This property is great for short stay. It's clean and neat. But very noisy when the window is open. But if it's hot, there windows must be open for cool air. Ceiling fan helped.

This was a good one day stay. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than check-in time, that was a blessing! Friendly front desk staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious, clean. Room had a fridge, microwave was in the hallway. Close to Ramstein Air Base. There is a car rental place right next door. Only things that weren't great (no fault of the hotel) the traffic was loud cause it was right out our window and the room was hot, no AC. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

was well received by Akbar, very polite and attentive. even though it was near 23.00pm. Room was clean and tidy, no aircon but had a ceiling fan which was fine. Breakfast was good and plentiful, all round good experiance, will stop again. Thank you.

This hotel was near a facility I needed to be by. I booked it 8 am the day I wanted to check in, and called them to ask how early I could check in, and that I was tired. The manager/attendant told me to come right away, they will do everything they can to get me a room ready. "in the mean time, have some breakfast". NOT included for this day. They were super nice, super hard working people, and my room was very clean and convenient. No complaints at all. Great place to crash.

Second time staying! Large room! Close to Ramstein AFB. The lower marking for cleanliness has nothing to do with our room! Room spotless. We couldn't see anything but there had to be some kind of construction going on because the stairs and check-in desk covered in dust. Parking is Free and Perfect! Thank You! (I think having to pay for parking is ridiculous) Tiny disappoint in breakfast. Never saw a person and we had to sit at a large table because all the smaller tables and some large were dirty.

Basic room, not fancy but was clean and spacious enough for parents and 3 little kids. Shower and tub were clean, worked great for kids. Slept w windows open bc it was a warm night and didn't have any issues with bugs.

It’s close to the base, it’s clean. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, even for a German bed it was bad. They had both a shower and bathtub which was nice. The staff was nice.

Conveniently close to the air force base. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the beds are very firm and squeak when you roll over.

Atlantis was a Wonderful Stay! I wish all hotels thought about the little things ... to me, that makes a huge difference. First, FREE PARKING. Honestly I think it is ridiculous when you are charged for parking. Thank You! You drive there to stay at their hotel and hey, because you drove to our hotel, lets make you pay to park?? Absolutely loved the ceiling fan. We travel a lot, first room ever with ceiling fan. Thank You! Next, a power strip was in the room! Woo-Hoo! Another first! Thank You! The shower was a delight! Hot water and great pressure! Thank You! The breakfast was wonderful. Made the hubby very happy! Thank You! Lastly, a really great sized room, another unexpected thrill! Thank You!

The stay was not what we expected. The hotel is set up more like a motel. There were people loitering around the bottom floor in front of the rooms, the front door what hard to secure and the back door was shut by only a hook latch that could easily be broken into. This paired with the massive amounts of people outside the door made us feel unsafe. Additionally, the walls were thin and you could hear everything outside and next door. The bathrooms weren’t very clean although the layout and rooms appeared to be updated and mostly modern. The check-in was a bit chaotic and overcrowded with people; some which were down there complaining about the rooms they have already checked into. Overall we were disappointed and decided to spend the money and checked into another hotel.

It’s cheap for a reason. I looked under the bed to find dust bunnies all over. The entire time I felt like I was getting a sinus infection, but when I would leave the hotel it would go away. The bed is really hard I did not sleep much.

The room was very clean. There was no fan in my room and it was late with no desk attendant available. The balcony was beautiful but shared with another room so I could not open it up to get the cool air from outside. The bed was quite firm. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was very welcoming. I was just hot.

I loved everything, clean and new rooms. Great bath room and shower. Only thing that wasn't great was the heat. With Europe being hotter every year, suggest adding Central Air. That wouldmake this 5 star, they would have reaervstions backed up.
