Wonderful! This 4 unit Villa atop a hill in Anacapri has excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk from the bus. Anacapri is a separate town, but close to Capri. Our host offered to arrange a car ( 20euros) to drive us from the ferry to the villa, but we declined as we wanted freedom to explore. We went to the Blue Grotto, ate lunch, etc. Then found out the taxi was 40euros. Our host suggested bus and that was only 7 euros for 2of us and luggage. If you are healthy and can walk to bus stop, it’s a much better deal and an experience! Our host met us at the stop and took us the rest of the way. We walked it the next day without luggage. Valentina and Salvatore are super helpful and provided great homemade breakfasts and a comfortable “home” for us for a few days. And I swam in the Mediterranean on November 2nd! Warm and sunny!

This property is not close to anything. Taxis will not go there. It's an addition above the owner's primary home has minimal insulation between the walls & floors. The noise from slamming cabinets and stomping late every evening was so loud. Also the neighbors in units on both sides loud yelling, tv's, & basically any movement of chairs/other furniture were very loud through the walls. I asked the host about this constant noise and he dismissed it. Asked him to speak with the guests he said was making the noise he didnt. I even explained the noise from downstairs was coming up late in the evening at midnight. The family has three children & I heard their newborn crying, had to use earplugs to sleep. My unit had a lose toilet seat in the bathroom about to fall off. I told the host, it wasnt fixed so I ask again his wife to address it. I was using the pool on the property &wanted to use my phone which had a low battery. I went to the front desk area which had a charger cord that the host had allowed me to use the day before. I plugged in my phone and the host wife came out and began loudly yelling at me over and over. This went on for some time and was very upsetting to me. I stood in the same spot shocked & endured her telling me. watched other guests couples be offered additional information and offers for booking reservations, which apps to use for the local bus schedule,other suggestions never offered to me 62 solo 62 year old.

Valentina and Salvatore were excellent hosts, they were friendly, courteous, gracious and very accomodating. Their homemade breakfast spread is superb, you feel like a guest in their own home. The property is beautiful, serene, relaxing, and very safe. I cannot recommend this property and their hosts enough.

The room was fantastic. Comfortable, clean and quiet with good air conditioning. The pool is really peaceful in a beautiful garden. It is only a short walk to the bus stop and being the main termination in Anacapri you can always get a seat on the bus. The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional with home made cakes and tomatoes and other ingredients grown in the garden.

Very nice couple running the place. The breakfast was awesome, they really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The owner even offered to provide dinner for the following day, with proper notice. The room was small but comfortable. Just realize, this is out of the way and not very close to things. It was a bit of a walk for us & figuring out which bus to take where, requires concentration, lol.

Valentia is so great!! This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with a very attentive and friendly staff. Valentina cooks you a homemade breakfast each morning and is available for any and all questions. The location is a ten minute walk from Anacapri center and the bus stop, perfect location away from crowds but easy to get into the touristy part of the island.

Beautiful villa in Anacapri. Salvatore and his beautiful family made sure our stay was comfortable and picked us up from the pier, took us to a restaurant for dinner, and brought us to Anacapri center the next morning (15 euros total). Breakfast was delicious with local cakes, toast, yogurt, and coffee. We will definitely stay at his place again if we come back.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Roundtrip shuttle to/from the port. Spacious semi-private patio. Super clean and beautifully decorated room. Light breakfast every morning. Kind and attentive hosts who gave great advice on what to do and see. Way less crowded than Capri. Would definitely return!

Lovely B&B run by very helpful family, who were happy to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived and drop us off again on departure. Located no more than 10 mins walk from Anacapri, towards the lighthouse, far from the crowds of Capri town. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with a private terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast was also great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna. The only negative aspect is that the place is a good 20-minute walk from Anacapri center.

This was by far my husband and Is favorite part of our honeymoon!!! Valentina is such an amazing host and even surprised us with some small bites with our bottle of wine when we first got in. She made all of our dinner reservations for us to her recommended restaurants (which were amazing!!!) and got us a driver both nights to take us to dinner and bring us back. Not only is the service first class, her garden was unbelievable and the room was very clean and stylish. Her brother Domenico and his wife took us to where the ferrys leave the last day and helped us store our luggage while we went on a private boat tour around the island that Valentina had also booked for us before we left Capri. If we would have known better,we would have skipped the Amalfi Coast and stayed here with them for a week! We will definitely be back sometime to see this lovely family and enjoy their lovely villa again and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to stay in Capri!

Can’t say enough great things about this stay. The location was beautiful and convenient to get to the Centre by foot or by bus. Valentina is lovely and made sure we were well taken care of. The delicious pastries and caprese cakes for breakfast were the best! The owner provided a shuttle service to and from the Marina which helped the stay get off to a great start. Anacapri is absolutely beautiful and everything you need to see on the island is a short distance from the hotel! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and can’t wait to be back!

Villa anna is a well priced and ideal stay for a couple visiting Capri. Our host Valentina was fantastic throughout, organising our transport to and from the port and giving plenty of advice about the island. The breakfast provided every morning was plentiful and a brilliant coffee was much appreciated. Its only a 10 minute walk into Anacapri and the bus stop which takes you anywhere in Capri for €2.I have nothing negative to say about this villa, our stay was made so easy by the hosts and laying out on the balcony was perfect after a day visiting the island.

Our stay at Villa Anna was great. Salvatore was a fantastic host, welcoming, helpful and informative - even picking us up and dropping us off at the port when we arrived and left. The location is great - only about a 15 minute walk into Anacapri town which was very convenient, and about 30 minutes walk from a sea swimming area. Its easy to get to and from. The room itself was lovely - clean, comfortable, relaxing. It had everything we needed. Theres also a huge garden and each room has a private outside terrace area which would be brilliant in the warmer months.

Wonderful family run hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice clean rooms with large beds, new fresh decor, and terraces for each room. Breakfast was great, with cheese, yogurt, fruits and cakes baked by the hostess herself. They called for ferry information and booked tickets for us anticipating that there might be cancelations, before we even realised this could be the case - saved us some potential problems. Location is in Anacapri, about 10 min walk from the last bus station and about 15 min from the center of Anacapri. So, not in the center but not too far either.

My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was very nice with it's own private terrace. The owners treated us like we were friends or family. The service was great, they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and be available to help you with any questions or issues you might have. We stayed in 8 different hotels in out trip to Europe and this one is the ne that stood out and that we will always remember. We highly recommend this hotel.

I could not have had a better stay at Villa Anna. Salvatore and Valentina were the loveliest hosts. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was some of the food I ate in Anacapri. Valentina's cooking was great. They could not have been more accommodating.
