They upgraded our room so we had a mini suite and it was nice. Beachfront is difficult to enter the water. Go to the beach to the left as you face the water. Pool is very small for a larger resort. Buffet had a lot of choices but the a lot of the same food for all three meals (many breakfast items that we would consider lunch or dinner). Most buffet hot items were cold by the time you served yourself, even if you were there at the start. We enjoyed the wine on tap! Biggest issue for us is the lack of transportation to the hotel. An all inclusive hotel should offer a free shuttle from the ferry. We've stayed at many over the years and they always had transportation included so we found this frustrating. It costs us 30 Euro for a 10 minute taxi from the Stari Grad ferry dock to the resort. It is relatively isolated so this really should be offered all inclusive.

We really enjoyed variety of food. Beautiful location! No entertainment what so ever.

Family resort, all inclusive type so kids everywhere, mad rush to buffet etc, you know the type.
Single bedroom was a child bed, not comfortable at all. Super noisy neighbours / not sure of sound proofing between rooms, if any.
Friendly and accommodating reception staff.

I read some reviews before booking. Some complained about the food which made me hesitate before I booked,
Either they have improved the food or we have different standards. Because the food was great for being one of these all inclusive places.
They did also a good job at keeping us safe from madame Corona.
So over all we had a very nice stay.

The food could be improved. Often the left overs were proposed again in a different dish...so not alwats freshly made food

Lovely hotel with great views through pine trees.
Location is brilliant - tucked away, but walking distance to Vrboska.
We only had B&B, so can't comment on dinner food, but breakfast was very good, maybe apart from cappuccino ;)
Staff was very helpful.
We are planning to go back next year.
Note:
Disable people or those with prams might find it difficult to get to some areas, as the hotel has been built on a hill.

Overall good but everything is an extra - even the towels... maybe as a Canadian, I’m not used to that: having to pay for fresh beach towels
Breakfast was good
Parking was crowded

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was basic and clean when we arrived, but they never cleaned our room during our stay. They only fixed the bed and changed the towels. They did not take out the trash or gave us new glasses which I think was very bad. The breakfast was not very good. We never tried the dinner at the hotel - we went to Jelsa and Vrboska to have dinner instead. Both towns are super nice!
The first day we tried the swimming facilities at the hotel but the next day we wanted to try something else as the facilities at the hotel wasn’t the best. I can really recommend Maslinica Beach (be there early if you want a good spot!).

Location is great, pine forest with herbal plants that smells amazing and surrounded by the beautiful waters of the adriatic - amazing. Rooms were small but comfortable. The food was really disappointing. Breakfast and dinner was canteen style, no flavours, nothing inspiring. Limited options. Senses resort should do some research and see how other resorts do food. Also, the mini golf course was not maintained and we still had to pay to use golf clubs.

Approx 1 hour by boat to Brac. Well worth a visit to the Green and Blue caves

My son, daughter and I were there to attend a wedding. First impressions of the hotel were that it had a relaxed aura. It was not a large hotel which suited me. Pluses: A relaxed vibe, very close to the sea (about 20m?), the nearest town, Vrboska, was a delight and you could take a water taxi or a 15 minute truly lovely walk. Lots of boats moored in the bay so the outlook was pretty. We found lots to do as we're active and therefore we did paddle boarding and kayaking. There are also tennis courts. My son went cliff diving. Dom, the local owner of the beach bar, could not do enough for everyone and nothing was too much trouble. Now the downsides: The hotel wasn't as luxurious as I had expected and the bedrooms were small, so I was a little disappointed in that respect. Although it stated a sea view, in fact, you can only see glimmers of the sea through the trees. The swimming pool area needs sorting out (not enough sunbeds) as there needs to be some sort of landscaping, but mostly we spent our time at the beach (public), near the restaurant/bar. This did mean you had to pay for sunbeds though, at £5/day. There was an inflatable park in the sea for the children - which I didn't like but children would! All in all, the place grew on me more and more every day. The water was as clear as glass. We could have found plenty to do if we had been there longer. I loved every moment, but if you're not active, then it is a very quiet (I would say, serene) place.

Everything was great, especially the location 19 minutes to fantastic beach restaurant.
One massive downside is the unfriendly/rude staff. None of them smiled and I was ignored by the barman when trying to buy a drink. He then served another guest who came to the bar after me. Wasn't busy, just didn't want to serve me for some reason?

On the time of arrival, we have to wait for long time to get checked in because of long queue and there is only one staff operating at the reception. Everything we asked the receptionist, he just added "I dunno what to tell you" in the conversion. He is even not sure wheather our room is on ground floor or the 1st floor.
The room is not as clean as expected. There are stains on the carpet. Ant in the bathroom and spider in the room.
On the 2nd day, around 4pm, the electricity of the whole resort has broken down with only the essential power supplying to the lobby and restaurant. We decided to go out for a walk ar Stari Grad and came back after dinner. And hoped that everything will be alright soon. (Although the weather forecast saything that thunderstorm arrived, we could not hear any big "bang" sound of thunder storm or see any lightning, I dunno what made the electircity break down)
When we got back to the resort around 7pm, it was still in dark. We asked the receptionist when the electricity be back, he told us he didn't know.
Finally we got away from the darkness around 9 sth pm, but the supply was not very stable.
Actually we didn't mind there was accident, no one should be blamed for that. The main point is how the resort react is the most disappointing. They did not post up any information about the incident which has lasted for 5 hours. They seemed didn't have any contiegency plan for any disaster. No apology made on the other day. Seem nothing has happened!!

This hotel is a rather big resort in a lovely setting on a calm peninsula under Pine trees. Gorgeous directly access to the waterfront and nice services like a diving center.
It is however already too big and mass tourism-oriented, with a very crowded simple breakfast, without any espresso Or cappuccino available in the mornings. You have to go to the bar at the beach and pay separately.
Check out at 10 AM without much flexibility is also on the negative side.

Arrival was disappointing as reception staff not as welcoming as they could have been. Room was a pleasant surprise :-) the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable! Air conditioning was good as was TV. No hairdryer. Beach towels available for a small fee. Middle of August so swimming pool was crowded and there were not enough sun loungers to go around the whole resort but we bought some foam beach mattresses and they were comfortable enough. Lots of choices as to where to sunbathe and swim. Either very private to full-on crowded. You had the choice. Swimming was amazing all over the resort. Walks into Verboska were a 20 minute walk away. Walked more on this holiday than any other! Soon discovered the water taxi which was a blessing in the heat.
Food at Senses Resort for breakfast was good, however supper was a buffet. An eat what you want affair and was dreadful :-(. We either ate meals at the Beach Bar Soline just by the little beach or walked into Verboska for meals. Fabulous Ice creams on the island. Hotel guests were mainly Croatian.

Stayed 4 nights in June 2017. Large hotel . Rooms are in 3 buildings with separate restaurant area.
We arrived late afternoon after driving from the ferry at Sucaraj. Hvar island is beautiful and very scenic and sparsely populated..
