The hotel is easy to find, staffs are friendly and helpful, I have family from America with me so we do need to filled in the passports information to register, the form is simple and straightforward. When we got into the Room layout is good and plenty of space from soaps, shampoo and tea, coffee..... make you feel very relaxed.
The location of the hotel most likely in the centre of London and around 10 - 15 minutes walk to nearest underground and very close to the River walk. Peace of mind that there's always someone at the reception 24/24 so Safe and sound.
Breakfast starts at 7:00am to 10:00am have a wide range of food from hot to cold to suit suits everyone tastes.

Rooms are basic but clean. Exactly what I want! Plenty of tea and coffee in the room which is great. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. All staff that I met were friendly and polite. I enjoyed my stay there so much that I stayed there three times over the summer! Highly recommended.

Cheapish, location, breakfast included but place very tired, needs desperate refurbishment . Nothing plush, everything basic. Get what you pay for.

4 of us shared a quadruple room for the night of 7th September after attending cricket at the Oval.
Easy to drop bags off before the game. Booked in around midnight, easy & helpful staff.
Room clean & comfortable with 2 kettles & good supplies of tea, coffee, milk etc.
Bathroom clean and plenty of hot water for showers.
Breakfast amazing. Plenty of choice and good quality.
Fantastic value for money, definitely intend to use in the
future.
Great experience, thank you.

It's a normal dorm room, basic, clean. Breakfast was good, although no variety. Wish thete was a TV in the room.

There was no TV in the room

The breakfast is great and WiFi speed is good enough. For the location, the price is unbeatable. But there is a trade off, the bathroom is a bit small and the shower door feels like it is gonna fall off.

If I had known about this place earlier, I would have stayed here with my family during our time in London. It’s clean, safe, has a great staff, and is in an excellent location—honestly, better than a hotel. Don’t waste time searching—just stay here! Highly recommended.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Nothing fancy but budget friendly.
Although there are many young people it is very quiet and the neighborhood is calm and safe.

Good value for money. There was long line for breakfast and the restaurant was a bit cramped.

The room was functional, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The decor was a little tired. The breakfast was amazing, good quality food and plentiful. The staff were super, I had one small problem which was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a very nice manner. I would have given 4.5 stars if possible, only knocking .5 off because the decor was dated and tired. This will now be my 'go to pkace' for trios to London. It is situated opposite the Tate Modern on the South Bank only a 5 mins walk from the Blackfriars station.

It is not a hotel but a facility that from November to May welcomes students from the University London School of Economics and Political Science and during the period when there are no university classes it is intended for hotel use.
Rooms very basic but still quite comfortable and convenient, staff courteous and welcoming, breakfast really super with a lot of choice also of organic products and well organized. Rooms are cleaned every 2/3 days but extra cleaning can be requested directly at the front desk if needed.
Free wifi available within the entire facility, each floor also has small kitchens that can be used freely. Filtered water dispensers are also available so you can refill your own bottles.
The location is really super, behind the Tate Modern and the Shakespeare Globe, practically on Queen's Walk. Easily accessible on foot or by bus and subway, many of London's major iconic and distinctive sites, from Tower Bridge to the City to Westminster, etc., are within walking distance.
If you settle for a more basic service than a regular hotel, this is definitely something to consider, the value for money and location are unparalleled!

An excellent no-frills budget option for central London. Great staff, small but clean rooms (stayed in en-suite single), fantastic breakfast, excellent wifi.

We stayed here for eight nights (two adults and a 12 year old). We didn't have high expectations when we booked. We were looking for a cheap place to sleep and easy access to the city center. It delivers on those points. The breakfast was decent considering the price and the staff was great.
I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the insanity of our first two nights. The place was packed with partiers from France for Notting Hill Carnival, which was being held (late August). All things considered, the noise level was *ridiculous* with music blaring in the front courtyard until after 2:00 in the morning, after which the party moved to the hallways with doors slamming until 3-3:30. Breakfast was absolute chaos during this time (we skipped it our second morning and paid to eat out rather than deal with it). A fire alarm going off early one morning, during which we needed to evacuate, was a lovely touch.
After those first two nights, the partiers checked out and things settled down. The rest of our stay was what we expected based off pictures and other reviews.
My advice: if you're unpretentious and you are looking for a simple place to keep your stuff and sleep at the end of the day, this can be a great option...just avoid this place during Carnival.

A good price but comes with its trade-offs.
Checkin queue was the longest in my life.
Luggage storage person wasn't very friendly.
No aircon in room so quite hot.
No drinkable water in room.
Noisy garbage collection in the mornings.
Room was spacious.
Breakfast was good with plenty options.
Location was very well positioned for price.

Great location. Basic but comfortable room. Abundand breakfast.

Very convenient, easy stay at this hotel which functions as dorm rooms outside of summer. A 4 min walk to the Globe Theater, next door to Tate Modern, and maybe a 10 minute walk to Borough Market or Bankside Station, this place is in the heart of the action. There is no ac. Windows do open, but construction outside was noisy. Breakfast was busy and you were served buffet style so you couldn’t skip the line or control the size of your servings. With all this in mind, I would absolutely stay again. I was traveling alone, yet felt safe outside walking back from a very late dinner (after a 7:30 show at the theater, so around midnight) at night. The important parts are mastered beautifully by this property, and the front desk personnel were knowledgeable and very friendly.

Good stay. No problems. Will definitely use again.

On the first day the lock to my room broke, and I was stuck inside for almost 40 minutes. I was on my way to see taylor swift, and unfortunately missed the first opener because of this. I felt a bit unsafe staying here, because of the lock situation and I kept thinking about what would have happened if there had been a fire or some other emergency and I would have been unable to leave the room… No one offered me an apology and the lock was not fixed during my stay. The room next to mine was empty so at least I was able to keep the shared ”front door” locked. The bathroom had silverfish, and the chairs and carpeting were a bit stained but it was otherwise clean.

Really lovely people on reception. Room was basic but perfectly functional.
Great price in an amazing location.
The breakfast was incredible! We were at a concert at Wembley and it was perfect as straight there and back on the jubilee line.

the first day it was 85 degrees outside and where we stayed on the sun side of the 6th floor was stifling hot. The window opens only a crack at the top and there is no bathroom vent fan, so it was unbearable--too hot to sleep until 2am even dampening our night clothes. We felt so ill the next day, we couldn't swallow much breakfast and had to give up our sightseeing plans until afternoon. We thought to ask if there were loaner fans and were given one, but wish it could have been situated by the cracked window. The fan helped, and the weather cooled, so the next night we slept better. It was farther from train stations than we thought from the reviews, and being across the river, there were less choices for transportation than we were used to on previous visits to london. We read wonderful reviews about breakfast. You queue up down the hall until you reach the cafeteria, where workers scooped your hot beans, a meat choice and an egg choice onto your plate. . The fried eggs were sometimes embedded with shells and the scrambled eggs unappetizingly the texture of soft custard. Then there were cereals and drinks at two long counters, self serve. the long tables were packed elbow to elbow with about 100 people, mostly families, eating and talking various languages. The food was institutional cafeteria and plentiful. The workers seemed tired and even annoyed at the hundreds of guests.

Great option for a step up from a hostel. The room was nice, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was a great plus. It was easy to walk to Underground stations nearby. Not many options for food late at night right nearby, but places were open a short walk away.

Room was basic, but clean and everything I needed. Couldn't fault it. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Staying again in a couple of weeks time!

I stayed in a single en-suite room. It’s basic, but was spacious and clean. The breakfast was superb! Such a wide variety of hot/ cold options to meet any of your food wants. Staff was super helpful and nice. Closest transportation about 1/2 mile. Several grocery stores and food options very close by as you also have access to a small kitchen with refrigerators.

Staff very friendly and helpful, again
Needed the towels to mop as shower didn't drain very well though
Nice to stay somewhere where "B n' B" includes the breakfast , unlike most Air B n Bs (which should just be AirBs)

Its a dormitory, so keep your expectations in alignment, but it is cheap, safe and clean in a great location

Positives: amazing location, one of best breakfasts I've had, super hot, powerful shower. Negatives: lots of building noises, pipes etc. reception staff not particularly helpful. Overall, definitely stay here again for the positives!
