The hotel was amazing - my room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast bar is very good. I would certainly stay in this hotel again when I am back in the area next year. There was one interaction with staff that left me feeling like a nuisance, but it was minor enough not to mar the rest of the experience.

I have had much better Holiday Inn Express experiences. This place was a bit run down. Got a call from front desk at 11:30pm where they asked if we heard "stomping" and that they were calling all the rooms to see if they could find this "stomping"... We hadn't heard stomping and were just quietly watching TV. Weird.

Beds too high but staff on duty Sunday night found a step up for my wife. Need to get ADA room next time Sink drain very slow not enough towel racks in bathroom. Some mildew in shower staff member replenishing breakfast was less than polite to another guest

The room itself was ok, but the carpets need to be steam cleaned and the bathroom had mold along the top of the wall. My feet soles were black after walking from the shower to the desk. Walls are also super thin, so if you have rude neighbors, you'll hear them the entire night. Breakfast was hot and had a lot of amenities. The staff were excellent on refilling stations quickly.

Great area! Overall, a nice hotel with some minor issues in the room. Breakfast was good but few tables so first time having to eat in our room. First time ever to arrive with very unprofessional, miserable staff at the front desk! Why work in hospitality if you make no effort to welcome guests and just walk away with no explanation or even a kind apology?! No eye contact either…very bizarre. Once in room, no tissues in holder, toilet paper roll falling off the wall, privacy blind broken & shower floor stained black…so unfortunate as room was nice overall.

Don’t stay here if you have asthma, because this place REEKS. People smoking outside all day. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything; noisy neighbors at midnight are not made to quiet down.

When we checked in, the AC was off. Even after running it for several hours with the temperature set below 70 degrees, it took a considerable amount of time for the room to cool down to 70 degrees. Additionally, the room only had hand towels, with no full-size towels available. Despite running the bathroom fan and AC continuously, the room remained stuffy, making our stay very uncomfortable. The pool was dirty, making it unsuitable for our child to swim. There was no plastic bag for the ice bucket and no trash bags provided. None of the water filters or fountains were working, forcing us to go to Walmart to buy drinking water. The fridge was warm when we checked in, which was particularly problematic since my wife has medication that needs to be refrigerated. I had to get ice from the ice machine, but since there was no machine on our floor, I had to go down to the first floor multiple times.

We were put in a room right beside the laundry faculty which started operating 7am and it was loud! Room carpet and chairs have stains everywhere even the AC unit was rusted. Overall the condition was bad. These would have been fine tbh if it wasn’t the rudest front desk person I have ever met. The “why do you have to bother me” attitude during the few interactions with her when we checked in. I get it “everyone is fighting a battle you don’t know” but I think the basic politeness is required if you are in the hospitality industry.

2 night business at Cornell stay. Evening desk staff was great, very pleasant and helpful. Last morning one of the housekeeping crew let themself into my room! I had placed the 'Privacy Please' hanger on the door and hadn't checked out. As i did check out i voiced my surprise about the intrusion and the desk staff assured me it would not happen again and they were sorry, thats it, sorry our crleaning crew walked in on you in your underwear. Lol! I guess i could have thrown a bigger fit but there were others around and i was embarrassed, as explained to the staff. For being a newer hotel the carpet and furniture in my room are in need of a cleaning, but the bed and other surfaces were clean. Needless to say, i will stay elsewhere next trip to Ithaca.

Conveniently located near the shopping plaza with all major name-brand stores. Parking at the hotel includes EV stations. There is a nice complimentary breakfast buffet and a place to sit. There is a small little convenient store that sells snacks and other small items. The hotel provides Dove soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. There are coffee K-cups provided in your room. High-touch items such as the remote and phone were protected with a plastic covering.

It was a nice hotel. Unfortunately a storm occurred during our first night resulting in the TV being offline for the 3 days we were there. My issue was a lack of transparency from the front desk on when the TV would be repaired. We were told either vague answers on when it would be repaired, or that the manager wasn’t on-site to get an answer.
