Room was basic, decor could do with update. Peeling wallpaper. Ok for price. There were no bath towels provided. No reception in our building, other guests tried to access our room whilst we were in there.

Arrived just after 2.30 was shown through hotel hadcto go outside then back through another door along corridors whuch were in need of or getting repairs done uo 2 flights if stairs
Room was clean and tidy with twin beds for my daughter and myself
Every time you moved on bed bed slid across floor had to put scarf and cousons on floor to stop sliding
Bedroom bedsid cabinet drawers would not stay shut
Dont know if floor was on a slant or not and they were badly marked and so was walls behind lamp
Shower doors 🚪 woul not shut but fir what we paid it was aduquite for our 1 night stay got woken up around 3am with people going uo and diwn stairs and again just after 4am very loudly shouting and thumping
Outside front door was covered with ciggarette ends

The hotel is undergoing renovation. As a single man I am not too fussy, as long as I get a good night sleep, a good shower and friendly service, which I did. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. If youre looking for a cheap night away and not expecting The Ritz, then it's spot on.

Clean, quiet, cheap and within 10 min walk of city centre for plenty of good places to eat. Free Wifi that wasnt too slow and a tv that ypu can use your netflix youtube etc on. Had everything I ask for when working away. Will be using fo the next month.

A truly pathetic performance from oyo and hotels.com . My booking had been cancelled so when I turned up late at night I had nowhere to stay and had to go around various hotels looking for a room. I was still receiving emails about looking forward to me checking in. The reception staff were very unhelpful.

Great location close to train station and city centre. Noise from the room above was an issue, creepy floors and could hear other guests and staff talking. Room wasn’t very clean with multiple hairs in the bath and shower. Nice big fluffy white towels though. That’s a plus.

Our reservation was cancelled last minute the night before our trip. I checked my phone to see our reservation and it was cancelled and this was awful for us. It was very stressful as we had to find somewhere last minute which was difficult. The other place booked was more expensive as well. I know Expedia doesnt have a connection with this but I will avoid to booking with Oyo in future. We had booked the reservation with lots of time in advance so cancelling it last minute is a terrible business tactic because the tickets were currently twice as expensive. Overall terrible experience.

Turned up at this hotel to be told that expedia should have contacted me to say my booking was cancelled. The hotel was about to become a afghan refugee hostel for the next 6 months. None of this was told to me or my other 5 travelers and had to book elsewhere instead.

I stayed here two nights earlier the week before. That time was a really nice warm room. The most recent time the room was down a maze of corridors, up and down stairs. I could find my way out in the morning!
The room itself was pretty cramped and very cold. Hard to get the heating and hot water to come on. Breeze came through the window right down my neck.
It's a shame because the the slightly more expensive rooms are great value, this cheaper one leaves you feeling like you slept in a tent rather than a hotel

Needed to extend our stay in Aberdeen because of illness in family.
Didn't expect too much as price was pretty reasonable for central Aberdeen.
Hotel is very run down and despite stating that rooms were 'deep cleaned', there was dust everywhere!
As we stayed for 2 weeks, there was no room service, which we understood, but trying to arrange fresh laundry was hard going. Reception staff varied from friendly to downright rude and uninterested!
Met our needs on this occasion, but won't be back as very basic, very rundown and in need of a good facelift. Can't believe Tourist Board give this place 3 stars.

I often use this hotel when staying in Aberdeen. It is one of the best value for money options in the city. Reception are very helpful as are the cleaning staff. The rooms are very comfortable wjth all amenities and the rooms I stayed in have a full sized bath and the water is always piping hot. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel remain closed for the moment but I am sure once these open again it will be a definite boon to the hotel. Large car park is located directly behind the hotel.

Never again. Had to move rooms due to broken toilet, they then put my in a corridor with DHSS emergency accommodation. Junkies and Drunks everywhere. Heard one guy at 12:15am shouting that he was going to slit someones throat. Avoid this place like the plague. You'd be better with a cardboard box and a shop doorway.

We booked a twin room but on arrival wechad a double room. Couldnt be bothered changing as we were running late. Trying to get into room on returning was a nightmare. Codes didnt work. Took us ages. At one point we thought we d sleep on the steps

Our stay in the hotel was terrible the rooms were dirty, the carperts were soaking wet, the hotel staff was rude there was no bar or restaurant and could not get a drink to give my 9 year ols regular medication. It was taken up to 15 minutes to heat up showers. There was people sleeping on stairs which police had to remove. There was sockets hanging off walls and blood on walls and covers on beds I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was so small I am heavily pregnant and I almost could not fit behind the bed. The room was dirty not hoovered and blood in the bath tub. It was so hot being on the main Street we could not open the windows and no AC. The street was so noisy. TV not working and so old. No breakfast. Only the location was great will not go back

Glad I was only staying one night, cleanliness of room was poor, toilet not cleaned from previous guest by look of it. Made me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. Room very dated Had booked a deluxe room, would have hated to see what the standard rooms looked like if mines was ‘deluxe’

Big wet patch on carpet going into the bathroom on arrival, still there when left. Bathroom door physically couldn't close. Wheel on bed broken. Exposed wires on the heated towel rail which was turned on. Phoned on WhatsApp at night to ask if I've checked in by woman who checked us in....form in room said 10am checkout and charged if you're late but my booking said 11am.tried to WhatsApp to confirm. Read and ignored till the day after I left and had tried to call hotel in 2 numbers provided no one answered and no staff on desk.
Parking awful. Free for all. Tight spaces. Big skip out the back first night. Some spaces blocking others in. Came down to a cracked wing mirror
