- Located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by homes, condos, and townhouses

- 2 reserved parking spaces, 1 of which is covered.
- Both are located on the WEST side of the building, a very short walk (pass one other home) to the townhouse
- Plenty of guest parking also available just EAST of the pool
