va en pareja. Gracias a cada uno de ellos han ellos nuestra estancia súper cómoda.

Si tenenos que poner algún pero... diríamos que el horario de la terraza (nos hubiese gustado que tuviera un horario más amplio) pero bueno tampoco es algo que nos incomodara, simplemente lo digo como opinión personal. También decir que en booking nos ponía que había espectáculos en directo al igual que música.. al llegar lo preguntamos y nos dijeron que no había nada de eso.. (eso nos corto un poco el rollo, pero bueno lo dejo dicho para que se corrija ese dato) nada importante

Mini bar,pésimo, una botella de agua de bienvenida, y no reponen,para el precio por habitación que menos que te dejarán todo los días una. Neceser de cuarto de baño pésimo,para ser hotel de 4 estrellas no le dejan a uno nada,gel y champú colectivo, nada de jabón peine cepillo de dientes gorro de ducha,en resumidas cuentas fatal,en hoteles de menos estrellas muy completo lo mencionado anteriormente y reposición todo los días,

Loved this hotel, loved Cadiz, loved the people.

All the staff were extremely diligent, and helpful particularly Augustin who went the extra mile for our stay. Breakfast was on the whole very good. If I was being critical, the hot food could have been warmer.

Nothing , the location, car parking and the standard of the hotel was superb .

Location and beach were very close to each other. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Unfortunate staff experience near end of stay when greeting clerk accused my wife of leaving garbage on waiting table and it was garbage from a prior guest. Unfortunate.

We enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

The hotel location to the beach was excellent. The coffee cafe in the hotel lobby was enjoyable in the morning and the roof top was excellent for evening drinks.

My spouse lost her glasses in the lobby. she left them at a round table in the lounge area. A nice couple turned them into the front desk. It was unfortunate that the clerk at the front desk pulled an empty plastic water bottle from the garbage and asked my wife if she also left that on the table. The bottle was on the table and had been left there by another guest prior to my wife sitting down. That behavior and accusation along with pulling it from the garbage was inappropriate, in addition to being the wrong person.

Would stay again.

Rooms were clean and nice. Lots of restaurants in area. Right on the beach. An easy bus ride in to downtown Cadiz. Nice rooftop bar.

The only negative is that the desk staff did not tell us that you had to tell parking lot that you had a discount when you arrived and it ended up costing us a lot more than we expected.

We were a bit worried when we arrived and saw the property from the outside but it was really clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and a good location for the beach and beach bars and restaurants. breakfast was really good.

balcony faced a courtyard and there were no chairs to sit out. it was quite far from the old town / centre. decor was quite dated.

Our room had 90 degrees of floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony with views of the beach. Breakfast buffet was 5-star.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my partner. The location is right in front of the beach and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small for two people. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes slow to respond. The spa was nice, but not very spacious and had an extra charge. The breakfast was good, but not very varied. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not exceptional and quite expensive.

Over rated. Over priced.

Very good bed. It is also very quiet there at night so you sleep well. Cheap parking nearby.

Bathroom with an old shower type. In 2023 in a so called 4 stars hotel. The double superior room is rather small albeit it being pricy. No rooms service. No restaurant. Sold as a sea view but you can hardly see anything at all. I wont be back.

Good beach location in Cadiz.

Great location next to the beach. Comfortable beds and good shower. Coffee prep in room.

Bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. The view was disappointing - just looking at other buildings. Strange smell in hotel - not in room.
