Lovely hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food was delicious at restaurant Zamana.

Excellent hotel with five star service! We loved it and will come again. The restaurant is also recommended. Drinks at the bar are excellent!

This hotel is lovely. The staff is so warm and welcoming considering l’m a novice when it comes to the French Language.
I had one of the best meals on my trip here. The breakfast is amazing. I took one star off for the distance from the city/town center. Area around the property is great and there are 2 beaches that are walkable and safe.
If you are looking for a few days of R and R this place is for you. Everything you need regarding dining, spa/wellness is on site as well as yoga. This was my first time to Guadeloupe and the staff at this hotel made it a wonderful one.

Very welcoming! Great charming property. Fantastic restaurant. Amazing breakfast! Delicious local fruits like ananas, sweet passion fruit, pomegranate, kiwi, cantaloupe and the best croissant I have ever had! The mill is really beautiful. Very clean room with a great smell and flowers. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais du Moulin. We were very pleased with the condition of both our bungalow and the pool, restaurant and grounds. The staff were amazing - very helpful and kind. They assisted with a medical need and made excellent suggestions to help us decide what to do. The bartender concocted some fabulous "mocktails" for me and the wonderful chef made me a special vegetarian plate each nice. We loved the food so much that we had no interest in going to any other restaurant and just came back to the hotel every day for a special meal. The vibe was peaceful and laid back. We even took a restorative yoga class!

Hôtel facilities récently renovated with cosy bar, new restaurant and pool
Nicely located close to beach around tropical gardens
Restaurant provides gourmet meals at dinner albeit rather pricy. Very nice buffet breakfast
Staff is friendly and helpful

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would recommend it to other English-speakers with limited French (though, knowing some French is handy). Close to a good surf spot, just slightly inland from the beaches, in a beautiful location near Saint Anne. The bungalows are simple and nice. King beds are comfortable and the outdoor decks offer a nice place to relax. Pool is lovely and kept very clean. Small gym has workout essentials and a sauna. Restaurant and bar on-site are good, but you won’t find many filling options for vegetarians or vegans. Breakfast buffet is good, worth including in your reservation. The pool area is lovely for a workout or lounging with a gorgeous and delicious cocktail. Staff are exceptionally helpful.
Only downsides? The hotel has a pond on site they haven’t filled with fish—so there are mosquitoes around the hotel. I got bitten a lot, despite not having a problem anywhere else in Guadeloupe. Maids leave doors open while cleaning, so each day I had to fight mosquitoes in my room—until I asked them to keep the door closed while cleaning. Also, if you have a low tolerance or allergy to fragrances/cleaning supplies, call ahead and ask for them to not fragrance your room and use minimal cleaning products. If you have mobility issues or might be at risk of injury if you fell, ask them for a room with a shower instead of the high, slippery tub/shower combinations in the bungalows.
All in all, this is a great hotel and I highly recommend staying there.

Hotel was nice, but not great. The rooms are adequate, basic and in need of an upgrade. Breakfasts were okay, but limited. Dinners were very good, although not a massive selection, so by the end of the week, we'd try most of the menu.

nearest beach is 10 minutes walk but it is all rocks. Nice beach is 30 minutes walk mostly thru the forest. But it is very shallow. stay away from bungalows 1-7, they face fence and very busy road behind this fence. i submitted request asking for quiet place 3 months prior to my arrival but it was ignored. Stay away from their restaurant for dinner. If you dont speak french expect to to get something out of garbage can. I am not exaggerating. All hotel comments as recent as February promising to improve Mango totally meaningless. I complained to manager for 2 days about my experience at Mango and got nowhere. She basically acknowledged that they had problem at restaurant but still made me pay. Get yourself car and drive to St. Francois. Plenty of good restaurants there. And watch housekeeping, they throw clean towels on a floor before they put it in your bathroom. and it is really 3 star hotel not 4 star.

Beautiful mill. Bungalows lack of charm though as well as the surrounding of the property.

Beautiful hotel and spa and great place if looking to mostly stay at the hotel/pool. Otherwise it is rather far from any restaurants, beaches, shops ect.

Hotel was in a beautiful garden-like environment. The room was comfortable and we loved the patio. Really enjoyed the Windmill that lit up at night. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Appreciated the patience of the staff when communicating French to English. Most of the staff had excellent English. One of the nicest pool areas we have ever visited!! On-site Restaurant had excellent food with varying menu each day (never boring). Bar staff was attentive and innovative, music on the weekends added to the ambiance. We're really looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed in Bungalow 60 and it was lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and bar area. Great location for families.

Bathroom was small and nowhere for towels, a big climb into the bath/shower, washbasin hard to reach if you are smaller than average! Needs a refurb desperately.
Generally hotel good but breakfast at €20 is excessive. We ate in the hotel one evening (out of 5 nights) as we found different and, for us, better options elsewhere.

Great location. Friendly staff. Fine meals and service, too. Beaches nearby and tennis a bonus. It’s a great choice

Lovely, accommodating, comfortable, and well-located with a beautiful pool. Only downside is no beach, but still, great moderate place with luxurious touches. And definitely stay on a Friday for Le Mechoui --lamb roasted on an open fire.

We had a lovely stay at le Relais du Moulin. It is a charming boutique hotel in the hillsides overlooking St Anne. The rooms are comfortable, the pool refreshing after a long day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and interesting. The grounds were lovely and well kept.
My only issue was with the dinner in the hotel restaurant. I was not aware when I booked that the restaurant only offered 2 appetizers, 2 mains and could not accommodate differing dietary needs. I am a vegetarian and although the chef made me a salad for the main course the lettuce with sautéed onions and peppers did not meet my expectations for fine dining

Our trip to Guadeloupe was amazing and it was all thanks to the awesome team at Relais du Moulin. They arranged transport for us from/to the airport, greeted us with fresh juice and cold towels, and even gave us fresh aloe after we got sunburned. Anna at reception is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Lovely spot with bungalows in beautifully maintained gardens. The junior suite was charming, spacious, with a very comfortable bed in a loft, a living area below and a private, landscaped terrace. Breakfasts were excellent both in variety and quality. The quality of the staff was really outstanding. Competent, friendly and able and willing to think and solve problems. The wait staff had no attitude about our poor French, rather they were encouraging to our efforts and could and would and did speak English if needed or required. The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful with activity and travel activities. Our room had some internet connection issues and these were dealt with promptly and when they recurred they set up an in-room network. All the staff helped make our stay very pleasant indeed. We would go back in a flash. Highly recommended.

My husband and I celebrated Christmas and his 50th birthday at this wonderful hotel nestled just outside Ste. Anne, a quiet retreat from the noisier resorts. From there, it was easy to make day trips in our rental car (a necessity) around Grand-Terre and Basse-Terre. The hotel is charming and immaculate, and most of the rooms are quiet bungalows with jungle views. Ste. Anne and Ste. Francois are easy drives for meals, but we spent several meals dining at the hotel's restaurant, Mango. You will need reservations in Dec. for most good restaurants and transportation (including a golf cart or moped if you go to Les Saintes.) We appreciated that we could escape the noise of busier towns after a long day of hiking and snorkeling to relax by the pool bar and have dinner at our hotel, or go into town if we felt up to it. The only down side to our room was that it was a little on the dark side, but I enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the 85 degree weather. Service in the restaurant can be a little inattentive if you do not speak very good French, and you must have reservations, but the staff in the Reception area made up for it with excellent advice about the best places to snorkel and restaurants to try. They speak English, French, and German and were very helpful in assisting us with making reservations when our conversational French was not up to the task. An excellent vacation retreat.

Location a bit remote : would not recommend to people without a car.Its a nice boutique type hotel with beautiful garden. Breakfast outrageously expensive at 20 euros a piece ?

Bathroom was not very clean. Shower fixture was broken. Hot water lasted about 10-15 minutes. Dining service was disappointing. I was advised the chef could accommodate my dietary needs ( for health reasons ) and that was not done. I ate dinner off-site every night except one. The breakfast was buffet style. The problem was that it was the exact same food very day.

Nothing short of an excellent experience. Staff was amazingly friendly, food was delicious, room was comfortable and we'll taken care of, all the major amenities provided: unlimited beach towels, pool [7a-7p], on site bar, rental electric cars available [not for rent at night though!], short drive to some great beaches, travel agent available there to help you book excursions. Would stay there again!

Elegant, low-key establishment with attentive staff and lovely grounds. Relaxing pool with adjacent bar and restaurant. Live music most evenings. Average-size bungalow units with small veranda. Good base for exploring Guadeloupe..

Swimming pool was great
Restaurant as well
You can walk to the beach but we recommand a car to visit other beaches, San François marina, etc
