Overall an average experience. Room was clean and the King bed was comfy. During check-in, we asked if there were any down/feather pillows in the room, because of our family allergies/ asthma. We were told there were none. We checked for ourselves and two of the four pillows in the room were in fact down/feather. These were replaced. We shouldn't have been lied to and should have been able to trust what we were told by the only representative of the business during check in. Nor should we have to dig through multiple layers of bedding ourselves to figure this out. The room was advertised as having a pull-out couch, which we planned for our two early grade school children to sleep on, assuming a normal pull out couch contains the equivalent of a full size mattress. This couch only pulled out into a twin. The kids made-do, but this mattress size is off the norm and should be described accurately in the room description. Breakfast was good with many fresh options, although they ran out of the kids' cereal Sunday morning. The AC/Heat worked well. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Kitchenette and fridge were serviceable with clean kitchenware. Hotel tries to enforce poor hygiene by not replacing used (shower) towels daily. New towels were delivered only if called down for.

AC wouldn’t bring the temperature below 74 but ran the entire time. The thermostat was close to where the unit was so it was cooler at the thermostat. The living room and master bedroom were hot! The master bedroom was around 80 degrees. The beds were wore out and had zero support. The WiFi was terrible, the tv channels didn’t work, the guide in the tv didn’t list any of the shows. The tv had an option to stream but wouldn’t even go to the screen to stream. The people walking around in the floor above us you could hear like they were giants.

They did good with the check in process, the suite was up to expectations. The mattress on the pull out sofa was poor quality and even my 6 year old found it difficult to sleep on it. The breakfast was well managed on the weekend. However weekdays while I was there appeared mismanaged, ran out of bowls , hash browns were as soggy as they can get etc. I am sure with a little attention they can do great as they did over weekend. Rest of staff was very courteous and pleasant.

Last day was fine with a short business trip for one day both gentlemen manager and the front desk manager are both great. I definitely would consider coming back if I have to stay in Austin again.

The facility was okay, other room smell clean than other, due to dog smell,its a dog friendly facility, error on my part I did not look thoroughly. My suggestion, they should remove the carpet just have floor or tile. The manager was very accommodating and try to find a better smelling room.🙂

We were happy with our room, though the dark paint made the room a bit gloomy. Overall the hotel was nice though management should have hall carpets throughly cleaned, specifically around the corners and entryway to rooms.

Did not have enough light in the rooms, halls, etc. and the gym had nice equipment that did not work!! Neither of the two treadmills worked, the seat on the bicycle would not stay at another height kept falling down. Breakfast was not very appetizing!!

The stay was great the beds are very comfortable. The only complaint is there was a smell on the elevator and only one worked. The concierge was very kind and helpful at check in and check out.

The property had many issues with cleanliness, all the common area trashcans were overflowing numerous times during the 2 days, dirty towels laying in the hallway in front of multiple doors on our floor, dirty silverware in our room... Then there was the non existent Breakfast buffet where they didn't keep the food filled, out of fruit at 830, ran out of waffle batter, when they put out some food, there were no clean plates, trash was overflowing and didn't clean any of the tables. When this was brought up at the front desk, was like they just ignored and said someone will come over and check on it. Paying 7.50 a night to park in a restaurant/movie theater parking lot was just insane. Will not be staying here again or recommending to anyone.

You get what you pay for...free breakfast, cheap parking and ~$100 cheaper than downtown hotels. However TV in master didnt work and no one showed up to fix it even though we called 2 times. The breakfast was good but understaffed so took a few mins to get items replenished. Convenient location to drive to South Congress and Austin.

Has gone way down from my many previous visits We came at 2:30 and she said 20 mins we came back 3:15 room still wasn’t ready Finally ready at 4 Freezer had red stains all over it which I cleaned Room smelled funny but we thought it was cleaning smell Went to pool for 2 hours got back and realized the room smelled like cigarette smoke 2 dogs barking for hours above our heads I am a diamond elite member and I still have one more visit booked but after that I’ll be looking for another hotel

I absolutely loved the kindness of the staff! The rooms were spacious with kitchen appliances, which was nice. Free breakfast and free parking were a plus. My only complaint is that rooms aren’t cleaned every day, and when they are cleaned, it is not done well.

Sharing my honest review. The hotel 4th floor has a terrible sour dirty smell!! Another couple reconfirmed our concerns about the horrible smell, as well. The Elevators were broken, One was finally fixed… we had to carry our luggage from lobby to 4th floor! The trash receptacles on our floor were always overflowing with trash. Claudia in housekeeping serviced our room perfectly, however, on our Second night stay we had to call the front desk due to it being 4:30 pm and our guestroom had not yet been serviced yet… it was very disappointing! Sadly, we will not use or recommend StayBridge Properties at all! Thank you. Mr & Mrs Soleymani

was a good family stay with buffalo wildwings in front and movies on the side, all on same parking lot, pretty nifty. Staff was cool too, easy going, enjoyable stay, and we don't really care for austin that much but this was good.
