Great location and friendly staff, the room was comfy but the rooms give directly on the lobby which means it's not always quiet, you can hear your next room neighbors distinctly which can be a lot if you stay for more than a couple of nights, but overall grood experience

A perfect smallish room in an ideal location walking distance from everything. Michele and Daniella are the perfect hosts and were amazingly friendly and helpful.

The place is quaint in a centrally located area of Rome. A little hard to find as it is on the first floor and only a little sign on the side of a building for the location.
What you see in the picture is what you get. A hard bed with very little else and one of the smallest showers you will ever clean yourself in.
The staff were awesome and went out of their way to make the stay as good as possible.

It’s a small but very clean hotel. The location is perfect, central and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are equipped with Everything you need. I totally recommend it and will definitely come back, :)

Although it was tricky to find and different to what we expected the service and staff was fabulous, helpful and informative. Our room was spacious and equipped with all we could need. It’s a short walk from important sites and bars and restaurants are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.
Would like to say huge thank you to Regola Residence staff for looking after us and being so helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, it seemed to be right in the middle of everything. The staff here was great. There was one guy in particular that stood out to us. We never did catch his name but he served us coffee every morning. He was super nice, easy to talk to, very friendly and he was very helpful. The breakfast here was pretty average, muffins, toast, fruit. That being said there were still down sides of this hotel. The rooms are not very sound proof, so you can hear everything especially during breakfast. There is only one curtain so even if the blinds are closed you still have the street lights shinning in your room. The rooms didn't seem that clean to me. The floors looked like they could use a mop (or maybe they are just old), and the shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. Our shower didn't drain well so we were standing in a pool of water when we showered. During our stay the water was shut off one morning which made showering and using the bathroom interesting, this was not the hotels fault so I can't hold that against them. Overall I think I would try a different hotel if I was ever back in Rome

Very nice and friendly little residence in the centre of Rome. Excellent location on a quiet street close to the vibrant areas of Trastevere, Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona with their many wine bars, small shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most of the interesting historic areas and sights. Small, but nice breakfast. Excellent service. My only negative point would be that the rooms have really thin walls, making it nearly impossible not to hear what is going on in the reception, breakfast area and other rooms. Nevertheless, Regola is my new favourite place to stay in Rome.

This hotel was a little hard to find, even the Italian cab driver could not find the street. But when we finally arrived, it was a gem of a hotel. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room has a neat little kitchenette, which we did not use. The breakfast was typical Italian and good. The cappachino was really good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this quaint hotel. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They sent us in the right direction when we set off for the sights. They helped us print out our reservation paperwork for the Vatican and Coliseum. We were very close to Trastevere which has great restaurants and entertainment in the square. We loved this area and would return and stay at Residence Regola. Our room was perfect, clean and wonderful to return to after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
