It seems that the property is not maintained as other properties of this chain… the lower lobby seems old and almost unattended and it’s the first area the guests see. Check in is not at the entrance, it’s on the 4th floor and there is no instructions or sign to tell guests about it so we wondered who to ask or do. AC is not on or is too low in common areas and this is a must for travelers regardless of local needs.

It was a very round down property everything was thirty and old things were falling apart the air conditioning worked upon recueste the hotel was very hot and uncomfortable I would never go back to this property or recommend to anybody I was very disappointed with the property

Food at buffet was good. Room service very limited menu Walls are very thin could hear everything in the next room Power went out for about 30 minutes upon arrival. pool did not have any service, if we wanted drinks or food. several family members staying at hotel. One room the a/c wasn't working. Another room leak in closet and wet all their clothes. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

When we initially arrived to the hotel, the AC wasn’t working, but the staff worked quickly to get it restored. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very nice. The rooms were clean and the AC in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Would stay here again if I’m in San Luis.

Everything was amazing, the staff was kind and courteous, special mention to Norma from the restaurant, and all the ladies overall attending during the breakfast buffet. The steakhouse downstairs was great too!

Was only here for one night before our trip back home. Hotel was very clean and adequate. Hotel Lobby is on the fourth floor, so you have to take two elevators to get to the room (get off the first elevator, walk through lobby and to the next set of elevators). Was located in an interesting area, as we had to go through a small residential neighborhood to get to it, but there was a maserati dealrship half a block away, so felt like it was probably a better part of town (although it was a bit of a drive to the city Center).

The hotel is nice but the service is very poor. At the restaurant/bar, the food takes hours to be ready and its not good or fresh at all. The pool bar service is also very very slow. At the check out, they didnt have my info right. Its a nice hotel, rooms are good size, confortable and clean but the service is no good.

House maids did a fantastic job. The desk needs to be improved. I ask for something and it never happened. They did not understand me and they did not ask me to repeat so they would understand. The lobby downstairs does not have anyone working when I left so I did not know if my taxi was coming or not. Little things that all add up. I had to wait a long time at breakfast for a cup of coffee. Nice hotel just needs the little details taken care of.
