Everyone had an amazing time. Beautiful home in a beautiful place. The house is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space for gathering but also for privacy when needed. Location is great, far enough from everything but also not far from places to pick up supplies.
We love to go crabbing, so that was a bonus. We were able to walk down to the private beach, walk out at low tide and pick up red rock crab!
This is a new VRBO so some small kinks to work out; although the listing says 2 kitchens, the one downstairs (which is where we wanted to do our cooking) does not have a stove/oven; there is no BBQ or outside dining table and some kitchen tools we were hoping to use weren't provided (rubber scraper, metal pancake turner, tongs, etc.). Having to run between the two kitchens to look for tools was not the most convenient but we made it work
All-in-all, this is a great place for a family vacation, and we will definitely be back.
Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and watching the wildlife (every morning there were tons of porpoises in the water). It was great for our large family vacation with kids of all ages. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and had a park within walking distance. Our host was wonderful and let us check in early for an event we had to get to. Wonderful find, would stay again if in the area!

Great house with a wonderful property. Visited in April, so weather wasn't the best for outdoor activities. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for the bridal party. Would recommend! A kitchen on each level.
