The place is a bit old, but rooms are ok, there is no noise around, the food from the restaurant is not so good, and there is a bad tempered lady attending people over there.

Este hotel no sigue las reglas de seguridad permitiendo reuniones de bastantes personas en las habitaciones lo cual es demasiado desagradable no poder dormir y descansar escuchar gritos y disturbios toda la noche y el hotel no hace nada seguridad pésima no toman cartas en el asunto y no es justo y que las personas buscan descansar y simplemente es imposible .

The property is located in a beautiful part of the city. There is a Starbucks right next door and tons of food options nearby. Additionally, shopping is just an Uber ride away and the hotel is incredibly clean. The only problem I encountered was when my AC went out. I stayed here for 8 days and on day 2, my AC stopped working. Upon calling the front desk, the informed me it was being worked on. Long story short, it was never repaired. I was brought a mini AC and I made the most of it.

I like the room was spacious and clean, what i didnt like was the kitchen when i called for room service the person that answer my phone call did everything for not taking my order, made go outside to try somewhere to eat, everywhere was full in the end i returned to the hotel and demand my order someelse take it and have delivery it. its unpleseant that some people dont want to help you.

Very nice hotel. Good security. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, but front desk was a little slow at checkout, but nothing abnormal for Mexico. Note that there is a Holiday Inn EXPRESS right next door, so it is easy to get confused.

The Hotel is in a nice place, the confort of the bed is good. The problem is that one side of the hotel they are building something and all day and night there is noise. It´s supposedly that in the night they do not work but that is a lie, they work all day and night so I could not sleep I complain to the staff but their answer was just a sorry. Bye the moment is not a good place to stay until they finish the building of one side.

Second time here, expected a change but got disappointed with the service at check in, the staff won’t move a finger to help you check in faster or better.. I waited today from 10am till 3:15pm for a room.... when I got back from my meetings at 2:30 they still had no rooms, I sat at the lobby to wait because they said I had to wait till 3pm since it was the rule, then at 3 they said no room was available at the moment and asked the cleaning service to prepare one for me.... I was there for 30min sitting and they did nothing.. honestly will never be back.

The stay was very comfortable and was to my expectations. Buffet was overpriced but options nearby. Some restaurants nearby closed on weekends as a Monday to Friday business area. Enjoyed trip to mall nearby.

We had a restful stay at the Holiday Inn Santa Fe at the tail-end of a long work trip across Latin America. The HI was welcoming and very business-traveler friendly. Our rooms had coffee makers, lots of power points to plug equipment into for charging, free wifi and English TV channels. The cooked breakfast is very tasty.
