Worth every cent that I've spent! the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we needed to change all of the sheets and blankets and pillows and got them in the matter of minutes! The breakfast is excellent as well.

We arrived early in the morning before our rooms were ready. The staff were very kind and offered us coffee and refreshments and took our luggage so that we can go sightseeing. My room was clean and cool and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

No hot water in room 93. I had to abandon my shower every day as it started hot then would completely stop. The air conditioning appeared to have a mind of its own too, and the room was always slightly too hot for comfort for sleeping in. The wallpaper was ripped in my room too. considering this was a suite, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel itself is nice overall and very well located. Just my room I was disappointed in.

We had an amazing stay at Envoy Hotel Belgrade. The hotel is located very central in a beautiful area in the old town, and the crew working both days were helpful, friendly and professional. They even helped us check in early because we arrived before check-in time, and it really seemed like they had our best interest at heart. The room we booked was of the highest standard, and we also enjoyed the gym. We will definitely come back!

Great location, central in Belgrade so easy walk to all of the hot spots. The downstairs lobby staff were excellent - special shout out to Senka, who helped us with restaurant/bar recommendations, taxi coordinating, and even helped us activate our SIM cards :p Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Envoy. Very clean, tastefully decorated common areas and a spacious room (junior suite). Buffet style breakfast included with a nice selection for every taste. Very attentive and helpful staff. The lady at the front desk checked us in earlier and asked good questions to ensure that we didn’t need extra attention due to the long trip. Great location, near good shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. We will definitely stay at Envoy again.

The cleaning wasn’t the best (cleaning didn’t meet my expectations despite its 4 stars hotel) - the wc wasn’t cleaned during my stay att all - the cleaning ladies just refilled the facilities, the guy that was at the reception (he was there almost everyday) didn’t know how to give a good service, my check in wasn’t the best. Location, the staff where the breakfast is served was friendly and helpful, the night staff 2 girls was amazing - actually the best. Location very good, but there is a lot of improvements for this hotel with 4 stars.

Staff was cordial and welcoming when we arrived. We arrived early and a room was prepared so they gave us our room key. Opening the door, room was clean and cozy. The toiletries smell nice. The free Buffett breakfast was excellent. Food was tasty and lots to choose from. It was the highlight of staying at that hotel. Another highlight was when My bf and I worked out in the gym and was able to use the sauna and steam room after. That was great. The downside is - this hotel is listed as a VIP access hotel , however as a golf member I didn’t receive those benefits. Nonetheless, I would return because staff was friendly, the free breakfast was so tasty, the gym and steam room was fun. Hotel is in a Great location (grocery store across hotel & lots of shopping stores around) and the shower pressure in bathroom was excellent. Thank you for a safe clean place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Great location on a pedestrianised street so quiet. Easy to walk to all the main areas. Excellent breakfast and very nice coffee! Staff were friendly and helpful.
