We booked for two rooms thru Hotels.com but when we went to check in, the hotel was told one resorvation, so they only had one room. The manager, Teresa and her assistant, Hunter were very nice and helpful and got a second room ready for us. The room with the balcony was nice but the other room, was disgusting. When my brother and sister-in-law went to tuck their granddaughters in, there was curly black hair in both of the beds. They gave her clean sheets and said here, you can make the bed. Then in the morning, she went to take a shower and the tub wouldn't drain. Next we decided to go to their restaurant for breakfast just because it was convenient. There was one girl hosting, waitressing and bussing tables. We were the second table to come in and had to wait over a hour for our food which was not that good. They only offer 5 items on the menu and nun off it was that hard to make. (Pancakes, eggs with bacon and sausage and potato pancakes, breakfast quasadia, croissant sandwich, or corned beef hash which was not corned beef hash. It was hash browns with strings of corned beef laying on it.) It is really to bad because this is a beautiful place and has a lot of potential. Just needs better management.

Great waterpark, something for everyone. Love the lazy river and wave pool. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would bring your own towels because they were out one day. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything was really nice. The only things we had an issue with were the staff at the snack shack was not good. You do not offer decaf cafee and when I asked the woman at the cafe was rude and we could not get towels at the outdoor water park. But otherwise the stay was lovely.

Parking is an issue. I thought that when I booked on Expedia it was all inclusive with resort, but I was surprised to be charged extra resort fee when I checked in. My room smelled like someone smoked weed. Dining options are limited here. The water park is fun but gets old quickly, but there is an arcade to add to the fun.

Hotel was understaffed. Big restaurant was closed, Staff at Pub restaurant was rude, turning people. This was the only place to eat and refused to serve families eith children. You offer these services but yet we were not served. When asked for menus, she told us went serving for 1/2 hour, which we were already seated prior to turning families away , then dhe grabbed paper menus and slammed on our table. Wr left, very rude.

First time here and we LOVED it. The waterpark is perfect. I love their little cafe that you can get stuff from 24/7. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back.

In winter time, it's a heavy favorite for families with small children. THE WATER PARK! But even this older couple found plenty of quieter nooks and crannies to kick back and enjoy our stay.

Need to update alittle. Our microwave didnt work and our mini fridge didnt work well either.. Maybe work on not letting kids run and scream down the hallways. Other than that we had a good time.

Beds were okay. Tv did not connect to wifi for apps. Waterpark is always fun. 5 waterpark passes with stay. Cheaper to rent a room than buy 5 passes. Plus you can use the park the day you leave as well.

This was my familys first time staying at the resort. We did a weekend getaway to celebrate my sons 3rd bday and it was wonderful. The place is great, scrnery beautiful, bedroom very comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly! Definitely will be going back.

The room was ok. There was a burned out light in the room. Someone took all the soapand everything else from the room. Front desk was understaffed when everybody was checking in. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice

Room was decent. Pool/waterpark was dirty, sand in the pools. Hot tub didnt work on the last day we were there. One evening we purchased 2 bottles of orange juice, got to the room and realized they were expired. We told the guy who restocked but put even more expired ones in the back of the cooler. Another morning we got a donut and asked to buy milk, guy said they didnt have milk but they did. Donut was hard and old. Overall, staff not very friendly compared to what were use to at other water parks.

The resort was nice especially the family suite! The receptionist Theresa was awesome! The bartender, I think should find a new job as service and looking around the bar to see who needs something was not her priority. The indoor Waterpark was sometimes closed. I heard they were very short staffed which would explain that as well as the dirty hotub the 2nd day. Overall I would rate it good and would probsbly go back.

All of the soaps were empty, no sheets or blankets for pull out bed even when requested, no cups, dirty towels were to just collect in the room until end of stay.

Would not stay here again. The water park and dining room was closed the first day of our two day trip. They had no ice bucket or coffee pot in room. No cups in room to brush your teeth with. no Kleenex. They had one hanger in the closet yet charged me 645.00 for my stay. Hotels .com said i had to pay a deposit in 2022 when booked but they had no record of any deposit. The only good thing was the close parking.

The family of 4 enjoyed our stay. They are in process of a remodel, so didnt have A/C working in our wing but was do'able as it was. Facility was a blast, staff very helpful! Water park was clean and well staffed. Will definitely go back!

Very nice resort and has allot to offer BUT half the things are not open because they don’t have staff to run it. Rooms had to be changed 2 times because of broken air conditioning. $15 breakfast but out of everything. Kids had fun tho!

Water park was great. Not very clean and a lot of things were not well stocked or out of order. The staff was very nice, but you could tell they were very short staffed. The food in the restaurant was very good. My kids had a great time, so I call that a win.

Water Park was great because it wasn't crowded and was pretty big for the size of the hotel. Everything was clean and all the employees I met were very helpful and friendly, definitely saw and heard about being understaffed and covering too much.

The room was nice but no washcloths. We did get some when we asked though. The floors were very dirty in the room. Restaurant is only open certain hours on the weekend only. Staff is very limited. They have one person for front desk, restaurant and cafe at times. Makes for longer wait times.

Our lights didn’t work in the kitchen and the bathroom. We didn’t have a blow dryer. We told the front desk, they wrote it down and said they would get maintenance and never did. Cleaning lady said she noticed it but thought it was just her. Bedding has hair from last ppl. Friend had food from last ppl. Very low on staff. Cleaning ladies sat in the hall and didn’t move when we were caring all of our stuff out on the last day. I don’t ever complain and I did and the best they could do was 20% of my next stay. Well I’m not staying there again. Sad.

The hotel and stay overall was great, the kids had a blast! They seemed to be very short staffed and a lot of newer employees that didn’t really know what to do and were doing multiple jobs to help out but They were all very friendly. The restaurant has great staff and pretty decent food for the price. Regardless of that, we will be back for sure! There seemed to be a lot of exits but not many entrances which was weird.we had to prop doors open so we wouldn’t get locked out running to the car by the parking structure quick We did the UTVs on the trails, they were amazing there! Definitely recommend them. The rental place is right on the property so it was very convenient.
